Strongly recommend if you’re like me, nervous because both Richard and Jon are excellent at putting you at your ease, and making you feel that everything will be fine. The decor is calming, apparently based on Icelandic colours to promote wellness. The surgery room itself has plenty of space, light and well thought out to enhance the treatment process. Everyone is introduced. I asked for everything to be explained to me as we went along - it was no trouble so I felt I understood what was being done and nothing was too much trouble. The treatment:- • No pain at all - even with the anaesthesia needle. • The nurse was great and anticipated my needs. • I didn’t feel judged or rushed. • Follow up and home care clearly explained. Fantastic experience: I went to Richard (my husband was already a client) when another practice botched my implants and the fell out three days before our daughter's wedding. He secured the bad implants so that I could smile for the photos and then made me a new set which I have had for three years now and am very satisfied. Richard's calm, kind manner, and his excellent technical competence has removed that nervousness completely. My first appointment with Richard involved difficult root canal work, but he made the whole experience completely painless and I wasn't anxious at all. He always gives plenty of time for appointments, explains everything, and has the latest equipment. The hygienist is also remarkable and very thorough in her work. Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist. I'm not good at having dental treatment due to a traumatic experience in the past, as a child. The team there really look after me and talk me through each step. Headphones when the drill is used, checking in on me regularly and I have not experienced one bit of pain with any treatment since choosing this dentist. I have had to have a fair bit of work done and I am very pleased with the results. I never thought my teeth would look this good.

After a trip to A&E due to a dental problem occurring over the weekend, Richard and Jon were both contactable on a Sunday for emergencies only.
