Fantastic experience: I just want to leave a review after going to another dentist practice in Wallington and seeing the difference. I wanted my usual hygienist professional clean that I have with Maryam at Confidental, but obviously closer to home. Let me tell you that Maryam does a really thorough job compared to other practitioners. I can literally feel the space between my teeth once my cleaning is done with her. She uses nice quality products and always teaches me something new. My dental hygiene has improved massively with her, from using interdental brushes, to buying an electric toothbrush and getting a special toothpaste prescription. She definitely knows what she’s doing and does it well. Overall I’ve been with this practice for years, I can’t even remember, I did a crown with them, Invisalign with Dr Korush and every time the job is spectacularly well done. I have no complaints whatsoever and I’m someone with high standards generally speaking. I totally recommend this practice, you’re in good hands with them.

Negative experience: I've been going to this dental practice for many years and it has always been ok however, the hygienist isnt good with children and seems to belittle my eldest daughter (8) everytime we go. I've ignored it the past but today she made me feel extremely uncomfortable and my daughter burst out crying as soon as we're left. We won't be returning.

Fantastic experience: My son and I have been coming here for years after being patients of several other dentists in central Wimbledon over the years. This is the best practice iv been to. The dentist and hygienist are both lovely, friendly and put your comfort first. Understanding too when we’ve been running late or had to rebook an appointment. The receptionist is very friendly as well and they are patient and understanding with my son who isn’t keen on dental appointments.

Having just had my annual checkup, he tells me as it is, is very proficient, and doesn't do anything unnecessary. And best of all, we always share a laugh and a joke, meaning I always leave, not only reassured about my teeth, but with a smile upon them too! He's been a good find!

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth removed today and I was extremely nervous. The receptionist over the phone was happy to answer all of my and my partner’s questions before the appointment. The practice were also okay with my partner sitting with me during the extraction to hold my hand. Dr Vaziri was exceptional. I did not feel any pain and the stitches were extremely neat. He was lovely and friendly. Thank you staff

Fantastic experience: I recently underwent surgery at Confidental Dentist Clinic to remove an extra tooth with Dr. Vaziri. From the initial consultation to the post-operative care, my experience was exceptional. Dr. Vaziri was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and put me at ease throughout the entire process. He explained the procedure clearly and answered all my questions patiently. The surgery itself was smooth and virtually painless, and the aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow.

Fantastic experience: I booked an appointment for a referral for my 6 years old son, who's terrified of the dentist. As soon as Maryam-our dentist- invited us in, my son walked confidently into the exam room, sat on the chair and engaged in a conversation with her happily. Upon a very quick examination, the dentist asked also my daughter who's 4 years old and very fearful too whether she'd like to it on the chair to count her teeth which they did with great success I think that upon this visit, their confidence about dental visits have improved massively, and I'm really grateful to Maryam and her nurse for this

Negative experience: The most dismissive dental practice that I have ever had the misfortune to use, broke my tooth then refused to repair it. Shoddy work, shoddy practice. No integrity. In reply to your response 19/12/23 (Response from the owner 17 minutes ago Hi Philip . last time we saw you was 2015 . I think you are mixing our practice with some-other practice that you visited recently). No it was you, I had to go and find another dentist, but gladly yet again you fail to say sorry so nothings has changed there!!! just the same narcissistic bunch of butchers with no guilt or remorse.

He really has made me not fear the dentist anymore. If you are nervous of the dentist please see him! Reception/admin team are also always so helpful and friendly.

Negative experience: On Thursday 5th October, I was faced with the most horrific reception with a nasty attitude at this dental practice. She is exceedingly rude and disrespectful to patients for absolutely no reason. Just unbelievable!. I decided to NOT schedule a follow-up visit with Dr Vaziri for a big treatment because of her! Dear Practice Owner, Please strongly consider getting rid of this receptionist from your practice. You are losing clients because of her!

Fantastic experience: I went to Dr Roozbeh with some very complicated dental issues. I had suffered years of problems and frankly the whole thing was getting me down. He made me a dental plan which started with some scans and then stage by stage he set out what he wanted to do. I needed multiple implants, bone grafting, sinus lift & extractions and had a lot of surrounding complications. I had read lots of horror stories about implants and I admit I was very nervous. The treatment has taken 8 months altogether and today I have a a genuine 'Hollywood smile' of teeth. Dr Roozbeh (David) gave me the most amazing attention to detail, he laboured hard and long through several difficult surgeries lasting 4 hours and handled each stage better than I could ever have imagined. I cannot think of anything that he could possibly have done differently or better. I even obtained a second opinion on his work from a world renowned maxiofacial surgeon who told me I have an excellent dentist and there is nothing that could have been done differently. Every time I had surgery, Dr Roozbeh called me up in the evenings to check that the pain was under control and he showed professionalism and patient care way above anything I have experienced elsewhere. He managed multiple extractions, root canals, implants, crowns, varnishing and even down to basic cleaning and looked after me all the way through the process. I can only say that if you are considering implants or if you have serious dental issues you could not find anyone better than Dr Roozbeh. A true professional and he is expert at handling difficult patients like me. He has done much more for me than fix my teeth, as anyone who has dental problems knows, he has restored a new lease of life for me. I now spend as much time as I can smiling and enjoying my brand new mouth. Had I known that I would feel this good after the work, I would have done this years ago. The quality of the work Dr Roozbeh has carried out is above and beyond anything that is available abroad. For those of you who are thinking of 'saving money' by going abroad for your dental work - make sure you research the detail very carefully. The standards and quality of the overseas dentists is horrendous and once the complications start, no UK dentist will take you on. Get your teeth done properly and if you want the best dentist - call Dr Roozbeh. I will not be going anywhere else

Negative experience: I used to love this place until my 10 year old son who has anxiety had to have one of his tooth to be removed. I was sitting in the reception with my daughter while my husband was in the room with my son. He was screaming and crying as he was scare and i saw both the receptionists was laughing. They must have forgotten that i was there as they quickly stopped laughing or giggle when they saw me staring at them.

Fantastic experience: Every time I wanted to go to dentistry, I got panic attacks! I’m not kidding! It was the worst nightmare for me since I was a little child. I couldn’t handle my daily toothache anymore; I mean the pain destroyed my life! I found the SW19 on their website, they had a blog about dental care and remedies to reduce the pain of a toothache, after that, I decided to try a dental visit to see what is wrong with my teeth. SW19 team was so professional, they also helped me to control my fear. Dr Nekoui explain all the aspects of root canal treatment and showed my teeth’ health condition in x-ray photographs. Getting more information helped me to confront my fear, on the other hand, I was afraid because I didn’t know a thing about my teeth! I recommended the SW19 clinic to anyone who suffers from severe toothache and doesn’t like dental treatments!

Negative experience: The front of desk reception leaves a lot to be desired. Incorrect information, lack of process, very hostile. If you are a busy professional and do not have time to try to rebook several times, I would avoid. The team lack skills in basic customer service and struggle to understand very easy requests. It didn’t give me confidence in the dentistry so I will definitely be avoiding and would not recommend. It leaves me wondering if I’ve been discriminated against as the receptionist was so unhelpful.

Negative experience: Went for my back tooth where I have a crown, saying its really sensitive every time I eat something. My dentist told me to change toothpaste, few days later my crown fell off eating a Croissant!! Call for an emergency appointment they didn't have any. Had to call 111. Yesterday the rest of my tooth slips in 2 and kept on moving starting to be painful, call them again same scenario my next appointment is in 3 weeks!! Had to go to an emergency dentist again in Croydon. They are not helpful. Do not bother to go there!

Positive experience: I had a full upper and lower jaw implant and was skeptical about this level of what I envisage as complicated dentistry. The procedure was done in a manner which I could follow at every stage for the initial X-ray to final completion! Implants were painless in my experience and the dentist Dr Vaziri did the procedure taking a professional stance meaning at no stage did I entertain that time was more important than the procedure! This surgery gave the impression of genuine concern for patients and patient care is of paramount in my opinion! I will hesitate to give 5 stars because perfection is not achievable in any given situation! My maximum is 41/2 being honest responsible in my grading

Negative experience: I haven't consistently been at the surgery for several years after I was unable to have a trifling issue resolved. They kept suggesting extractions. I see the work they have done has left my mouth in a mess and the restorative care dentists I see now are trying to rectify the elementary quick fixes made by Confidental.

Negative experience: Avoid like Plague , Absolute worst experience here . The dentist forced upon me that I needed a filling without doing any x rays or carrying out any procedures . Simply using the sharp tools to checkup and saying that a filling is needed even though there were no issues . Really seems like a way for these dentist surgeries to claim extra funding from the NHS for carrying out procedures which the patient does not even require . Avoid this place unless you want to hinder your dental health .

I had Root Canal treatment with Dr Vaziri and he is a very good dentist, he treat it with grace and precision in an appreciative manner. Fantastic experience: Since moving to London 5 years ago I didn't register with a dentist because I had a bad experience with one in the past. My childhood dentist was always lovely and then when he retired the new one was super serious and just kept trying to make me pay for a hygienist. But I moved to Wimbledon a year ago and first tried The Wimbledon Dentist and was really annoyed by unexpected fees, and how focused they were on trying to make my teeth look 'more pretty', by suggesting braces, fillers and whitening them, rather than giving me proper feedback on the condition of my teeth. So I never went back after the first visit. So again I was put off for another year, and only recently decided to try again. I did my research and chose Confidental because of their fixed prices, good reviews, and they were a bit cheaper as you can get a discount with the NHS. And I have to say, I have finally found a dentist I genuinely enjoy going to! Phew! The receptionists are lovely and really helpful, and my initial check up with the dentist was great. He was so friendly and informative, and didn't make me feel bad about the condition of my teeth, and suggested a hygienist appointment in a nice way (not in a 'they're trying to get money out of me' kind of way). And today I had my hygienist appointment which I was nervous about as it can be painful, but Maryam Karivar was so amazing. She was really encouraging about how well I was coping with the pain, and understood that it can be painful and put some numbing cream round my mouth which helped. She was also really kind when giving me advice on how to clean them going forward, as I've found in the past that dentists (and hairdressers) love to make you feel bad and point out your flaws (as if we didn't already know!) But I didn't get that feeling at this dental practice and I genuinely look forward to my next appointment with Maryam.
