Negative experience: Missed a few appointments over 10 months due to memory issue due to other health complaints only to receive a letter of de registration. Blimey thank you for your customer support m &s dental.

Fantastic experience: Had a consultation appointment with Henry Cairns 2 days ago regarding composite bonding on one of my front teeth. He was great at explaining everything. Was given an appointment in February but luckily a cancellation came up yesterday and that’s my tooth fixed already in time for Christmas! Fantastic service! Very professional and would highly recommend Henry!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this dentist. By far the best dentist i have ever been to! They listen and cater to my needs, are extremely professional, yet can have banter too. Requested no injection, they take that on board. (No dribbling here...thats for the football pitch). Excellent service from friendly dental practitioners, reception team, etc. Everyone lovely and welcoming. Knowledgeable, most importantly, trustworthy in that the treatment plans are based upon treatments that ARE actually needed. Reasonable prices and job done woth no fuss. They also take the time to get to know their patients, which is lovely. I have had both Ross (emergergency extraction) and my regular dentist, Henry who are both fantastic. I wont be going anywhere else. Highly recommend. 5

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend M&S Dental in Fort William enough. Checkups are always friendly, efficient and helpful. I have had several procedures with Henry, Composite Bonding to fix a cracked tooth, Wisdom tooth extraction and a filling redone. I was made to feel very comfortable, pain free and well looked after throughout. Everyone at the practise is very friendly, the whole dental experience is extremely relaxed and the prices are very competitive. I’ve been extremely happy with the staff and service they provide!

Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but great experiences at M&S Dental Care. Particularly from my dentist Bronagh Wishart. I was extremely dental phobic and very anxious and she completely understood and calmed my nerves. During treatment, she makes sure you’re comfortable, at ease and talks you through what she’s doing which helps a lot. Her dental work is absolutely amazing. I’ve had tooth extractions which have always healed so well with no problems at all, the aftercare she provides and advises is great. I recently had a filling on a front tooth and the work she has done is amazing, I couldn’t be more pleased as I was very self conscious of this tooth. It looks like nothing was ever wrong in the first place. I couldn’t praise and recommend Bronagh enough, she’s an amazing dentist and cares about her patients and work a lot ☺️

I still very much dislike having to go, but the staff at m and s in fort William make the whole experience a million times better. Seeing as tooth pain is just as real as any other pain, these guys should be thanked as much as any NHS staff. Even pay rised! Thanks guys

The practitioner explained everything that was going on to myself and my daughter. And as a mum made my young daughter very comfortable. Negative experience: Venue ce jour pour ma compagne, mal à une dent, impossible de la prendre, nous aurions payé ce qui ce doit, nous sommes en vacances,je ne recommande pas du tous ce cabinet dentaire, si t'est pas enregistré t'est pas soigner, un aceuil pas Terrible....

Negative experience: An absolute joke! Wouldn’t even look at a child with a cavity and possible pain, irrespectively if we go private or not. So much for looking after Scotlands children teeth and providing help to them when needed. Its not exactly the cosmetic procedure we are after either. Any suggestions where the local children can go to see a professional dentist who works in line with the Hippocratic Oath, Timbuktu possibly?

Fantastic experience: I rang the dentist first thing Monday morning and, as always, I had an immediate response to my situation and the problem was dealt with speedily and successfully. I was attended by Nicki, whom I had not met before;. On the completion of the procedure I was pleased to tell her how exceptionally gentle she is - most of the time I wasn't even aware that she was working on my mouth. A few weeks back I finally had a tooth extracted that had caused me problems for years. It took two dentists over two hours to work through it and it was rather traumatic at my end. None the less I was well supported and so impressed with the skills and professionalism of all the staff involved. Now in my 70s, and having moved around a lot, I must have visited over twenty dental practices, and I have to say that having found M & S in Fort William I will not being going anywhere else. I have found all of the team to be very professional, very caring and extremely skilled. Lesley Wells

Fantastic experience: Realise this is a niche one but recently in the middle.of the lockdown I had some really bad toothache. I'm diabetic and was worried about an infection. I'm not registered with the dentist but I rang them up and within 25 minutes had a very friendly dentist on the phone giving cracking advice and reassurance. Followed the advice and am much much better. Thanks Fergus. Highly recommend them.

Positive experience: Receptionists and the Dentist were all fine and friendly and the treatment was good and well done, the only down side was the unfriendly dental assistant who lacked basic manners such as a hello and a goodbye!
