Fantastic experience: I have just come from the surgery, and the staff at Broadlands Dental Surgery are both friendly and helpful. My dentist is Kyra, and she takes the time to explain things to me and is very thorough in dealing with my dental health. Highly recommended.

Hannah and Hannah (easy to remember!) were very welcoming, open, honest and considerate. I felt in safe hands and like I can trust them. They explained the process and Hannah the dentist was very careful and considerate. They explained any next steps. The staff on reception were equally as professional, helpful, informative and considerate throughout the process and for booking any next steps. Would highly recommend from this experience!

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been a patients of this Dental Surgery since moving to this area in 1995. I have seen many changes in that time but their standard of care has not reduced, if anything it has got better. You are made to feel welcome and valued from the moment you enter to the time you leave. I have never seen a child cry in the surgery going in or coming out, which was not normal when I was young. As a Private Dental Practice they are able to offer a wider range and options of dental treatments than is available at a NHS Dental Surgery. My final thoughts are " You can trust them to care for you".

Fantastic experience: Booked in at fairly short notice when existing filling started to crumble. Seen "on time", discussed options and made a temporary repair with a full repair (crown) booked for early next year. As always, a very professional service.

From the first minute you are greeted by the friendly receptionist to the excellent service provided by Dr. Kelson Mathias and assistant. All are very friendly and highly professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and professional. Everything I could ask for in a dentist. I was on the waiting list, for cancelations, as I had to miss an appointment due to work commitments. Everyone was really helpful in getting me an appointment as soon as possible. The fact that it came up on the day of my 60th birthday did make me chuckle, but I think it tells a lot that I was happy to go in on my big day! Thank you, every one.

Fantastic experience: First class service , extremely caring practice . You don’t need to be worried going to see the dentist here. Very professional. Gentle ,considerate , all staff so helpful . That’s why I keep returning to the Broadlands dental practice . I check my teeth and gum health every 6 months which is so important . I have had teeth removed , filings put in place , but all under the tender care of Fiona , Anna , and marvellous dental nurses .

Fantastic experience: I wasn't the best person looking after my teeth, a lot of years past, since visiting a dentist, until I found Anna, she's is fantastic, didn't judge me about how bad my teeth were, but has revolutionised me , I bought an electric toothbrush, and clean my teeth twice a day even flossing, can't thank her enough for her skill..

Fantastic experience: I came to broadlands dentist having had an awful previous experience with a local dentist which left me in tears. I was seen by Kyra who immediately made me feel calm and reassured. She explained everything clearly and answered all my nervous questions patiently. As it turned out, my previous dentist had made mistakes and hadn’t completed work properly which Kyra showed me on an X-ray and then she corrected the work for me. She’s a fantastic dentist and I would recommend her to everyone. The staff are all so lovely, the practice is immaculate and I have only ever had a positive experience with broadlands dentist.

Positive experience: Dentistry is nothing short of excellent. Quick, no nonsense, and sound advice. Costs though should be reviewed. £125 for a small filling (circa 10 minutes max) is simply unaffordable and unacceptable for so many.

Negative experience: Dentist has put my dad's life at risk, they took hundreds of pounds from him and left him with half a tooth and in agony. He may also have to cancel life savings heart surgery as they have left him with half an infected tooth that they cannot fix even though they took his money.

Fantastic experience: This is a private practice therefore it is not as cheap as an NHS practice. Saying that, try finding an NHS practice anywhere. The staff are Pleasant and they provide an excellent service.
