Fantastic experience: I’ve just recently had 2 fillings and seen the hygienist today too. I’ll be honest I have negated to keep my teeth in check over the years. But after being seen and had the work done it’s been weight lifting. The team are great and reassuring me with every step keeping me relaxed while having these procedures done. I have my confidence back and have signed up to the plan to continue with my regular check ups now that’s something to smile about. So a big thanks to all at Middlewhich dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased from start to finish. Went for a root canal unfortunately it didn’t work and had to be removed. However Mr Khan tried three times but it wasn’t to be. He was very apologetic and only charged for an extraction. He didn’t rush and explained everything.

Fantastic experience: Good, helpful, no pressure sensible advice and 5 star work, photographs to view before and after treatment are fantastic making you feel involved in your decisions at all stages, lovely pleasant front desk staff, excellent dentist and nurses who all work well as a team, make you feel at ease with chat and banter that relieves anxiety before and during treatment and who care about your long term mouth health and ability to eat the foods you enjoy. My silver filled mouth is slowly becoming white and more pleasantly natural looking again as far as I can afford. As a person who enjoys exercise and healthy foods, investing in my dental treatment is becoming a routine part of a natural progression to sustaining better health.

Fantastic experience: I would sincerely like to thank the team at middlewich dental practice. I have been suffering with a tooth problem for many weeks prayinging that the problem would resolve but it didn't. My tooth had cracked and bacteria was giving me gum problems. I knew that there was the possibility that I would loose the tooth but when your told the tooth is dead & needs to be removed I broke down in tears, I was frightened & devastated that I had to loose a large side tooth!. The team Dr Pamela & nurse Claudi helped me to calm down & helped me through each step of the tooth extraction. They showed professionalism, compassion & were truly brilliant. THANKYOU.

My experience in the surgery has also been a positive one. Dentists and dental nurses etc are all very friendly, giving a full explanation of any treatment you may require. They are also very good at listening to any questions or concerns you may have and do their best to explain in a way you can understand the need for a particular treatment. Positive experience: Had a tooth extracted by Mr usmaan it was done efficiently no pain at all but bit expensive 250 quid for a surgical extraction

Positive experience: I recently had root canal treatment followed with a porcelain crown on the same tooth. The dentist took the time to explain every aspect of treatment and addressed all my questions/concerns fully. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. As with most things, I would like it to have been cheaper but, overall, very happy with the result.

Negative experience: Used to go to this dentist put up with the mud outside no parking and that the dentists love to show off there wealth with expensive cars. They used the NHS to create a client base. Once they started charging they offered no discounts for existing patients or for say OAPs. They went private and since then have increased prices twice. They write saying I am a valued customer but when I wrote back I got no reply. They charge more than I currently pay in a new dentist with parking and much better overall surroundings. The new dentist has more equipment for better diagnosis. Whilst I was happy with the lady I used to see I asked for some options from the owner to replace 2 teeth and asked for a quotation. I never received it clearly not happy to give prices for adhoc work. I am now very happy where I am yes I pay private but you can negotiate with the new dentist whereas I couldn't with this business. You are encouraged in life to get 3 quotes for bespoke work but they don't want there prices checked so I wonder why?

Emma is a brilliant hygienist and a really thoughtful practitioner, putting you an ease throughout the procedure. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Fantastic experience: At long last Contacted the surgery for an emergency appointment and was seen almost immediately within 1 1/2 hours. Apart from dealing with the emergency, what really impressed me was that Scott the dentist took the time and listened to all the ongoing issues that I’ve been having with my teeth , he took on board my underlying health conditions as well as my financial commitments and totally understood my predicament. Out of the last six dentist that I’ve visited, I can honestly say that this is the only dentist I’ve come across that seemed committed and prepared within reason to work with me and take on my case. For the last 18 month I’ve been told that this would be best option, or we can make do and mend for astronomical amounts of money. At 68 years of age with a bleak life expectancy after flat lining twice, there’s no way on this earth did I ever consider this to be my best option. The sad part in all of this, is that I had to spend nearly £700 before I found someone that was prepared take the whole picture into account.
