Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited this dentist for the first time to have a crown replaced, which I originally had done at a different dental practice. Dr. Visar Memeti looked after me also checked my daughter’s teeth he was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring - and definitely made the visit more enjoyable than I expected! Negative experience: I have no problem with the treatment from the dentist. My problem is with the reception. I have been asked to “hold the line” every single time I’ve called. I have never had my call Answered without being on hold for at the very Least 7 minutes!! I’ve sat in the waiting area and witnessed a receptionist put someone on hold then leave the reception area and return 10 Minutes later and start to serve a client who was waiting to pay. I reminded her that she had someone on hold and did she think it was acceptable to leave someone that Long? There is no excuse. This is not the odd occasion, this is every single time to almost every patient!!

Fantastic experience: A great dentist, have been great helping a family member with gum problems and even have some later appointments on a Monday too and Saturday appointments as well. They have even been great with my little boy who needed some extra work. The dentist really took their time to help as he struggled with the procedure. They were patient, helpful and showed him the tools they were going use and really tried to help and make him feel at ease, so he did have the procedure done. Would highly recommend this dentist, reception are really helpful and friendly and they take nhs patients too.

Negative experience: My husband went last Monday gave antibiotics cos he had an infection and told receptionist to book for a week later after he finished the antibiotics. She booked for Wednesday 2 days later but he arrived one week later. The receptionist was very rude and told him he missed his appointment cos it was last week.....

To clarify, the appointment date was clearly written on the appointment card at the time of booking. Unfortunately, your husband attended one week later than the scheduled appointment. When this was discussed, the appointment card was reviewed and it was acknowledged that the incorrect date had been attended.
We are committed to treating all patients with courtesy and respect, and we expect the same in return. Verbal abuse towards our staff is not acceptable under any circumstances.

Negative experience: The dentist centre overall it self is great, the receptionists are great but I had a dentist who was an elderly man perhaps of southeast Europe (still didn’t catch his name) which thrown my dental experience totally out of the window. He made no effort to make me comfortable even though I’ve mentioned numerous times I had a fear of needles considering I had to have a crown put in place. Secondly when selecting the crown, he suggested one it was way more yellow than my original teeth colour, even the dental assistance face said it all and secondly it wasn’t even affixed properly, it was at a forward angle which I only noticed after. At another appointment, he inappropriately joked about how a friend (who definitely looked of a different ethnicity and of the same age as me... which I had no problem about) whether if she was my daughter, I was dumb founded and wasn’t sure was it my lack of humour or his dry ‘dad jokes’. Bear in mind I attended several times to the same guy and only after rummaged the courage and asked the receptionists to change the dentists because of his lack of professionalism. Dentist like this shouldn’t be in the profession. No wonder people go to Turkey and other places for simple NHS treatments.

Negative experience: I was quite disappointed with my recent visit to the hygiene section. The dental hygienist delayed the start of my treatment by around 20 minutes without providing a clear explanation. The hygiene session itself only lasted about 20 minutes, while the clinic’s policy states that a hygiene appointment allows a maximum of 40 minutes. As a result, I waited longer than expected and received a shorter session. I hope the clinic can improve time management and communication to provide a better experience for patients in the future.

Fantastic experience: Well, as compared to my experience with previous surgery, Elm Park Dental surgery is much much better. Very professional and friendly staff. My dentist, perhaps Harina Parmar was amazingly professional and did her job perfectly fine. Though, this surgery is very busy, it is easy to book. You don’t have to wait so long. Fantastic experience: This Dental surgery is simply the best. Dr. Monty is my dentist since over a decade and I should say he is the best dentist that I have ever being treated from. Very nice very cooperative very professional and knowledgeable. Just for once I had to use another Dentist (from a different surgery) as emergency to fill my cavity and it’s was my mistake to get my teeth filled so I had such a painful situation after that so obviously i regret it. So I called up Elm park surgery to book my appointment and as usual yesterday I went to Dr. Monty to get it fixed and he is a magician. Such a relief from the pain I have been through this whole time so tonight I ate well and can sleep well. I really want to thank Dr. Monty and his entire team. Wish you all the best.

Fantastic experience: I've had an excellent experience at Elm Park Dental Surgery. After developing an abscess, Dr. Naveen provided fantastic care, assessing my situation and recommending a root canal treatment with a crown. Negative experience: What can I say—this has been the worst experience ever! I paid £120 for a filling, and upon leaving the surgery, I discovered that the dentist had accidentally cut my cheek. I didn’t even receive an apology. Two months later, I called back due to ongoing pain from the filling, and I was told to find a different practice since my treatment was considered complete. There's been no aftercare to address the persistent pain I've been experiencing since the filling. Due to my children being off school, I couldn’t call sooner to arrange an appointment. It's disgraceful. If I could give zero stars, I would. …………. Update! In your reply, you instructed me to reach out to you. However, when I did earlier this afternoon, I was initially given an appointment. Later, the receptionist informed me that I could no longer be seen at your practice regarding the issue with my filling, which was done by your practice. She initially refused to explain why, but I persisted and was told it was due to the accusation I made about a minor cut on my cheek during the procedure. Your only counterpoint was that the filling was done on the opposite side of my mouth, which doesn’t rule out the possibility of a minor accident. The fact that the dentist has not apologized reflects poorly on his professionalism and concern for patients. Additionally, when I saw the mirror briefly, my lips were swollen, and I didn’t notice the cut until I got home and examined it properly. CCTV footage from your practice would clearly show that I didn’t have any cuts on my face before the filling, so don’t cover up with falsehoods and unethical behaviour towards patients. I would strongly advise staying away from this practice. They have failed to address my concerns, which were simply seeking an apology and aftercare for the pain caused by the filling. Nearly two months have passed, and I still cannot eat on that side of my mouth. I would rather pay a bit more for superior service elsewhere, with exceptional care both before and after treatment.

Before every treatment, our dentist thoroughly explains the procedure to the patient and ensures they understand the process. After the treatment, we always provide a mirror for the patient to review the work and confirm that everything is satisfactory before leaving the surgery. Fantastic experience: As I hadn’t been to the dentist since before COVID, was in need because I had lost a root canal filling and was in a lot of pain, I phoned and explained the situation to the receptionist and they advised me of my options, I chose to see the independent dentist. I was given an appointment quickly. I was so nervous and anxious because I hadn’t been for years and this made my anxiety worse, I was called in by a dental nurse to meet this very calm young gentleman, he straight away made me feel at ease and was not judgmental in any , we discussed my options and I had to go back to have the tooth extracted, he once again greeted me with calmness and discussed the whole process, I never felt any pain, he worked calmly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure I was so happy, so I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone with anxiety and fear, his knowledge was outstanding and his manner to me was excellent . 10 out of 10 for me and a massive thank you. Negative experience: Please read before you book. Should you make the mistake of booking with this dentist please note that what they don't tell you is that the dentist that performed the procedure is the only one that is allowed to rectify it, regardless of how much pain or discomfort you are in. So if your dentist works part time or goes on annual, well frankly do not expect any help. They play by their own convoluted NHS guidelines. Basically everyone is self employed so if your pay one dentist then other one won't help as he won't get paid extra. I think the analogy use by the dentist who inspected my tooth but didnt help was- it's like plumber did a job and you don't want to touch it bcos you don't know what's underneath. I was in agony for 9 days. The practice manager has the depth and empathy of a spoon so no help there. I think it's appalling that a practice like this operates and judging by the rennovations, thrives. The only saving grace are the reception team. This dentist practice is by far the worst health care practice I have ever had the misfortune of registering with. Avoid like the plague!

After receiving your complaint, we offered you three appointments. Unfortunately, next day appointment was missed by you. Despite this, we ensured you were seen by two different dentists to provide the care you needed. At your last appointment, you mentioned that the pain had subsided and you were feeling much better.
Additionally, our practice manager spoke with both you and your husband to try to resolve the situation and offer support. We are deeply concerned about the subsequent abusive behaviour directed towards our manager and staff. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and contrary to the respectful environment we strive to maintain.

Negative experience: One of the worst dental surgeries in the area. I’ve called to say I got a flu the first thing the lady said to me is I’m losing my deposit. They cancel your appointment which is okay with them but if you call to reschedule they make a huge fuss. I have gum disease and in a lot of pain I have paid deposit twice, all I asked for was a different date the lady on the phone is extremely rude. Avoid this place and keep the 30.00. So sad to know we cannot get proper treatment.

We’d like to clarify that the treatment required for your condition is beyond the scope of general dentistry and necessitates a specialist's care. Initially, we offered to refer you to a specialist, but you chose not to proceed at that time. When you later accepted the referral, we promptly sent it to another NHS clinic for specialist, but unfortunately, the waiting times are beyond our control.
In the meantime, we offered you an emergency appointment with our dentist to help manage your pain, but this was not accepted. Additionally, we must address that you have directed abusive language toward our staff, which creates a difficult environment for providing the best care.
Negative experience: Such a horrible service received from this Surgery today. I booked an appointment on Mon for Wed at 12:40 giving all details and was told that I would get a text msg to check in in advance. At 10am on Wed, no msg received, so I called and asked them about it, only to know I have no appointment booked in the system. I was on hold for 16mins so I hanged up and called again, was hold again for 18mins only to hear they are really busy and they would call me back. Such a waste of my time with zero service provided. You get better service than this in a hospital/GP.
