Fantastic experience: As someone who is no fan of any dental treatments but knew I required to get my teeth scaled, doing a bit of research of where to get it done, Jackie and her team kept popping up with loads of positive reviews. I can only say that making the booking with Ohh! was the correct one. Jackie and her team are extremely friendly, no judgements, great service and advice and I wish I had booked it sooner. Definitely a service I’ll now be using regularly as the quality of the overall service was fantastic.

Fantastic experience: Being a nervous patient I have been putting off booking an appointment with ohh oral heath but after attending my first treatment today I wish I had done this sooner. I was instantly put at ease with a relaxed atmosphere and some good friendly chat. I loved that everything was explained clearly to me and that I could ask the treatment to stop at anytime (although I didn’t need to). My teeth have never felt so clean and although I had attended other private hygienist appointments the treatment I got today stood out by a mile because of the attention to detail and care I was given. I like that they have a monthly plan, that I can schedule my next appointment for next year and excellent value for money 10/10 service today and I look forward to my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: I visited for my first time a couple of weeks ago and was welcomed by a lovely, friendly team, they made me feel very welcome and at ease. Jacqui took time to explain what was happening and after the treatment she gave me some tips to try before my next visit. I then took my son today who has braces in and she spent time showing him ways to help him look after his teeth while the braces are in.

I initially emailed her as I was nervous and worried she would judge as I badly needed a full mouth clean but she could not have been nicer and reassuring. Her clinic is very welcoming and her staff friendly. I am really happy with the results and have joined the subscription offer where I pay monthly and get an appointment every 2 months. I’m more than happy to recommend Ooh for anyone looking for a first class hygiene appointment…especially if you are nervous or self conscious.

I must say I am an extremely nervous patient and was terrified to even go in but as soon as I opened the door the 3 of them made me feel so at ease! My teeth have never felt cleaner the the results are amazing!! Jacqui gave you all the best information of dos and don’ts and recommended some great tips and products for my teeth. I can’t thank the 3 ladies enough and can’t believe I am saying it I can’t wait to come back in October!

Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend Ohh Flow! As someone who previously avoided the regular "scale & polish" due to pain & hating the scrapyness & noise, my experience at Ohh! Flow blew this out the water and was just incredible. Jacqui & her team are so friendly and welcoming & really made me feel relaxed and talked me through the whole process. Jacqui acknowledged and had strategy's to help with my sensitivity to cold and also my anxiety around attending the dentist. The experience itself was entirely pain free and without the feeling of painful scraping on my teeth & gums. When I left, my whole mouth felt great, so clean and fresh and for the first time my tongue could feel every single tooth! I would not hesitate reminding Ohh Flow

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend. Had Ohh Flow and boost. Jacqui did a fantastic job on my teeth, which haven't seen a hygienist since before covid so were really needing it. So clean! She is incredibly thorough and gentle and explained what she was doing throughout as well as giving me plenty of tips and advice without being judgemental. She even removed some stubborn glue I've had stuck to a tooth for over 20 years, from one of those ridiculous tooth gems I put on as a teenager, despite having had many hygienist appointments with others previously, who couldn't budge it. My partner has also had his teeth cleaned by Jacqui and she did an incredible job, I couldn't believe the difference from just one appointment! Her whole team are absolutely lovely and so welcoming and they all have such a lovely rapport with each other which was refreshing to see. Will definitely be back again and again. Can't rate them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: After years of avoiding the dentist due to a bad experience I decided to go to Jacqui to get my teeth cleaned up for my wedding this year. I instantly felt at ease and felt no judgement at all with regards to how my teeth and gums were looking, the process was totally pain free and have noticed a massive difference already. Jacqui also recommended a routine for me to help me try and repair some damage to my gums and I’m actually looking forward to my next visit to see how im getting on. Jacqui was great at explaining everything to me and having a right good look about my mouth and letting me know the condition of my teeth and gums, which was amazing and put my mind to rest. Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend to anyone considering booking in. My wife and I were looking for a dental clean due to being let down so often at out own dentist as well as not feeling that our hygienist was value for the cost they charge. From the moment we first made contact we felt so comfortable. We turned up with our 2 kids on the day and again we were all made to feel welcome as a family. We couldn't be happier with the service we received, I didn't in any way expect to see such a massive difference after one clean but the difference was absolutely remarkable.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience! Having dental phobia from a past traumatic experience, I was really nervous, but the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable from the very start. Thanks to their care, my gum infection has completely healed, and my teeth now look fresh and clean! They also guided me with aftercare, recommending the best toothbrush and mouthwash to maintain my oral health. I can’t thank them enough and would 100% recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much!

Negative experience: Booked an appointment, woke up and my boiler is broke and need to wait in for the repair team coming as I have no hot water or heating and a 8 week old baby. Asked to reschedule and was told I would loose my £40 deposit and have to pay and extra £40 to re book. Some provisions could have been made in this circumstance to allow me to attend the next available appointment - they have lost a customer who would most likely have came back regularly.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing practice! Was made to feel so comfortable from walking in to finish, I had taken my grand daughter with me who had never been to a dentist. She was able to sit on the "big chair" and have her teeth counted and just experience being at "the dentist". The hygiene clean was amazing and I was so happy with the results. I also was pleasantly surprised that I could buy the. Pre-filled bleach moulds individually as needed/wanted as opposed to spending a lot more on than what I was quoted from other dentists. (You can also buy a box of 20 pre-filled if you wish) its an excellent idea to see if its for you I stead of the commitment of a whole box of treatments. Would highly recommend x

Fantastic experience: Today I had my first appointment with Jacqui and her amazing team. I've always been quite a nervous dental patient, but I wasn't nervous today. Within 5 minutes it felt as though I was just having a laugh with friends. I'm not exaggerating when I say that this is probably the best dental experience I've had in my life so far, the results on my teeth from just my first visit are amazing. The advice Jacqui gave me about ongoing cleaning and maintenance was really helpful and way beyond what one normally gets from a dental hygienist. Fantastic experience: Not really sure where to start if I’m honest! I will admit I have avoided dentistry for a significant amount of time. As an ex smoker, I was more than aware of my dental hygiene. Well, to say Jacqui is a miracle worker is an understatement. This is my first visit and Jacqui was supportive, offered a warm welcome and coached me through everything (including my fave anxiety stress ball). See Ohh! socials for the true transformation but she has truly changed how I feel about myself and my smile. I can’t wait for our next appointment to polish up and for everything that comes after.

Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Jacqui and the team for nearly a year now and can't fault them. Everything is explained in a straight forward way and you immediately feel at ease. The cleaning process is painless and the results are fantastic. I would find it difficult to return to a standard hygienist now. The chat isn't bad either and despite seeing lots of people, they still remember previous conversations and just pick up where we left off the last time. Fantastic experience: I started visiting Jacqui at Ohh! at the start of the year as I was struggling to get an appointment at my normal dentist that suited my work schedule. It’s a much nicer environment than a normal dental practice and you are made to feel very much as ease and I have been given lots of tips to help. I signed up for the payment plan and go every 3 months for a clean. I would highly recommend, it’s in an easy location, suitable times to fit around a 9-5 and Jacqui is such a lovely person.

Fantastic experience: Knowledgeable and highly experienced takes time to explain everything in detail. This is a private clinic and the whole experience feels it, real care taken to make you feel at ease and detailed clinical inspection before any cleaning. You simply won’t get this level of service from a dentist as they just don’t have the time.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment today with Jacqui and WOW! One appointment and I can already see a great difference! Not only that but Jacqui and the team were so friendly that I felt very at ease and as if I'd been there 100 times before. Jacqui was very informative and took time to explain things to me and recommended products which would benefit my gum health (I was even sent links for the products). I can't wait for my next visit and I would not hesitate to recommend Ohh! Hygiene! Thanks again

Fantastic experience: Went on the 7th Aug with my daughter to Jacqui, after making sure my nervous daughter was comfortable she did the procedure, OMG what an absolute transformation. Fantastic experience: Cannot reccomend Jacqui enough. I was deseprately looking for a hygenist appointment and she kindly offered me an appointment after hours extending her hours to see me. I have really struggled to access dental services since the pandemic and despite my appointment being the last of the day Jacqui and her colleague went above and beyond. She spent a lot of time explaining gum health and the procedure to me. The procedure itself was carried out quickly to a high standard and Jacqui and her colleague Lisa did an excellent job with great before and after results. After the procedure Jacqui spent more time talking me through the correct after care I should be doing and reccomended various different products to me. I was so pleased with my visit I made appointments for my partner and six year old.
