Fantastic experience: Lovely, friendly family practice. Nae makes time to catch up with personal news and puts you at ease before treatment. Generally Nae keeps to time. I have been attending Adelaide Square dental practice for over 30 years and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to anyone who is looking for a dental practice. Saw Alison the hygienist the week before seeing Na. She was lovely too. Gentle in her approach. Very chatty and friendly. I actually don’t worry about going to the hygienist anymore because I know it’s not going to be painful. Thank you both for making my dental appts a pleasant experience. Shout out to Yvonne too. She’s an asset to the reception team. Always lovely to see her with a chat while waiting.

I see Chris and again he has always been so kind and caring as well as his colleagues that work with him. I have never felt judged and chris is always so patient. Explains everything he is doing. Positive experience: This is a good practice which I have been more than happy with since it first came to Adelaide Square . However, the real strength of any organisation is having the ability and desire to put things right when they've gone awry. This business has that in spades. After an uncomfortable, long and painful crown prep in which the temporary crown fell off after 4 days, I was fitted in with 24 hours notice and repairs were fully and successfully achieved. Confidence has been restored and I look forward to the fitting session in a fortnight. Well done team!! Special thanks to the new kid, CH picking up some of Nae's workload. Well you did ask, Tom for feedback and I hope you will appreciate my candour!!

Fantastic experience: I saw the hygienist who was lovely, I explained about my cracked tooth she said she would do a gentle clean and avoid the tooth. She then suggested that I should see the new Dentist Chris as the tooth looked like it needed urgent treatment. I saw Chris who took an x-ray and explained it needed to come out. He offered to fit me in 2 hrs later that day. I returned feeling nervous, from start to finish he explained everything he was doing. I can thoroughly recommend Chris he is very caring and professional. I never thought an extraction could be so pleasant.

Fantastic experience: I have just completed a successful root canal treatment with Mujtubah Rasheed. He made the process as comfortable as possible to save a wisdom tooth which I did not want to lose. I was grateful for his expertise and patience, and thankful for the great ongoing service provided by the surgery.

In-depth explanation of work to be carried out. = Excellent in all areas of dentistry. This is a practice that is highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Having been a patient at this Dental practice for well over a decade I would like to say that previously to coming to Adelaide square Dental Practice I had chopped and changed many practices and to be straightforward I used to have a real dislike of going to the dentist and would only attend when I was in trouble with my teeth, finding this particular one has been a massive game changer and everyone from the receptionist to the dentist's and the hygienists etc have all played a big part in making a visit to a dentist go from something to dread to a pleasant and involving experience , what more could I say? It's what has made this practice a permanent one for me and long gone are the days of endlessly searching for a practice I could trust . Updated review: recently I had a scheduled appointment with the practice dental hygienist and can confirm that all the comments aforementioned in this review are applicable to the practice hygienist and I was also given updated advice in regards to flossing that was very helpful and I will carry out from now on and both the hygienist and co- hygienist were friendly and professional with the work done. Job done no worries UPDATE: 24/02/2023- I have Recently paid a visit to the practice for my latest session with the hygienist and was looked after very well, the hygienist had to do mostly manual work due to a minor issue with the powered equipment something I had endured at other practices and it wasn't a particularly fond memory, this time a completely different experience altogether the whole process was overall excellent and now I can be confident that I can relax in the event that if I am offered manual hygiene treatment I will not have any "jitters " Latest update: just recently had my Latest checkup and as usual this was as seamless and straightforward as I have come to accept, a big thanks to all the people at this practice. Update 19/9/2025: I recently had a double appointment with the practice as unfortunately I had a problem that needed to be addressed so an appointment was made to be able to assess it and the practice was really helpful in accommodating this by booking it on the same day as my original appointment with the dental hygienist thus saving me the bother of having to book an appointment on another day, I find this really excellent and is in line with my thoughts as to how good this practice is and that includes all of the staff I have encountered at the practice.

Fantastic experience: The new dentist Christopher is excellent. He explained exactly what he was doing and what he was seeing during my routine check up. He gave excellent advice for taking care of my teeth. He is a fantastic addition to the team at Adelaide Square.

Fantastic experience: Nae is so gentle and careful, puts you at your ease from the moment you walk into the room. As always it was a worry free experience; I get very anxious but Nae waits till I put my headphones in and takes everything at my pace which is much appreciated.

Update 13/09/23 Appointment for a clean today and always a little apprehensive but once through the door I was made welcome with a friendly chat and then very promptly ushered into the treatment room where any remaining apprehension was soon allayed by more friendly conversation.
