Fantastic experience: Very professional experience, dentist went through all options available with approximate or accurate costings. Polite and good receptionist experience. The broken tooth was ground down to use for the attachment of the crown. The crown is now fitted and the dentist did an excellent job as did his assistant during the work. Excellent job

Negative experience: I found the lady very patronising , I’m a wheelchair user and found she spoke to my husband more about the question I asked her , even handed him a phone number that was meant for me , hello I’m here talk to me not him , never had this lady before and don’t want to see her again, the room was to small , smaller than usual,

Negative experience: I can only offer you my many years of experience with this dental practice and nothing else. A true honest review - the positive reviews on here seem to be a work of fiction. Reception staff seem relatively pleasant on occasion (if they bother to answer the phone). I've seen three different dentists at this dental practice, all are abysmal and will do the bear minimum just to get there next victim into the chair. If you want to waste your time and money, in getting a sub-standard level of service for your teeth, then this is the place for you. Dental cleaning is a joke and is rushed (if actually conducted). Teeth pulling and poor dental work seem to be there specialty - anything to make a quick buck. You've been warned, good luck if you decide to go ahead anyway..

We do take pride in providing very good and high standard care for our patients and we do our best to tailor a treatment that is in their best interest. However we regret that on this occasion we didn't meet your expectations.

Negative experience: Tooth out today staff lovely and friendly they will be the prices they are charging £200 for 1 tooth out she said it would be difficult to get out it took her all of 30 seconds absolutely scandalous shouldn’t be allowed to get away with it

Negative experience: Not at all happy with the emergency dentist I seen today! firstly they say it's a emergency appointment even when I've waited 3 weeks! Then he didn't even try to refit my crown which I have done myself with temporary replacement and they still have the gaul to change me! And this is a 50 mile round trip for me and they do nothing!

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS DENTAL PRACTISE! My mum has paid a lot of money for a bridge replacement treatment and x5 time it has fallen out. The dentist is unhappy to help and keeps asking for more money to fix the poor work they have originally done.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental practice ever. I have attended this practice now for the last 2 years and my dentist is Phoebe Attia. Phoebe will put you at ease before treatment starts and it is totally painless I used to be scared of going to the dentist but I am not now Everything is explained to you from the very beginning and if you get a little concerned the treatment will stop for a few minutes. Kay at the front desk made me feel at ease straight away, and the whole practice was really clean and well-kept. Claire, the nurse, was fantastic – so friendly and professional throughout. I was really happy with the treatment I received from Dr Mushtaq. Everything was done quickly and smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Positive experience: Just finished my treatment at M60 Dental care and can say that I am very happy with the service I received, very efficient and friendly team , always greeted with a smile and very professional attitude . Over the last few weeks my treatment dates have had to be changed and the team always provided a new appointment very quickly, great service.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely AMAZING service/care. Was a bit apprehensive going to the dentist, as a lot of people are. But needed to go, due to having some severe pain. After seeing the 5* reviews for this dentist I thought id book an appointment. And i am so HAPPY i did! I saw dentist Khadija Khaled, who completed a tooth extraction with such care, attention and professionalism. She was so reassuring, calming and caring as we went along, that i no longer felt anxious to go ahead with the procedure. She was absolutely superb! So was the nurse who assisted. Definitely recommend this dentist, you won’t be disappointed with the level of care and respect! Thank you for removing my fear of visiting the dentist! And especially thank you to Khadija for being so caring and kind all the way throughout!

Fantastic experience: First visit at this dentist , I was really happy with the care and service DR zenib and her assistant rozi delivered, one of the best dentists I have visited and I will continue to do my 6 month checks here. DR zenib you was very helpful and friendly and you made sure I was comfortable thank you very much .

Fantastic experience: Just been and had a little filling and a clean up from old fillings WOW my teeth look amazing, yes they feel a bit funny whist I get used to them being built up but they look so natural you would not think they weren't all mine. Fantastic experience: I attended today with my mum, who had a tooth extraction due to having a severely infected tooth. From start to finish, all staff were professional, friendly and welcoming. My mum was scared about having this procedure done, but the dentist and dental nurse that saw to her made her feel instantly at ease and explained every part of the process to her. An overall positive experience!

Negative experience: Really gone downhill since Mrs Doyle retired. My Son’s recent visit with Ms Linh Lu was apalling! Numerous times she failed to acknowledge that he was in pain.

Negative experience: If there was a zero star rating ,I would have used this. I have been with this practice for many years and can say that this practice has become worse with time. The dentists constantly change, and the dentist who I have been seeing is absolutely shocking. Sairish, she spends in total 5 minutes if you're lucky for a routine appointment where she doesn't remove plaque or complete a polish. All you hear for 5 minutes whilst she looks into your mouth is her singing along to her bollywood tunes . If she paid a little attention to her patients, then she might actually do her job. For this reason, I am moving and advise people not to come here. Otherwise, you will feel cheated.
