I have pretty much made a full recovery and I don’t think I’d have done so if it wasn’t for Dr Gauri’s skill. I have also seen Dr Poorna who is really nice as well. They genuinely care and want to help. I also come for my dental hygiene visits which are also excellent. You will be in safe hands

Fantastic experience: I recently had my wisdom tooth extraction at Meridian Dental Practice after being referred here due to the complexity of my case (I’ve had jaw surgery in the past with a fixation plate in place). I have to say the whole team was really professional and reassuring throughout. Gauri explained the risks clearly and made sure I felt comfortable before going ahead. The extraction itself went smoothly, and I really appreciated how patient and supportive they were, given my history. The recovery guidance was also clear and helpful. Overall, a really positive experience considering how nervous I was – definitely recommend them if you need dental work done, especially something a bit more complicated.

Fantastic experience: The practice is very responsive and helpful, I called an hour before their closing time and asked if they can take me in for an emergency appointment, which they happily did. I got very lucky to be taken care of by Dr Gauri who extracted my wisdom tooth that was causing a lot of pain and infection. Thank you Dr Gauri and the Team!

Fantastic experience: One morning, I experienced severe tooth pain. I needed to go to work and I researched dental practices nearby. I called the Meridian Dental Practice and they allocated a time for me to come in. Their approach was very professional; at reception, they greeted me and I felt welcomed. They took care of me from start to finish! The doctor examined my tooth and immediately prescribed medication. After taking the medication, I felt much better. Within a few days, I was feeling good. I highly recommend this dental practice, especially for emergency appointments.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting this dental practice for over 3 years for routine / cleaning appointments and Invisalign treatment (more recently). Dr Poorna has been my latest dentist, but all are extremely professional, kind and trustworthy. Diane (receptionist) is also very kind and responsive to emails / calls requesting appointment booking and/or further treatment info. My family visits this dental practice, we always feel welcome. I'd highly recommend it to everyone (in particular Greenwich locals).

Fantastic experience: Recently had my wisdom tooth extracted at the practice and as always the dentist and practice staff were absolutely lovely. The treatment was professional and friendly. As a nervous patient, I really appreciated it!

Fantastic experience: Tried the dentist scaling+polish today, it was good and professional. I have to mention that the receptionist is exceptionally polite and helpful with queries. Also they do not set the initial check up as mandatory before using their scaling services, unlike some other practices nearby which adds every single element as mandatory for first time patients and boost the bill to £160. This practice is highly recommended.

Negative experience: I attended a scaling and polishing appointment with a doctor. Which is priced higher than the same procedure with a hygienist. This made me think that a “doctor” would have more experience and maybe perform this procedure slightly better. I WAS WRONG! The doctor very evidently did not enjoy taking part in this procedure. I have had this done multiple times, i have a slight idea of how it should go and what the outcome should be. Scaling was rushed and kind of rough, and polishing was wizzed through. I was surprised when she had told me that the procedure is finished, i tried to contradict my belief and accept that she had done a good job. When i had arrived home i had a closer look and there were still plaque remaining as well as few stains on the front of my front teeth (the worst place to have stains remaining). I believe that this procedure should not be offered by the doctor as she clearly does not enjoy this process and is not willing to complete it to good standards. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend The Meridian Dental Practice for anyone who is nervous about visiting the dentist. Having avoided dentists for years, I reluctantly made an appointment for extraction of an impacted wisdom tooth. Dr Gauri specialises in dental surgical procedures and is very skillful (and gentle!). Her patience and readiness to answer all my questions meant that I clearly understood the options available. It turned out to be a painless procedure, and I appreciated the care of her supporting team throughout. Follow up care was also excellent. My irrational fears were clearly unfounded; I shall return for regular checks from now, as I know I will be in very safe hands.

Fantastic experience: I rarely do reviews but I feel this is justified. In 5 or so years I haven’t been able to smile fully, lots of broken teeth and just terrible upkeep in general. Found this practice and never looked back. 2 weeks ago was the first time I was able to do it. A full set of healthy teeth. I’ve had bone grafts, root canals, whitening and the lot here - paid my way haha. Gauri and the team have helped me get here and I could not be more grateful. Quality of service always stellar. Clean place. Friendly environment. Amazing customer service. Conversation that isn’t dull. A clean bathroom?!?! What more can you ask for. Thanks to Diane, Dee, Sean and all the lovely staff through the years. P.S. When the Doc says stop eating popcorn, just do it. Will save you £££

Fantastic experience: Dr Gauri and Diane made me feel welcome and in safe hands at The Meridian! I had to take out my wisdom teeth and Dr Gauri answered all of my questions, gave me excellent advice and completed the surgery in less than an hour! I decided to go with anaesthetic over sedation and I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. An after care guide was given with some antibiotics and if I had any enquiries, they were answered rapidly and in great detail! Dr Gauri is friendly and kind and will take care of you :)

Fantastic experience: I took my 5 year old daughter here with her friend from school (that also had an appointment) and we couldn’t have received better service. From the wonderful receptionist to the dentist and dental nurse, everyone provided a friendly and professional service. My daughter who was slightly anxious was put to ease immediately and is now excited to go back! We only had a dental examination (which was very price competitive for the location), so I cannot comment on any treatment. However, if you’re looking for somewhere in Greenwich to take your children for a routine examination, I would highly recommend. The receptionist even called after the appointment to ask for any feedback on how they could improve! I didn’t have anything but positive things to say but appreciated the follow up. Fantastic experience: Truly the best dentists, everyone there is so welcoming and polite and show a true care for their clients, after being anxious of dentists for years I finally found somewhere that I feel at ease and can trust. I recently went for a root canal and it was painless and the environment was calm, Dr Priya made me feel at ease and relaxed the entire time and I’m so grateful they managed to help me even with such short notice! Fantastic experience: I have recently completed my Invisalign treatment and I have to say that the team are amazing. Practice Manager and front of house superstar Diane sets the tone as soon as you walk in. An effortlessly professional, informative and yet relaxed atmosphere that calms the nerves. At my initial consultation, I was given the various options available to me, the pricing packages and was allowed time to think it over. Not once was I rushed into anything. During all of my appointments, my dentist Dr Thakkar worked her magic to give me the results I have today- straight heathy teeth and gums!

Fantastic experience: I have had a few appointments at The Meridian dental practice and couldn't recommend the practice enough. Everyone is very friendly when you enter the building, the dentist's are very good at showing you what exactly it is they are doing and always make sure you're okay when working away and explain why they are doing what they are.

Fantastic experience: I have used Meridan quite a few times over the last 5 years approximately. I suffer terrible anxiety when even thinking about visiting a dentist and have had terrible experiences but not at Meridian, they are professional, considerate and kind as well as being very good practitioners. I have had routine and complex treatments and the standards are always very high, the professionalism, and empathy consistent - really outstanding, though it takes me a long time to book appointments, with nerves jangling I arrive, they are courtesy, kind and compassionate. I recently had to have an extraction after treatment for serious infection, this was utterly nerve racking for me but every one at Meridian was kind and patient - all resolved -From Reception, to assistants to dentists you cannot fault this practice, once you find the dentist that suits you - even for anxiety cases like me - they deliver and that is such a relief - I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a dentist - I am a highly satisifed patient - despite my horrendous dentist fear anxiety issues. Diane the practice manager, is very professional, but also a great communicator dealing with people with care, consideration and kindness. Poorna, Dentist, always empathetic, competent, and kind -a human approach from those I have encountered - with very high standards in their specific roles which is of course very important too.

I had knocked down my upper front tooth and was unable to go to work.She build up a temporary new tooth in emergency till permanent treatment can be planned and sorted out.I strongly recommend you to visit Meridian dental practice to experience it yourself

Fantastic experience: Literally just got home from coming to this practice for the first time, and it was my first time as a private patient and WOW! I hate going to the dentist and get anxious about it, but everyone staff member I encountered was lovely! Dr Gauri was so helpful and was able to sort out my problem on the day (which I didn't think would happen), and walked me through every step of what she was about to do. Her assistant was lovely and friendly too. I think this is the first time I've ever laughed during a dentist appointment! They made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The receptionist was lovely too, and we bonded over our love of cats! Very happy with my experience here, can't recommend this practice enough!

Fantastic experience: Had such an incredible hygienist appointment. Am an extremely nervous patient but hygienist was supportive through my tears, i was in and out in 20 mins AND my teeth look better/whiter in terms of stain removal than when i paid hundreds of pounds for professional tooth whitening. Miraculous! The dentist is fantastic too. Such a local gem of a place.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment there this morning. The whole feel of the practice was extremely friendly and the dentist I saw, Dr Mathura, was thorough and happy to answer any questions I had.

Negative experience: Don't take your children here and find somewhere that really cares about your children's teeth as much as you do. I am extremely disappointed. I hope you reflect on your decisions as a practise and don't blame mothers for your own unprofessional and wrong guidance. Thanks for your not-even-5 minutes examinations and fluoride treatments (only sometimes) you do roughly with your finger which now left me with £5000 bill for my daughter's teeth. You sent us saying my daughter doesn't need fluoride and she doesn't need 3 month checkup, she can come in 6 month. Then we come 6 months later, you say to my husband that I was told she had cavities 6 months ago. How can you lie like this? Why would you give a child 6 month appointment if they had cavities? ! I took my child to dentist since she was 1.5 years old. If you even slightly mentioned she will have a problem, I would go everywhere to find the right treatment for her. Unbelievable. Next time try apologising and maybe don't accept children at all in the first place.

Fantastic experience: Went for a visit to the hygienist today for a scaling, polish & air flow. Can't recommend enough. I'd had stains on my lower teeth for half my life due to mistreatment growing up. They were completely gone in minutes. Tartar build up on the back of my teeth also fully removed. Can't get over it. Delighted with the result, a brilliant service and great price. Big thank you to the team!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best surgery I have found. All the staff go out of their way to make patients feel special! The expertise is evidently world-class. Yet it is relaxed, packed with good vibrations, smiles and ultra professionalism. But it is a human touch on top of it that makes it so very unique. I took my boy to this practice after my local NHS dentist refused to clean the black stains on his teeth which has been spread over all his teeth during the lockdown. It was very easy to book appointments and they open extra long hours so we can even visit the dentist in the evening, which is definitely a plus for working parents. All staff were very friendly and professional, especially Dr Gauri and Hygienist Shaun, who cleaned my boy's teeth straightaway.

If you are thinking about going to the dentist and you know that you have anxiety and panic attacks (because you don’t really like going to the dentist) please do yourself a favor and choose this dental practice! The staff is so warm and welcome that you already feel like home while going to the dentist + the procedures don’t even hurt as much as other dental practices ( I could barely feel mine and I had a root canal treatment ) . Fantastic experience: A few weeks ago at the beginning of September I was going through some extreme toothache & my old dentist refused to see me. I looked up some dentists close to home and this dentist came up,I rang them straight away and explained my situation & they were able to see me the that very same day. I was seen by Dr Guari who explained what was wrong with my tooth and off I went after receiving amazing emergency treatment the very same day. 3 weeks later I returned to the dentist & recieved a tooth removal from Dr Gauri, Iam now in recovery and very pleased with my treatment, I even recieved a courtesy call the very next day to see how Iam. Fantastic experience: My eight year old has always suffered with staining on his teeth, resulting in low self esteem. Although we have tried multiple local dentists, they were not very sympathetic or helpful. Dr. Mohile was amazing. Her friendly and caring approach immediately had a calming effect on my son. In addition, Dr. Mohile was very patient explaining the steps in detail throughout the whole procedure. The results were fabulous. My son was continuously smiling!!! Thank you!!! The whole team were brilliant, the practice manager Diane, greeted us with a beautiful smile, making us feel very welcome. And finally, the lovely Nurse held my son's hand throughout the whole process, comforting him and praising him for his courage. I am very impressed with this practice, and highly recommend them. I have now booked an appointment for myself too!!

Positive experience: My experience was positive although I have to say I didn't need to use much of their service. Doctor Gauri seemed to be skilled and trustworthy.

Fantastic experience: I rarely write reviews but felt I need to as I have received the absolute best care and dental treatment from the Meridian Dental Practice over the past few years, to the point where I will now travel across London to specifically continue my treatment here. After being with a few sub-standard dentists in London I was losing hope of finding a good one, but signed up after seeing the positive reviews online. From extractions where I was quite nervous to regular hygienist appointments, the Doctors and staff at the Meridian Dental Practice are really and truly excellent. Everyone is extremely calm, polite, knowledgeable, the ambiance is soothing and everyone definitely takes the time to genuinely care for your mouth, keeping your teeth looking their best. I can't say enough good things, other then sign you and your family up now and you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: We used to be registered with another dental practice, but I recently brought my 5 year old son to see Dr Mohile at the Meridian Dental Practice to remedy some problems which the previous dentist missed. She was excellent with my boy and put him completely at ease. Even though he needed an injection to facilitate drilling and filling, he was absolutely comfortable with Dr Mohile. Fantastic experience: Went here as an emergency as the NHS dental surgery wanted my 6 year old daughter to wait all weekend whilst crying in pain. I'm glad they did. Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Dr Poorna. She was extremely professional and did a wonderful job with my Composite Bonds, she changed anything I wanted adjusted until I was 100% happy with them. My Partner also went to Meridian with an infection in his wisdom tooth, they squeezed us in straight away and Dr Gauri removed the tooth (and I got to watch) with such ease! He had minimal pain after, and the whole thing was much easier than my previous experience elsewhere. Esther, the dental nurse, is so lovely and makes you feel so comfortable, as does Diane at reception. Fantastic experience: I am an extremely nervous patient & I read a lot of reviews before attending this practice. From the very first phone call Diane made me very comfortable & explained the process. I then saw Dr. Gauri who was kind & honest about what I needed. She carried out treatments for me & I was very happy with the result. Every stage was explained to me & any fears I had I could discuss with her. Dr. Gauri has a lot of patience & never tired of answering all my queries You will not go wrong with this practice. I am now a firm regular & travel a large distance just to see them.

Fantastic experience: I was doing scaling plus cosmetic polish, and I was positively surprised by the result. Everything took less than 20 minutes, and I even wasn't expected, that my teeth can be so clean.

He (and we!) were extremely nervous about the proceedure but the friendly and knowledgeable staff put us at ease immediately. What could have been a traumatic experience was made much easier. Fantastic experience: I came to see Dr Mohile for an emergency appointment which turned into a root canal treatment and other dental work. I was extremely nervous but I have been continuously reassured and taken care of. Dr Mohile and her team is highly professional and have your best interest in mind. This practice is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: An extremely professional but personable practice. My experience was from a problem wisdom tooth which required emergency treatment. I was offered an appointment within a few hours of calling and even had the tooth extracted the same day. Throughout my experience I thoroughly impressed with how all members of staff cared for me as a bit of a nervous patient and how easily they conveyed important clinical information about the proceedure and aftercare. I think it says a lot for their expertise when after an emergency extraction you can't stop laughing about the entire situation because it felt so easy!

Fantastic experience: What an amazing experience from start to finish!- I have had a serious nightmare on a Friday evening when I accidentally chipped into my original crown that was fitted for me a couple of years ago. The original crown broke off in half and left me with a broken smile. I rang up straight away as I was starting to worry about the implications of what has happened and an amazing nurse Esther was great, calmed me down and booked in a available slot that same very evening! From the emergency appointment on a Friday night, I went to the Meridian Dental Practice 3 times and saw Dr Poorna Thakkar - who was very lovely, patient and made me feel at ease right away. It was a fun experience as Poorna had that professionalism but I did find that she was very fun to talk to and laugh with which ultimately made my experience from being scared to go in, to wanted to go back to the practice with a smile on my face knowing that she will do a great job! I couldn't recommend the practice more and I do rate it 10/10 in terms of customer service and 10/0 for the completion of my tooth that now has a Porcelain veneer crown fitted! I couldn't be happier and it is great to know that I can now leave the house with a huge smile to my face and i would not hesitate to go back there, if anything happens to my teeth again as they are important to me and it is great that Poorna and the team cares about an individual's smile! Thanks to all the team and many thanks to you Poorna, you were incredible! :)

Fantastic experience: I'm an extremely nervous dental patient owing to several traumatic experiences and this has resulted in me being hesitant to address my dental health proactively. I visited this clinic initially with severe pain and could not have received better care both in terms of my dental treatment and my anxiety. I felt that my needs were taken seriously at every step and every single member of staff went out of their way to ensure I was both physically and emotionally comfortable. The staff were knowledgeable about the physiology of anxiety and how this affected my response to pain and analgesia, and thoroughly explained all treatment decisions, ensuring I understood what was happening and why. For the first time in a long time I feel that my anxiety has abated enough that I can get back on top of proactive care and regular check ups. I would highly recommend this practice for other nervous patients.

Fantastic experience: I had a walk-in, emergency appointment as a first time client. Lucikly, I was seen straight away by a wonderful dentist and her assistant who not only provided me a treatment, but also went though my x-rays explaining in detail my options for the future treatments and their costs. She compared and contrasted treatments with the NHS in terms of the quality and prices, to ensure I don't rush into making a decision straight away. Later that evening, I received an email with my x-rays and the report of my issue and solutions, including costs and likelihood of lasting effects. Overall, an exceptional service and staff who make you feel at ease at all times. Very professional and knowledgeable dentist, I know I can trust her judgement and it won't be financially motivated at all. As a private clinic, it is pricey and not the best option for the university students to get their full treatment, however, it is worth to get a £55 check up as it will be very accurate and considerate.

Positive experience: I have been coming to this Dental Practice for over a year now and have found everyone at the Practice so lovely and helpful. The receptionists, nurses & dentists are all lovely and extremely helpful. Throughout my treatment my dentist has been so patient with me helping me to get a smile I am now proud to show off! Fantastic experience: Great experience, friendly personal and very good equipment. I can't comment on the prices as they are covered by my Dental Insurance. I would totally recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I have been dreading going to the dentist for years but was recommended by a friend who has been here and has had treatment. Upon arrival the reception lady greeted me and gave me some forms to fill in a comfy little waiting room. I was seen by a lady dentist who put me at ease and did not use all that dentist jargon but was very clear and friendly. After the examination she talked me through all the work I needed done and the costing. Which wasn't nearly half of what I was quoted at another upcoming dental practice, she then went the extra mile and emailed all her findings and all of my options including much needed sedation. Fast forward 2 weeks I had already had a consultation with the anaesthetist Dr Krish who's name I cannot forget because he was so relaxing and professional. He even brought his own music system and played jazz during the procedure. He was very caring and attentive and I don't think I can have sedation with anyone else again. Overall I cannot believe I've been able to get all the work done that I had been avoiding for so long. You have a patient for life!

Negative experience: Extortionate costs. I visited here in need of an urgent private appointment due to issue with wisdom teeth. The dentist felt my jaw and issued antibiotics. I had to ask her to have a proper look at my teeth. On inspection she found some decay, which would have gone undetected if I hadn’t asked for a proper check. I then felt rushed into accepting an X-Ray and dentist wanted to book me in for surgical extraction under sedation in the surgery. I have never been sedated before so felt uncomfortable not being in a hospital for this. Total cost quoted including fissure sealant for two teeth was £1,000. I am so glad I didn’t give into the pressure, went to another dentist nearby who offer private treatment for a fifth of the cost and also have spaces for NHS. The reviews here seem great but prices are over 5 times other good quality local dentists.

Fantastic experience: Had amazing experience at Meridian Dental practice twice. First time when I went there a year ago  I was in agony with what turned out to be an infection on my wisdom tooth. I was crying and very (VERY) nervous. Remembering that unpleasant moment in my life even a year after I am still amazed how great I was treated. Dr Gauri Mohile not only made great surgery, which went very well, but also comforted me, so I wasn't as scared (never had a surgery before, so was very (VERY) nervous). And a month ago went for a medical check up. And even though several problems with my teeth were detected, I left Meridian Practice with a very pleasant feeling again, because I was NOT FORCED TO PURCHASE, but just was ADVISED several options of treatment. Conclusion: will definitely come back and recommend to everyone.

As a nervous patient a dentist trip is always daunting, but I was made to feel very comfortable and knew i could stop the procedure and take a short break whenever I needed.
