Fantastic experience: I changed my dentist and came to Vitality Dental they have been Absolutely amazing from dental check ups, procedures and emergencies the staff are really nice and all the Dentist as I believe I met them all ! And Dr Claudia has looked after me very well highly recommended! Thanks to you all ☺️

Negative experience: Have been using this Dentist for a while now And last year I was called with a routine checkup appointment to be booked. And unfortunately couldn’t make it due to being pregnant and not feeling well at all. and this Dentist have taken me off and kept my kids on It makes no sense. I’ve asked for the manager to call me. I’ve left messages with receptionist. And get no response do not recommend his Dentist especially when you’re getting treated in a type of way

She is friendly, professional, and really kind. Dr Jan was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, was gentle throughout the treatment, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. The clinic is spotless, modern, and has a really calm atmosphere. You can tell that both Dr Jan and Elona truly care about their patients. I left feeling so well looked after and very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Vitality Dental Care to anyone looking for a great dentist and a genuinely caring team.

Fantastic experience: I was nervous about getting my root canal treatment at vitality dental Tottenham, however Dr Nikhil made me feel very comfortable he was very supportive during the proceed and explain everything to me, he was very friendly as you don't get nice dentist these days and the whole team put my mind at ease. The nurses were incredibly friendly and attentive, helping me take my mind of things, and Doctor Nikhil was amazing. The whole process was over incredibly fast and I am now healing. Negative experience: At an appointment I was told I would need to have a teeth removed but it might be difficult so they did an x-ray and said they’d call me back,after a week I called back and the receptionist tells me they have no record of this on their system.

Negative experience: Went here friday with bad tooth pain. They asked me where it came from i said im not sure if its top or bottom because it was all painful even my ear. Th le dentist told me he could only check one tooth as im 111. I said bottom then. He said its an infection which i disagreed. He gave me antibiotics. They've not worked now I’m in even more pain. The dentist was also quite arrogant and rude. Would definitely avoid!

Negative experience: Hi I had a tooth ache when eating so I was advised to contact 111 after doing so they booked me an appointment at vitality dental Philip Lane n15 to sort the pain out after Arriving and paying I was told that I had an infection and told to take antibiotics and see another dentist so the way I feel is that I traveled all the way to them paid my money and left with the same pain as I walked in and just told to visit another dentist. Just what’s the point if no help or solution is given?

Negative experience: I have an abscess and loose tooth, I haven't slept in 2 days, refuses to prescribe me painkillers. Antibiotics taking too long and im in a lot of pain. Absolutely Terrible practice. If I was private it would probably be different, Previous resident dentist was much better. I Probably have to go to A&E Now. I will be seeking out another NHS dentist as this one is happy for you to remain in pain and do nothing at all about it. I had to wait until after 6pm just to get a phone call from the actual dentist.

Negative experience: When I initially went in for a dental checkup, had an okay experience. However, having to chase them constantly to get an appointment with the implantologist. I then find out I don’t actually offer the services any more for new patients. Or if they do very limited so definitely would not recommend them for that service at this time.

Fantastic experience: I have met many of the dentists at this surgery and they are all very professional and friendly. They are all brilliant with my young children too. I must also mention Sonya who went the extra mile for me when I’ve had to have emergency dental care recently! Thank you - incredible team!

Positive experience: They’ve ignored my email requesting to unsubscribe from their advertisement emails. I’ve now requested personal data removal under UK GDPR but have not received a response in two weeks. As the other reviewer said, the dental services are good but what they are doing with data and email ads could be against the law, and it’s not right.

Fantastic experience: I was treated by Dr. Jan for bonding and whitening, and I highly recommend her. Dr. Jan is extremely skilled and professional. I cannot speak more highly of her. She is incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, and she explains everything to you step-by-step so there are no surprises. Also very calming. Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at Vitality. Dr Jan is the best dentist I have ever had. She makes sure she listens to you before doing anything and makes you feel at ease. Shes so gentle with her treatments and also a perfectionist. She has given me a brand new smile and defo exceeded my expectations!

Fantastic experience: I came to Vitality to have a tooth extraction as I was in severe pain and the NHS wait time was very long. I saw Dr Tiago the oral surgeon, who removed my problematic tooth completely painlessly. The whole procedure was over far quicker than I had anticipated and I experienced no discomfort at all, which was a relief. Unfortunately, due to the tooth being quite large I was left with a large hole and developed dry socket despite following all advice and being very careful. I did have to visit an emergency dentist via 111 for swift treatment of this, however Vitality have been nothing but supportive during my recovery so far and I’ve had plenty of reassurance, particularly from Dr Sonya who had been so kind and helpful and even called me to answer any questions or concerns I might have. I know that my healing journey is going to be tricky due to the complexity of my extraction but I feel comforted that I have Vitality looking after me. I have to also praise the dental nurses who are so kind and make you feel really cared for and at ease. Despite my complications and post-extraction pain, I couldn’t recommend Vitality enough, particularly for complex cases.

Fantastic experience: I went there for a tooth extraction as was in lot of pain due to part of the tooth broken. I was seen by Dr Sonya who took x-ray of my tooth and gave Anaesthesia which didnt hurt much when injecting. She took my wisdom tooth out which is the one right at the back(top left). I thought it would hurt as I had one done many years back but to my astonishment this was done in a way i did not feel any pain at all. Dr Sonya explained the after care and gave me a leaflet and some gauze to stop bleeding. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jan is absolutely amazing and in my opinion she is the best dentist at the Tottenham branch. She fixed a tooth filling that was causing me major issues for weeks. She is very gentle with her techniques and as a patient I felt at ease at the hands of this particular Dentist. The receptionists are also very lovely and welcoming. Negative experience: FROM 5-STAR TO 1-STAR!!! 22 February 2023 After being a long-standing patient for well over 10 years and having the best dentist I’ve ever had, I was recently very disappointed to learn that my dentist had suddenly left the practice and the remaining practitioners lost details of my follow-up treatment notes from my file. On top of that, I was assigned a new dentist, who I find incredibly useless and frankly lazy. She claimed she was giving me a hygienic clean, which took less than 1 min (as opposed to my 10-15 min clean from my previous dentist, and when I got home I was horrified to see how much staining remained on my teeth. I can do a much better job myself at home. Whereas before I had a brilliant dentist who cared and was very professional, I have now plummeted into the hands of the most uncaring and incompetent one, who clearly only cares about cutting costs. I was also just threatened by them about being deregistered if I can’t make my next appointment because I contracted tonsillitis and could not attend. Furthermore,I’m disabled with various conditions that flare-up unpredictably. My old dentist fully understood this and never had any qualms when I couldn’t attend. I know fully understand why my dentist just left in that way, given what I have witnessed from only 1 appointment. It’s safe to say I’m on the hunt for another dental practice that knows how to properly treat their patients like this one used to! Avoid at all costs! 27 February 2023 Following the review made above, unfortunately this practice made matters even worse by first forcing me to attend an appointment while suffering with menorrhagia for 16 days, and deciding to chastise me during my appointment about posting the above review. It was also stated that ‘if I want to leave and go find another dentist, I can go’. I left without making a decision, as I was very sick and weak and just wanted to go home. Furthermore, this appointment was meant for me to have new dentures fitted; dentures were extremely bigger than my mouth. The dentist was also very rough while trying to fit them, hurting my mouth several times as if she was trying to exact revenge for my previous review above. And to think me attending whilst very poorly was me attempting to give her and the practice a second chance and to resolve any issues. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I just received a phone call from the practice today (14 March 2023) advising me that none of the dentists feel comfortable to provide my dental care ‘if that is how I feel about them’, and that they will now have to terminate my dental care at the practice because I refused to move this post. Totally unprofessional! No offer or attempts to rectify the situation or offer me another dentist. I’ve never known professionals to take matters such as this so personally to the point where they all decide to gang up on me like a pack of wolves and deregister me when, in actual fact, that threat of deregistration was the whole point of why I posted the review in the first. I’m utterly disgusted by this practice! ABSOLUTELY AVOID!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Sontani-Pari is one of the best dentists i have come across, she was patient with me and my nerves and gave me excellent feedback on my oral health so that i know where to focus going forward. The practice itself is clean and parking available on local roads and very convenient to local transport. They provide detailed information and have protocols in place for the current climate.

Negative experience: I’m not really happy with the service. I went there for some space between 2 teeth and ended up with the 2 teeth being extremely sensitive and painful! Over one year doing nothing else than buying toothpaste for sensitive gums! At the end I had to go to Italy to finally devitalise my teeth and find relief!

Fantastic experience: I first saw Nick for a regular check up and some advice on straightening my teeth. I've been using Nick as my dentist ever since. We went for Invisalign and it could not have been easier. Pricing was better than both the supposed Invisalign experts I saw who tried to push me to having more work than I actually needed. Within 2 months my teeth were perfectly straight and Nick added a bit of filler to one tooth to complete the look. He's a great dentist, really makes you feel at ease and genuinely wants what is best for you which I've struggled to find in previous dentists.

Negative experience: I went to this clinic because I was suffering badly from an inflamed tooth and although I knew I had to pay £75 for a visit.The visit only lasted 3 mins as nothing was done. I really appreciate I had been seen and prescribed antibiotics but I don't think it was worth the price since I had to pay for those as well. I could understand if they gave them to me for free instead I was told I would get the next visit free of charge but i have no intention on going back as it was an emergency and my regular couldn't see me I feel like I've been robbed.

Fantastic experience: I called this surgery as my usual one was very busy and they did not have any appointments for weeks. So My Daughter 7, had to have 2 milk teeth removed and they have done it for her in no time. The doctor was very kind and calm. My daughter did not even cry. Everything went really well and we will definitely come back here from now on. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Punam (Dr P) my dental technician is lovely along with Dr T, Harriot, Maria & Marcus the dental nurses & not forgetting Julie the receptionist. I am always warmly welcomed here & treated very well. Excellent & very friendly service always provided!
