The whole process was smooth, professional, and completely pain-free. The dentist Dr. Niveen zakaria and nurse Annie took time their to explain everything clearly and paid great attention to detail, making sure my teeth looked natural and suited my smile perfectly. The improvement was instant and really boosted my confidence. staff were friendly and reassuring throughout. Negative experience: They tried to charge me £1200 for what turned out to be imaginary decayed teeth when I had it checked by a second dentist. Felt rushed by the practitioner who would reluctantly answer my questions during the routine check and was clearly trying to sell as many (unnecessary) services as they could. Very disappointed by my experience.

Fantastic experience: Very thoughtful, patient and kind member of staff. As soon as you walk in you are being informed about how the app is gonna go. For a nervous patient that’s really helpful. The receptionist is A+ !! So knowledgeable and actually gave pretty good advices about the treatment I was about to follow. And, let’s not forget about the affordable prices. I paid half the amount I would’ve have paid at a local zone 6 clinic!! Mind you, this clinic is zone 1 based!! Google, can I give 10 stars please?

Fantastic experience: Great experience at the dentist. I always use Paragon Dental Clinic for my dental hygienist, examination and treatment. Dr Anatolii is very gentle when doing the treatments and is explaining the steps he is taking. Also, he gives good advice on what to do after treatment. Their clinic is open on Saturdays, as well as the rest of the week. Very attentive and caring dental nurses. The reception staff is always helpful and accommodating.

Fantastic experience: I have visited Paragon a number of times to see Dr Irina and Dr Anatolii for hygiene and dentistry - with some problems that are straightforward. Overall their service has been very good - including reception and booking. It isn't always easy for me to see them, but they have always been flexible and communicative, which helps a lot. I would recommended you try Paragon.

Negative experience: I strongly advise you not to visit this clinic as they are overcharging and the final result it’s probably the worst which you may get in London. I have paid over £1000 for a tooth to get it fixed and I’m constantly in pain, however they won’t do anything about it. Do not go to this clinic it’s awful.

Fantastic experience: Dr Irina Ichim is superb; I have seen numerous dentists in London and she is by far the best. The customer service at Paragon is also equally excellent.

Negative experience: Se vede clar ca incearca doar sa ia pielea de pe tine. Ma dusesem pt o plomba cazuta, dar a refuzat sa mi o puna, spunand ca imi trebuie nu stiu ce alte proceduri care m ar fi costat 1000 doar pt un dinte ceea ce e exagerat. A trebui sa platesc 100 doar pt un pansament care a cazut, cand putea f bine sa mi faca plomba pe care i am cerut o si care ar fi costat 150. Mi a spus ca ceilalti dinti sunt ok desi eu am multe probleme cu ei. Nu recomand Follow up Nu mi ati dat toate optiunile, nu mai mintiti, mi ati dat cea mai scumpa ca sa faceti voi bani, am fost la destui dentisti ca sa stiu despre ce vorbesc. Mi am pus plomba in alta parte fara nicio problema, la un pret ok, putea fi facuta din prima. Dar nu s a vrut. Eu am carii mari la aproape toti dintii, dar marea voastra experta mi a spus ca i vede ok pe toti, de asta ce mai ziceti.

Fantastic experience: After suffering from severe dental anxiety, needing medication etc I found Paragon dental and Dr Ramunas, I needed a tooth removed and was so anxious I cried before hand but he was amazing, calm and so reassuring that when it was completed I laughed!! I've since started to have more treatment and couldn't recommend him or the dental practice highly enough. All the staff are so kind and welcoming and I don't even need my medication anymore as my worries are gone! Thank you so much.

Positive experience: They were nice and welcoming. However the dentist was in a hurry as the next patient was waiting therefore she did not do her best. Was recommended to take the tooth out and did a quick fix that costed me some money and lasted for less than a week while a different dentist was able to fix it.

Fantastic experience: Just went for an extraction of a tooth due to an infection in a root canal treatment. Receptionist exceptionally friendly, kind and serviceminded! I felt so welcome. My dentist was calm, confident and explained everything he did. His professionalism calmed me down and it all went well. I can only recommend this dental clinic. You pay little bit more, but definitely worth it! Highly recommended!
