Fantastic experience: Having made an emergency appointment as I had lost half a tooth! I was delighted that my dentist asked if I wanted it fixing then and there! Which he did and I’m pleased with the result!

Fantastic experience: Can't fault this dental practice. Receptionists are always very friendly and do there best to accommodate you. My hygienist (Victoria) is a true professionalist and always does a great job. She will answer any dental hygiene related questions in such a manner that you know she cares. My dentist (Tony) Great guy. I know from experience that he is dedicated to your dental health. A few years ago he saved one of my teeth through pure perseverance (three visits) it's still good now. I geniinely believe I would have lost this tooth without someone of Tony's dedication.

I have always received top quality treatment by excellent dentist’s. The admin staff and dental nurses are always friendly and helpful. Fantastic experience: I visited Grimsby Dental Studio for a consultation on 3 Dec 25 and was extremely impressed from start to finish. The environment is warm and welcoming, and every member of staff I interacted with was professional, friendly, and reassuring. After my consultation, the dentist gave me a very clear treatment plan with transparent costings, which I really appreciated. I was also fortunate to get an appointment quickly to have my treatment completed, as well as an early hygienist appointment. Overall, I am very happy with my experience. The professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency of the team made the whole process smooth and positive. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I find bi annual visits to the dentist stressful, but every time I visit, I’m always greeted with a smile from the office staff and the hygienist, dentist and their teams are always fantastic in their treatment and communication.

When the original dentist I use to use retired I was very sceptical to being looked after by another dentist cause I was so happy with Mike but honestly I came away a very happy patient Chris was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me so felt really comfortable.

Negative experience: Standard of care used to be fantastic and I’ve always had excellent care from Mr Booth but he’s just retired and I’ve now been told there is no NHS dentist for 7 months. To rub salt into the wound I’ve also just received an email from them saying my routine check up is “well overdue” (which it absolutely isn’t), but will be if I can’t get an appointment within 7 months.

Fantastic experience: Shafay Barlas is lovely. As a very nervous patient who has avoided the dentist for many years, I need quite a bit of work on my teeth. I've just had my first treatment & everything was great. He took time to explain everything & made sure I was comfortable for the whole procedure I am ready to proceed with all of my remaining treatment plan & have already booked my next appointment.

I thought that I would need to have a couple of fillings but after a thorough check up and x-rays, he said my teeth were good and just recommended an appointment with the dental hygienist. I felt that I was listened to and that he had a real interest in my oral hygiene rather than making more money.

When I was little I never dreamt that "the dentist" could be "Sounds, and sweet airs, that give delight, and hurt not". The genial welcome from all the people on reception makes me feel better as soon as I arrive. But it is my dental bridgework for which I will be forever grateful.

But in Mr.Booth's hands it was uncomfortable, but never painful with great care extended to me to ensure I was OK throughout. Very good staff and professional studio means no need to dread it, just hand yourself over and all will be well
