Negative experience: The receptionists are really rude wouldn’t recommend and dentists feel untrained. didn’t even let me get an appointment.

Negative experience: Had 2 teeth filling recently, told £120 by dentist, however, didn’t told that was single tooth price. During treatment, increased price again, if told before, I won’t to carry on, at the end I spent near £600 for 2 fillings.

Fantastic experience: An amazing dentist, me and my children have been to many dentists but this one is something else. The receptionists are lovely always greet you with a smile. The dentist Dr Jamil I think her name is. Absolutely amazing, doesn’t speak down to you and is so calm with the children. The place is spotless and clean, it’s also not mission impossible for an emergency appointment. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience over the last 18 months at Stoke dental. After years of not being happy with my smile, I decided to have Invisalign. Fantastic experience: Never had any unpleasant experiences with this dentist. Always on time and attentive to questions and queries regarding my teeth health. Scheduling appointments is as easy as a quick phone call. Most recent appointment was arranged next day to suit my timeoff, very last minute and they managed to squeeze in my clean and checkup in for the following morning as per my request. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: I am so happy that I managed to get onto this dentist. After covid and a few bad experiences with dentists I got accepted here. Straight away Dr Kin gave me some hard truths and also a robust plan of attack to get my issues sorted. Im not on my 3rd appointment and very close now to having a full set of teeth back in my mouth. All of the dentists and assistants ive met have been friendly and gentle. 10 out of 10 to all of you and thanks for putting my confidence back into dentists.

But Dr. Kin Parekh was incredible from start to finish. She explained everything to me clearly before the treatment, which really helped put my mind at ease During the procedure, Dr. Kin Parekh was brilliant – the extraction was completely painless, She also took the time to repeatedly check how I was feeling throughout, which made me feel very reassured and at ease. Fantastic experience: This is the best dental practice I’ve ever been in my 57 years of life . After struggling to find a nhs dentist after covid and not visiting a dentist for over 7 years I was absolutely petrified, but from the whole process from the reception staff , hygienist and of course the amazing Dr Kinn and dental nurse I was put at ease and reassured. I had five teeth removed, fillings and partial dentures and didn’t feel any pain whatsoever..I Carnt thank them enough and highly recommend

Negative experience: Service is on a street which requires parking resident parking permits.Dentist cannot be bothered to get visitors parking permits for patients.

Fantastic experience: After being dental phobic for decades, Dr Kin at the practice got me through extractions and I'm now having my first set of permanent dentures. Positive experience: At my latest visit I was treated really well The This is my previous review. Recently I had an regular check up given by them. Halfway through the checkup the dentist took a scan of my teeth and informed me that one of my previously treated teeth needs to be checked. My tooth didnt cause me any pain or discomfort and i didnt request or had any requirement to get my tooth removed, but still my dentist, her supervisor and two nurses removed my tooth unprofessionally and without my consent. One of the nurses even had to strongly hold my head still just to pull the tooth out. I felt like they were gonna break my other teeth and my jaw because of how strongly they were pulling. Whilst the procedure was going on the tool that they used hit one of my front teeth and it made it sensitive. My oldest daughter was gonna get her tooth fixed here but after that appointment I don't trust this dental practice at all. This was my worst experience I've ever had in any dental practice and I am very disappointed and unhappy.

Fantastic experience: Have worn dentures for many years due to an accident, they need replacing. Struggled to find an NHS dentist, they gave me an appointment. Said I hadn't seen a dentist for years, asked for and gave me advice. Non judgemental, considerate, treated with respect, friendly staff. I have arthritis and recently had a knee replaced, can manage stairs. My first appointment was upstairs the second down stairs as will any further appointments. Felt calm, relaxed and the new dentures look good.

Fantastic experience: Campbell Dental Practice is the best dental practice in Stoke. I've visited many other practices before, but none have provided such a great experience as Campbell Dental Practice. I went there for a composite filling, and everyone was so helpful and understanding. Dr. Kin did a fabulous job with my filling; it looks just like my natural teeth. During the treatment, the dental nurse, Foram, ensured I was comfortable. I would 100% recommend Campbell Dental Practice.

Negative experience: Recently had to change my dentist and so glad I did! My new dentist Mr Donald and his assistant are wonderful! Edited I can not allow my below review to stand. People are what makes life amazing or challenging. Campbell road has a very high turnover in staff, which is never a good sign. The past 6 months has been a journey of coping with damage caused by a dentist who has lost their way, not prioritising patient health, but simply money, speeding up the churn. Forced to stick with them, as NHS dentist availability is horrific. They transform the hated dentist visit into a pleasurable experience! I do so hope that they stay and that I can class them as MY dentist for the foreseeable future! That and the fact that the surgery has been refurbished by the new owner make the experience a joy!

Fantastic experience: I required emergency treatment. I phoned up and the receptionist was excellent. Got me seen 2hours after calling. The dentist was fantastic and took my wisdom tooth out without needing stitches!! I'm very happy with this dental surgery. Thank you all.

Negative experience: Been going for about 30 years, but now been removed as only want private patients and wanted to charge a membership fee this has also happened to other people as well, money before care. Now found alternate dentist in stoke

Fantastic experience: Just been to visit the hygienist Sahar and his colleague Amelia and I must say they make a great team. They were very thorough from start to finish, explaining all the stages of the process. Service was top notch but at £44.90 I thought a little on the expensive side but they were both very skilled.

Negative experience: Getting a patients email wrongly and her details thereby making her miss her booked appointment! Cancelling her appointments without even informing her through mails or calls! Rescheduling her appointments and constantly cancelling on her like she not human is the most dreadful thing one can experience coupled with the fact she’s with a 3months old baby! Her husband gave up his own appointment just so you can accommodate the wife and y’all are demanding she pay £80 without telling them ahead of time on what to expect. Is this a new way of extorting people?? Lack of empathy, lack of professionalism! Y’all better do better! This is pathetic and sickening

Negative experience: They lure you in with a stoke membership plan but wouldn’t honour the deal. The membership plan is a scam!!! I registered with the surgery for I, my husband and my son on the 20th June 2023 and I received a welcome email in that regard. I was told my appointment was for August 3rd by 10am, my husband’s for August 12th by 10am as well. On turning up on 3rd August, the receptionist told me I was put down for August 2nd and that I’ve missed my appointment. On inquiring about why I didn’t get any sms or email, I realized they got my number wrong which I corrected. I was offered another appointment on the 7th of August immediately in the afternoon by 14:15. Getting home same day, same receptionist calls back to say they have cancelled the appointment offered me for August 7th and there’s no other available appointment till September without any concrete reason on why my second appointment was cancelled. I also realized on speaking to him that they also got my email wrong which explains why I didn’t get confirmations for my appointment ( still a puzzle to me tho as I received a welcome email for registering in the surgery, I wonder how they failed to send me confirmations or at what point they got my email wrong )Anyways I corrected the email. I asked to be booked for an emergency appointment since I have the Stoke membership plan, receptionist said that he can’t book me for an emergency appointment because my payment which left my account on the 1st of August is yet to come through to them. I understood I called back on the 4th of August and asked if my payment had gone through, the receptionist who picked my call confirmed it has, I asked her to please book my emergency appointment as I am in pain, she put me on hold for several minutes and hung up . I called back, the second receptionist who picked up my call informed me that they’re going through my details to make a decision (a decision on whether to give me an emergency appointment or not I suppose) and they will call me back. I waited for a call back all through that Friday, none came through. Stayed in pains the whole weekend. I called again on the 7th being Monday asking for an appointment. Finally they fixed me in for 22nd August. I called my husband in tears as I couldn’t wait for 2 more weeks in pain. My husband called the surgery and gave up his August 12th appointment for me and they gave my husband another appointment for the 25th Nov. Few minutes later, I received another call saying if I still want the Saturday appointment which my husband had to give up for me that I have to pay £80 pounds. I asked why, I have a membership plan already and no where does it state that I have to pay for emergency appointments. They said because it was a Saturday and that it was a recent development. I asked them why they didn’t give my husband this information before he gave up his initial appointment and that if that was the case, they should revert my husband’s appointment and retain his initial appointment for 12th August and give me back the 22nd August, I was told my husband can’t have his old appointment date back too and would still have to pay £80 pounds for it. This is very disheartening and disappointing. I’m left in pains and trying to run around making calls to now see what options I have while caring for my 3 months old son. This surgery and their employees are unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish, the receptionist Andrea was lovely on both occasions I've been there for treatment.i had two white marks on my two front teeth for years ive always felt conscious of smiling because of them and ive never been able to have my teeth whitened because of them possibly going a lighter shade and not blending properly,but the dentist recommend a treatment that could of possibly worked and removed the stains so I took the chance and yes it worked! I'm so happy with the results it's gave me more confidence with my smile and I can now have my teeth whitened . The dentist and the dentists assistant were both lovely and very professionally I would definitely recommend campbell dental practice,thank you again.
