Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with the way Dr Assad looked after my daughter when I made emergency appointment , which was recommended by NHS 111 online. Customer service was amazing and supportive. Dr Assad was very kind and caring towards my daughter and spoke to her in gentle manner which made my 6 years old , calm and happy. My 6 year old was relaxed throughout her treatment.

Fantastic experience: I was so anxious when I arrived. However, Assad, Leyla and Dr. Manpreet took care of me. I felt no pain and I am no longer scared of going to the Dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Verma is professional, efficient, knowledgeable and caring. He put me at ease during my recent visit, knowing that I am averse to needles, and dentists in general. He was very patient and kind, which makes him one of the best dentists I have ever had, and one of the only dentist I have trusted.

Fantastic experience: We first came to Abacus when my daughter broke a tooth on the trampoline, she needed to have an injection and our then current dentist couldn’t get near her, we were recommended by my mother In law to try Abacus. They took so much time and patience trying to help my little girl over come her fears of needles. I will forever be grateful. The whole family now uses the practice. My son needed braces and has ASD. We didn’t think he would cope with traditional metal braces so we spoke with Abacus about Invisalign. My son is now on his Invisalign journey and doing incredibly well. Dr Verma & Daria went through the whole Process making sure that he understood everything that was going on. We are really happy at the practice as a family. Becky and the whole team are great.

Negative experience: The staff at reception are rude and not very friendly

Negative experience: I was under 18 and still in school when i got my fillings so they shouldn’t have charged me. But for some reason after a check up i was charged £50. Another 20 for another check up. Literally didn’t do anything other than tell me what I already knew. I missed a couple appointments because i got the dates confused. Like they set one up for Tuesday but then they said they don’t even take ppl on Tuesdays. I heard the woman say Tuesday. Either I’m deaf or they’re putting in the wrong dates. They said i missed 4 appointments. I only remember missing three. They gave me another chance and I went for the appointment. Made another appointment for other fillings while i was there but couldn’t attend so i cancelled. They said i could rebook it anytime. I’ve called since then and now they said they’re not offering me appointments anymore??

Negative experience: Absolutely worse experience ever!! Spent 200£ for just take off 2 stitches rope. When I booked was 40£ but when I been there the price rise up for no reason. The operation take just about less than a min.. I waited in waiting room for about half hour before get called! If i have appointment at certain time please respect it!!

Every time I have attended Abacus for a routine check up or when I’ve had to have treatment, my experience has been nothing but positive. My son has really struggled with past procedures, experiencing anxiety and difficulty coping with the sensory challenges of the dentist environment. Fantastic experience: Had to have a tooth extraction today, due to an infection. Adam talked me through everything. Didn't feel the injection at all. The removal was over with, in no time at all.
