Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at this dental practice for many years and have always received excellent treatment. In fact, thanks to my current dentist, Dr Sandip Halai, the service has gone from good to truly outstanding. I have found Dr Halai to be empathetic, innovative, and genuinely caring, all while maintaining the highest professional standards. Recently, I consulted him about severe gum erosion that was causing me significant pain and sleepless nights. He recommended a simple yet highly effective treatment that relieved my pain and discomfort literally overnight. This was in stark contrast to a previous dental surgeon, who had advised replacing my teeth entirely with a set of dental implants.

Fantastic experience: I booked in for a scale & polish as well as consultation regarding Invisalign with Dr. Sandip Halai. To begin, the team at Ivory dental practice handled scheduling of my appointment efficiently as expected, now for the appointment i was somewhat nervous as rather embarassingly had not booked a check-up for several years but Dr. Halai made me feel very welcome and put me at ease instantly by discussing the stages involved in the scale and polish prior to commencement, i asked Dr. Halai if i should expect any discomfort during the process and explained that i was pain adverse, Dr.Halia eased my concerns and ensured minimal discomfort by kindly apply topical anesthetic. I am pleased to say i was very pleased with the results achieved and the professionalism, kindness and courtsey of Dr. Halai and his assistant throughout the process. Regarding the consultation for invisalign, again, Dr. Halai was nothing short of very kind, polite and informative throughout. I asked various questions and Dr. Halai’s responses were all detailed and informative, he was also very kind in showing me example simulations of teeth corrections over time with Invisalign and provided a detailed explanation of the process (whitening, invisalign, composite bonding). Thanks the team at Ivory Dental Practice i now have the confidence and understanding to safetly conclude i am in the right hands with Ivory Dental Practice to proceed with Invisalign and will be scheduling my first related appointment imminentley. Fantastic experience: I took my mum to see Dr Shatin for a crown replacement, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything went. My mum can be quite anxious when it comes to dental work, especially worried about pain, but Dr Shatin was so calm, patient, and reassuring. He explained everything clearly and really took the time to make her feel comfortable. The treatment itself was smooth, and she hasn’t had a single issue since. She’s so relieved and happy—and we’ll definitely be coming back to Dr Shatin in the future. Thank you for taking such great care of her!

What an incredible service - I was seen straight away and the care that I received was second to none. During the consultation I was treated in a professional and friendly manner that has made me not scared to go to the dentist and want to care more for my teeth.The receptionist kindly helped me after my consultation and even helped fill in some forms for me. The building was also very clean and well kept - I will be visiting again !

Fantastic experience: I visited the Ivory Dental Practice for Hygienist and I am very satisfied. Professional but mainly kind staff welcomed me warmly. When making the booking, the receptionist was very willing to help and to find a suitable date and time for me. I was little bit scared because of my sensitive gums but the doctor offered me a gel which made the treatment almost pain free and whenever I was in discomfort she stopped and gave me time to adjust and rest. I received advice and left extremely satisfied and happy.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this practice for many years, and can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else. Shatin Varsani is an amazing dentist, who not only looks after my daughter, myself but also cared for my elderly very ill mother. The practice is well run and full of kind, caring staff. Ivory Dental practice has now moved to Ruislip Manor and has the most wonderful new facilities and up to date equipment. The staff have remained (which I am so grateful for) but the venue is just amazing. Do check them out if you need a dental surgery I would thoroughly recommend them .
