Fantastic experience: I moved to this clinic about 2 years ago and have found all the staff very helpful and professional. Dr Mac has been particularly helpful in supporting me with a custom made mouthpiece to address my sleep apnoea for which I’m very grateful. Dr Dipika Koosal has also been so skilful in fitting crowns on 3 of my teeth. I would highly recommend this clinic.

She is amazing with my daughter and has a wonderful way with children of all ages. We have never had an issue going to the dentist, regardless of procedure required, always come out smiling and am thoroughly grateful for the phenomenal care and attention we always receive. Fantastic experience: My 10yo had her last baby tooth extracted today with Dr Mac. The experience was top notch! Dr. Mac explained to her all the details of what was going to happen, what my daughter was going to feel and after a very little time it was all done and I had a happy toothless happy child! On the way back home my “little one” said something I never thought I’d hear a child saying: this was the best dentist visit! We are already booked for our next visits!

She went above and beyond for me, helping plan the restoration of my tooth and filling while was stuck abroad on a ski holiday. She’s truly a gem.

Fantastic experience: I first met Dr Chandni and her team in a state of distress as I had broken my front tooth very badly after an accident at home and was in shock at what had happened. Dr Chandni's team were able to fit me in for an emergency appointment at short notice when other dentists were unable to. Not only did Dr Chandni and her staff stay late in order to complete my treatment, they were caring, empathetic, treated me with kindness and compassion and went the extra mile. What a fabulous team!

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to the DenCare Clinic since it first opened and have had immense care here for both myself and my family. I have had many dental problems they have supported me with from regular checkups/fillings to dental abscesses and more recently dental implants, and have had first class treatment every step of the way. When I have had needed an emergency appointment they have always fitted me in immediately to ensure I can have the problem fixed. Dr Chandni is always incredibly accomodating but also makes you feel at home, always asking about my family and our life to ensure you are comfortable before any treatment. My sons also attend and they really enjoy coming (mainly for the cool glasses and stickers they get!). My eldest son has been seen by the pediatric specialist at the practice to ensure he does not suffer decay in the future, which is one of the great things about this practice, they have so many specialists and are always focusing on preventing future problems rather than just dealing with them as they arise which saves both a lot of time and pain! We would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new dentist.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service! I had my second dental cleaning by Zeynep, who is incredibly professional and knowledgeable in her field. Zeynep kept me informed and reassured throughout the whole process. She gave me a detailed explanation on how to maintain the cleanliness of my teeth after the procedure and answered all my questions in detail. Although I live far away from this clinic, I believe that every visit here is definitely worth it!

Negative experience: Scammed me out of deposit…. Called me to book appointment which I needed to pay a deposit for. The day before my appointment they canceled my appointment via text and told me I needed to pay the deposit again to re-book this appointment. I called to explain I have already paid the deposit but told that due to a previously missed appointment my deposit was used to cover the cancellation fee. They didn’t tell me this when I paid the deposit for he new appointment… they apologised but there was nothing they could do so I would therefore need to pay the deposit again. I Feel completely mislead and was blatantly lied to in order to get me to pay the cancellation fee. That’s just not how you do business. Shame as I really liked this place but I just wouldn’t trust them again. Don’t do card payments over the phone with these guys. UPDATE: There wasn’t any confusion my end. You booked me in for a new appointment, took the deposit to secure the appointment and then after taking the money tell me that the money was actually taken to cover a previous cancellation…. I call that misleading

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mac recently treated my 8-year-old son, who had a bad dentist experience prior to our appointment. She was super patient, caring but also very professional and in control during the procedure. My son now feels comfortable with her and we will follow her for the rest of our lives :) Already moved into regular pedodontics check-ups. Also, the receptionist lady and the dental nurse were very kind and attentive. Couldn't be happier with the overall experience we had with the clinic too.

Fantastic experience: WOW! Over two years ago, I moved to this clinic being terrified of the dentist. From the moment i walked in, Dr Chandi and her staff were warm and welcoming, providing only the best care. Dr Chandi is the only dentist i would even consider now, because she truly cares about her patient's wellbeing, going so far as to helping me along my journey to overcome my fear - meaning that I am less stressed when i come.

Fantastic experience: I have not been with this dentist long, been a total of 3 times so far. Twice with the hygienist. All the staff are very welcoming lovely and friendly. I have had an extremely pleasant time there each time I've been and I am someone who does not very much like denist or anything of that nature. They are gentle and always check to make sure you are okay or want a break. Highly recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth that was decaying and infected. Unfortunately it was taking many months for this to be dealt with by the NHS. So via recommendation I went to the Dencare Clinic to remove this wisdom tooth. Dr Ciro was the specialist that did my consultation and extraction all within the same week! The whole process from start to finish was so quick and  smooth and I felt extremely safe in his care. As someone with dental anxiety, he reassured me and I was surprisingly very relaxed. I experienced no pain even when he was numbing my mouth. The rest of the staff are also friendly and helpful. I would seriously recommend Dr Ciro and the Dencare Clinic to anyone seeking treatment. Amazing!

Positive experience: Very pleasant and professional practice but do not expect to be welcomed as a customer if you object to regular standard compulsory check ups and assessment charges to top your bill up.

On my first visit, I felt an immediate trust in what she was telling me and I knew that I was in safe (and gentle) hands. Whether it be for our routine dental check ups or my Invisalign treatment, Dr Mac always takes the time to explain everything she doing, so there are no surprises. Myself and my family have been seeing Dr Mac for nearly 12 years now, and I speak on behalf of us all, when I say that we would not see anyone else.

From the welcome through to the farewell at the end of visits, everything is superb. Procedures are explained, patient care and welfare are clearly at the forefront of the entire team's thinking. From beginning the initial stages of scaling and polishing with Zeynep (who is amazing), whitening, and to concerns about an active ulcer, and then on to a cosmetic procedure, the entire treatment journey has been superb. I never thought I would say I'd look forward to seeing my dentist....but I do! Nothing is too much trouble. I know I can email Dr Mak, and she will reassure and encourage at any point along the way. I thoroughly recommend Dencare Clinic to anyone searching for a team who will truly care for you, respect you, and give you the very best service. Fantastic experience: My dental journey started in November 2021- March 2022, with two chipped off molars getting fixed with composite bonding, a cavity that needed filling and ended up with a root canal treatment with a zirconia crowning. As a very nervous person when it comes to visiting the dentist, Dr. Dipika Khoosal walked me through all the necessary treatment to improve my smile, she was more than humble when she realised how nervous I was when I first visited the facility. Fantastic experience: Superb dentists with friendly and expert staff. I strongly recommend their Invisalign treatment – I transferred to the clinic after my Invisalign was mishandled elsewhere and Dencare were fantastic, getting my treatment back on track and delivered on time for my wedding. I can also recommend their hygienist services which have been invaluable. Fantastic all round.

Fantastic experience: Knew Dr Mac as a customer at work and through a lucky coincidence sought her consultation re a dental problem. Had six months Invisalign treatment with her at this clinic and am very pleased with the results. I had not come across this treatment before, which is far less invasive than braces, but would highly recommend it and Mac, who was excellent.

Negative experience: Just spoke to someone called Emily. She was kind of ok at first but not what you expect from a dental clinic. At the end of the call she abruptly in a very rude way and with an attitude problem said ‘ok then bye’ and put the phone down without ending the call in a polite and respectful way. Really poor etiquette. Will never use this place and do not recommend. Watch out people! Fantastic experience: I was very worried when my broken tooth started to hurt since I did not know any talented dentist. My friend strongly recommended Dr. Mac and I made an appointment. Her communication was very strong during the diagnosis and treatment processes. She is a very kind lady, very skilled at her job. After the root canal treatment, I did not have any disturbing pain from the first day. I am very satisfied with the treatment. She is also accessible through the phone for communication if you need to ask something after the treatment. If you are looking for the right dentist, you can visit Dr Mac without hesitation.
