Fantastic experience: I have been receiving treatment at Holly dental for over a year now and the experience has been amazing, ALL the staff are very friendly and professional, the care I received from Andy was the best, never felt rushed when I asked 100 questions and the procedure was explained step by step. I registered with the practice and went on to have treatment with the amazing dentist Jackie who put me at ease, nothing was too much trouble and the whole experience was painless, Jackie made me feel very relaxed and confident, so much so I keep going back. From stepping through the door into this lovely building you will never look back. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Holly Dental has quite literally changed my life. I have always been self conscious about my smile but with their expert help I now smile every day without worry and it’s only now I realise just how much of my mind was taken up by thinking things like “don’t smile too big” or “keep your mouth closed in pictures”. With a combination of Invisalign and gum contouring, I now have a smile that I love and I am proud of. Fantastic experience: Holly dental have been absolutely amazing from the process before the procedure to the end, they have always provided an excellent service and have always made me feel not judged, I would recommend to anyone! Fantastic experience: I had an invisalign consultation with Andy this morning. As soon as I entered the consultation room I became upset and explained how anxious I was due to my previous dental history, and how it took a lot for me to attend today. Andy immediately made me feel comfortable, he was so kind and took time to listen to my concerns. I left feeling relieved and positive, I am now looking forward to getting my perfect smile back!

After being greeted by the manager and dental nurses, I met with my dentist Andy who made me feel completely at ease and explained a treatment plan I had previously been told with other dentists ‘I would not be happy with’! Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency appointment last week for a tooth that was bothering me and causing me pain. I contact this surgery as it’s not far away from my work and the receptionist got me booked in on the same day and was extremely helpful, I think her name was Aliah. (Apologies if that’s not correct). I attended my appointment at the time given, the practice was clean and spacious. I saw Jacqueline, she was personable, caring and professional. She carried out a complex tooth extraction, after assessing the damage, and for the duration of the procedure, herself and the Dental nurse were so comforting, telling me I was doing brilliantly etc. They made remarks about how ‘it was a change from their normal boring extractions’ which made me laugh and lightened the fact I had a strangers fingers in my mouth. Following on a week from the surgery, I’ve had a few complications, through no fault of the practice, and have been back today to see her again. Once again, she was lovely and very reassuring. I’m hopeful that what she has done today will solve the problems, it has already helped significantly with the pain. Thank you so much to all at the practice. I would highly recommend both Jacqueline and Holly Dental Practice for anyone needing any treatment or even a consult. I cannot fault their price or service (and that’s easy to do when you’re in pain). Keep up the good work guys, you’re all outstanding!

Fantastic experience: The best dentist I’ve ever been to. I love coming to Holly Dental. I live nearly 90 minutes away but it’s worth the journey. Every member of staff is wonderful. Before my first appointment it had been over two years since I’d been to the dentist after a hideous experience with another more local one to myself, who put the fear in me. I’ve never needed nor had any dental work except a brace when I was a teenager. So they were just a meany!!! I was apprehensive coming to Holly thinking I was going to need loads of work doing, all my teeth ripping out and to be told my mouth was ruined. Aside from some tips on better routine and a posh toothbrush recommendation to really do a thorough job, there was nothing majorly wrong. They never made me feel anything other than wonderful. Or ever that I was doing anything wrong with my dental hygiene, but offered me ways to improve based on my lifestyle. The service is efficient and every time I come back they take a genuine interest in my adventures. I love a scale and polish and I’m definitely thinking seriously about getting an Invisalign and teeth whitening. Thank you for everything. You are all wonderful.

Fantastic experience: First time attending Holly Dental practise today. All of the staff are welcoming and the practice is immaculate. Had a check up and a filling done by Jacqueline, she was very professional and friendly, making the whole experience pleasant. Definitely recommend 5*

Negative experience: Do you check your emails? When Andy was my dentist, I felt like I was in good hands and that I could trust him. But I can't say the same about the new dentists at your clinic. I go for my check ups regularly and I have been told by your new practitioners that my teeth were 'fine'. My last check up was with Jacqueline Adjetey. During the appointment she told me that everything was 'fine'. For some reason I wasn't convinced and decided to get a second opinion. I went to see my old dentist and found out that I had tooth decay and 4 teeth needed fillings. It cost me over £500. I've been your customer for almost a decade and I feel let down by your new team because this could have been prevented.

Fantastic experience: Honestly could not recommend Holly dental enough for all dental treatment, especially Invisalign. Although I am a patient at another dentist, I was happily welcomed for Invisalign treatment which I sought when they advertised a discount on their Instagram page! I had always been looking at their Instagram and wished my teeth were as perfect as those so I just went for the consultation! The whole team are wonderful and welcoming but a special thanks to Andy for his friendliness, professionalism and going above and beyond to give me the perfect smile I wanted. I looked forward to every appointment. I had Invisalign and composite bonding. Everything has been fantastic from start to finish. The only regret I have is not doing it sooner! If you’re on the fence about Invisalign, do not hesitate with Holly Dental.

Negative experience: I have suffered terribly with my mental health since my partner/soulmate and Father (of our then 5 year old) died suddenly in front of me. I have PTSD, depression and generalised anxiety disorder, amongst other conditions. I have also suffered other major traumas in the last few years and consequently have neglected myself (including my teeth). I had also fallen and knocked one of my front teeth out. I had a pleasant enough dentist when I first visited the practice and he was fine. Then when I returned for check up, I had been allocated another dentist called Jackie. I was dreading showing my teeth to a new dentist as I am very self conscious about them. I explained to my new dentist about my poor mental health and asked her not to judge me, as I had had a hard time these past few years and I know I’ve neglected myself. I had also had some bad experiences at dentists as a child and I hated going to the dentist. Jackie smiled and said she “didn’t judge” and then went straight ahead and judged me. She told me I needed to “pull my finger out”!! Unfortunately, for people who are mentally ill, that sort of language is counterproductive. I started getting flashbacks and thought “you’ve no idea what I’ve been through” and I burst into tears. I tried to compose myself and asked if I would be better going down the route of having implants and she seemed to take delight in telling me a full mouth of “all on four” implants would cost me £30,000. “THIRTY THOUSAND POUNDS” she said in a condescending manner (I strongly suspect she assumed that was way out of my price range). This is what they charge for a full mouth of implants (two sections for each jaw). They don’t do the implants in house, they have an implant expert who carries out this work out on their behalf. You can get this procedure for comparably less in the UK, which I already knew, so it felt like she took pleasure in making me feel bad and like I was almost out of options. I burst into tears on the receptionists afterwards, who were lovely and took me in a side room and got me a drink of water. I was told that the cost of the 5 minutes of humiliation was £48 and said I wouldn’t be paying a penny. I know my teeth are in bad condition and there are many reasons why (mainly poor mental health and medication that dries my mouth) but, as they are an expensive private dentist, I would have been spending a considerable amount on the treatment. If we were all perfect, there would be little need for dentists. So I’m back to square one. Looking for a non judgemental, compassionate dentist who wants to help me restore some much needed confidence and makes me feel at ease, rather than making me feel worse. Never judge someone unless you’ve walked in their shoes. The dentist only knows a fraction of what I’ve been through. I even told her I struggled with suicidal thoughts at times! Before they say they can’t find me on their system, I use my middle name on here.

Fantastic experience: Massive shoutout to everyone at Holly dental. I had to have a root canal and a crown put in for a tooth I didn’t think would have been able to be saved. Jacqueline is incredible at her job- both professional and personable at the same time. I could not be happier with the way my treatment went and my crown even came earlier than expected which is a bonus! All the staff within the place are extremely friendly and open which has created an amazing atmosphere within the practice. Huge thanks to everyone, all a big credit to the dental practice!

Fantastic experience: I’m my life I have unfortunately experienced poor dental care, and as a result I have feared having teeth removed since, I have recently started treatment for Invisalign and as a result needed a tooth removing to give me the best results, as such I attended to have have the extraction and the dentist Shammi made me feel at ease, the whole experience was smooth and painless, Shammi explained the whole process to me step by step so I didn’t fear anything, I can now say I trust the dentist again and I’m no longer scared of such things. I want to say a massive thank you to her for being so good at her job. I also want to say a massive thank you to Andy, he has been very supportive and guided my though all the stages so far on my Invisalign journey, the reception staff are always so friendly and Simmy is always on standby to answer any questions which is a life save as I tend to have many!

Fantastic experience: Holly Dental Practice have been great. I have unfortunately been the victim of a very poor dentist elsewhere and was left in pain and without help. In desperation my sister reached out to Holly Dental on my behalf as I was suffering, and from the first contact, they have been nothing but helpful, polite and friendly. They even managed a dental appointment the following morning after the initial phone call. Harpreet and Carolyn on reception are always friendly and welcoming and know who i am on sight. They have all done their best to help out and try and resolve the situation I have been left in - even though it wasn't of their creation. I've been seeing Jackie the dentist. She is friendly, welcoming and professional. She has listened to my concerns, and acted upon them efficiently in order to make things better for me. I am now very picky and was a worried patient due to my previous experiences elsewhere, but I will happily vouch for her and believe she is a really good dentist. Thanks for helping me.

Fantastic experience: At Holly dental it is a 5 star rating as soon as you walk through the doors. The staff are always friendly and professional. The practice is 100% top notch, it's not only just offers you different specialists but the cleanliness is outstanding, as soon as you walk through the door everything is so different to other practitioners. I work in a job that takes me all across different areas that is screened by CQC, but at Holly dental without a doubt it's definitely no1. Fantastic experience: I have recently just completed my invisalign at holly dental and i could not be more happy with my teeth. The dentist was always my worse fear but i can not fault how welcoming and lovely everyone is that work there, i would highly recommended to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I went for the Invisalign open day in February 2023. Was very welcoming when I first arrived. Andy explained everything to detail and assured me on ever stage of how my teeth would change, made me feel very at ease, I went back on the 6th April had my Teeth cleaned with Jo and she was absolutely amazing. At the age of 40 she showed me how to floss my teeth correctly, Simmy then fitted my 1st set of Invisalign talked me through everything on how to take them out and put them back in when to clean in-between eating and drinking. I Highly recommend this dental practice, All the reception staff are really nice always have smiles on there faces. I will be changing to this dental practice as my anxiety coming here is alot better . A* all round.

Fantastic experience: I started at Holly Dentist 2 years ago with hideously wonky teeth and expecting them to turn me away saying there was nothing they could do. But here I am 2 years on with the straightest teeth ever, it's nothing short of a miracle! Don't get me wrong it's been hard work wearing the lines 24/7 for all that time but so worth it now. Wish I'd done it years ago but just proves that you are never to old to have the best teeth (I'm 57) So a big thank you to Andrew and all the girls there they make you feel so welcome and at ease and if you're thinking about it don't, just do it!

When talking to anyone teeth related you are always the dentist I recommend! During November 2020 I decided to make the most of your black Friday deal on the invisalign treatment. Starting my journey in January 2021, with the view of getting my perfect wedding smile for August 2022. Due to the fact I had start to stop smiling because of being self conscious of my teeth. Throughout the whole year process Andy Holly and team were amazing, talking me through step by step (as always). I love my smile and my wedding photos. I cannot thank Andy and the team enough. 5 STARS!!!

Fantastic experience: I transferred to Holly Dental 18 months ago when my NHS dentist was ‘playing up’ with cancelling appointments. I’d found where Jackie Adjetey was working and decided to make an appointment. I was delighted to find that Tasha the dental nurse was also at Holly. Jackie, Tasha and all the team at Holly are amazing! Everyone is so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. My teeth have never felt so looked after for a number of years. I had some fillings replaced with white composite and Jackie did an amazing job, you can’t tell I have fillings now. My husband is now also a patient of Jackie. I would highly recommend Holly Dental.

Fantastic experience: I started at Holly dental about three years ago, with a bit of a fear of dentists. I've been going every six months since then and have to say just how professional, friendly and reassuring the team are. Andy put me at ease instantly on the first visit and continues to do so every appointment. Jo is again, incredibly nice and reassuring right the way through the visit. I cannot recommend them more highly!

Fantastic experience: I recently finished my invisalign treatment and composite bonding with Andy. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, and every step of the process was a breeze even though i had quite a complex case. It’s clear Andy has an incredible level of skill even by professional standards. Andy and everyone else at the practice are super friendly and it doesn’t feel like ‘’going to the dentist’’ at all!

Fantastic experience: We contacted Holly Dental to see if they would visit our Year 2 Class at school to talk to them about how keeping our teeth, mouths and gums healthy was an important part of being a 'healthy me'. From the initial call we have been met with enthusiasm and willingness from the Practice Manager Michelle and her amazing dental nurse Tasha. The children were educated, engaged and involved throughout the whole session. It was brilliant to see the rapport Tasha struck up with them, ensuring the children were able to view the Dentist as a positive experience and enthuse them about making sure they look after their teeth. Fantastic experience: I found Holly dental by chance but how glad was I. Such an amazing experience. I was 54 years old and had waited many years due to a fear of dentists. I needed invisilign to straighten top and bottom and the top four front crowns which were falling apart removed and replaced with beautiful new ones but also Mr.Holly managed to move the midline of my teeth as my two front teeth were out of line. It was basically in a pretty bad state. He and his amazing staff made me feel safe from the moment I stepped into the surgery and the service was absolutely amazing. They are both caring and professional and the results amazing.He has transformed my smile. Mr.Holly initially gave me 3 plans of action to consider with clear costs and allowed me to decide whilst giving advice. I cannot thank him enough and the amazing team he has including the hygienist and I will be staying with the practice now for my future dentistry. The amount of comments I now receive is amazing and he has given me back my smile. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I started my Invisalign treatment almost a year ago,, I have not given a confident smile on camera for years but even with the clear braces in , I feel more confident to smile. My teeth I feel, we’re very misaligned, but are already much straighter, I am delighted. The whole team are very professional and friendly, and seem to really care about you as a person.
