Negative experience: What a bad practice, very unprofessional and the worst personal experience is the special racial treatment by the management. I would advise against going there.

Fantastic experience: My experience of dentists, like many other people, was negative. I hated going to dentists because all I could anticipate (from previous experiences) was pain, horror and nightmares afterwards. Having moved to this practice last year and being lucky enough to get Dr. Anjandeep Kang and her assistant every time since then, has been the reason my fear and anxiety of dentists and the whole dental experience, has changed since meeting them. On some form when joining the practice (I think?) it asked if you were a nervous patient. This gave me a bit of hope firstly, also the staff at the reception were friendly and have been since. On going in to my first appointment and every one since with her and her assistant, I have felt safe, listened to, they are gentle, quick and if you need a break, no matter how many times, they will stop and I did not feel like I was inconveniencing them by doing this. Since then, the breaks in my appointments have lessened as I do feel more relaxed. Every single visit that I've had with this team has been amazing and quick. If I need a break, they listen straight away, which gives me so much trust. I cannot recommend Dr. Anjandeep Kang, the team and practice. They are all amazing. I am so lucky to have found this practice as it has changed my whole experience of dentists. Thank you all, and to the practice manager, who assisted me to get there, via some circumstances.

Everyone in the practice is so nice and friendly and my dental practitioner Wei is amazing. As a fairly new patient to the practice, and one who is normally a bit apprehensive of dentists, Wei puts me at ease every visit. She is so gentle and caring and takes any fear away from me. I am so full of praise for this Dental practice and would not consider going anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I've had trouble with one of my teeth, and I've had excellent care for an infection in the gum, and they found that my tooth is dying. I was able to get my last two appointments on the days I phoned the practice at very short notice. I will be having my tooth pulled next week, all being well. Hopefully, the infection doesn't come back. Our family has been with the practice for well over 40 years and highly recommend this dental practice Jim Rutherford

Fantastic experience: Attended for yearly check up. All forms completed on Ipad the night before. Receptionist promptly recorded my arrival and directed me to the waiting area. Greeted by the dentist and accompanied to the examination room where I was directed to the my chair. Questioned thoroughly and concisely in a friendly professional manner. Examined at length and all my questions answered. No treatment required. Just how a visit to the dentist should be ‘painless’.
