Fantastic experience: I was suffering with a toothache, so i got intouch with my dentist ( smileology) and I got an appointment straight away unfortunately i had to have my tooth out, but as for the treatment I was given by the staff and the care was exceptional .

Fantastic experience: I had become very disheartened with another dental practice I'd been a patient with, so I decided to try another practice. I was given an appointment initially for an assessment with Luisa. I couldn't have been made to feel more welcome as soon as I walked into the practice. Alice the practice manager was so friendly & professional. Luisa & her assistant Holly made me feel very comfortable & explained what was actually going on with my teeth & suggested the treatment I needed going forward. The practice was spotlessly clean & a pleasant atmosphere with a bit of music in the background to calm any anxious patient! Even after my first visit I felt this was the practice for me!

Negative experience: Luisa is absolutely fantastic. She is very detailed and thorough. All the staff is very kind. Great experience and can’t recommend them enough! Edit: what started well ended not great when the dentist practice ended up not being helpful with my insurance claim, leaving me incorrectly refunded. Will not be using the dentist going further as my tooth also isnt set well and after a month in its bothering me!

However, we are happy to support any claim by providing statements of account and written confirmation of the treatment received. We also provide patients with written treatment plan estimates in advance, which can be forwarded to their insurance provider to check eligibility for reimbursement before proceeding with treatment. Please note that, as a dental practice, we are limited in the assistance we can provide beyond this.

Negative experience: I don't recommend this dental practice. I started an Invisalign treatment in April 2021 at the end of the treatment i was provided with a cheap nasty retainer instead of an invisalign retainer this cut all my gums and subsequently my teeth moved. I then had to pay an extra £400 for Invisalign retainers when i questioned them about this , they told me they'd basically done me a favor to realign my teeth after they moved due to the cheap reatiners. I also had a bridge treatment here during the same period which was also a disaster it needed to be fixed in place a total of 5 times on different occasions where it kept falling out at one point i was without the bridge for 3 weeks. I am still not happy with how the bridge looks and the result of the Invisalign treatment which has only just recently come to an end. I've raised my issues and have in short been told to accept how it is or pay for more treatment or Consulation which seems obsurd after the huge amount I've paid for the service. Mery Caviedes Silva
