Fantastic experience: I've been visiting New Smile Dental Care for routine check ups and dental hygiene over last 5 years they such a professional, friendly team they always listen to my worries give me enough time to explain what I may need to do to improve my teeth and gum health and plan my next visit by prioritising what needs to be done urgently. 3 months ago I shared with Simon Agabeg my interset to get teeth whitening and he encouraged me to do so after he book me to have scans and pre routine checkups before the whitening treatment . After 4 weeks of using the whitening kit I saw a huge difference on my teeth which boost my self confidence Regretting not getting done earlier, I highly recommend it Thank you so much to the whole team for their efforts and patience and making me feel welcome all the time .

It’s been a whole decade since my family and I were living in Leeds while I was doing my PhD, and this lovely clinic was our go-to for all dental needs. Simon and his amazing team made every visit genuinely enjoyable (and how often can you say that about the dentist?) Back then, my kids were little, and they loved coming here, partly thanks to the toy corner and partly because of the very sophisticated coffee machine in the waiting room, which kept the parents happy too. Simon was always warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. What really stood out to us was his effort to learn Arabic, our native language, just to make us feel even more at home. That level of thoughtfulness stays with you. Before we moved back home, Simon asked if I could leave a review. I said, “Of course!”… and then life happened. So here I am, finally writing this 10 years later — a true testament to both how memorable the experience was and, let’s be honest, my Olympic-level procrastination. Fantastic experience: Very good experience, Abdul is an excellent dentist who takes his time to explain what’s needed, pricing and how it will work. Always seen on time, very ameanable and very helpful. I’ve had one filling a tiny bit of composite work on a damaged tooth and a gum guard. Very happy I’ve found this dentist as it’s hard to find a decent one. Would reccomend.

Fantastic experience: My experience with New Smile Dental Care has been fabulous. Having suffered all of my adult life with recurrent migraine attacks, Simon identified that my bite was misaligned, causing night grinding. He worked to rebuild and realign my bite, significantly improving the appearing of my teeth in the process. The night grinding has now stopped completely and my migraine has been totally cured. I have not had a single migraine attack ever since the treatment was completed, over two years ago now, and my bite has remained completely stable. This has been transformational for me.

Fantastic experience: As a nervous patient I’m always apprehensive when I visit the dentist but my first visit here won’t be the last. I had a hygienist appointment with Rachel and her lady colleague (sorry, didn’t catch your name) and they were both excellent, putting me at ease and being chatty which really helps. They are clearly both experienced and excellent at their jobs. Also a shout out to the receptionist who was very busy but she was really efficient, nice & friendly. Fantastic experience: I had CEREC restoration with Simon, and was so pleased with the final outcome. The staff are all so professional and friendly, explained everything very clearly, and I felt very relaxed throughout the process. A great dental practice.

Fantastic experience: If I could leave more stars I would, had a Crown fitted today using quicksleeper anaesthetic delivery system, I couldn't even tell that I'd had anaesthetic, and was eating normally an hour later. Simon, as always put me at ease, and explained every thing as we proceeded.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, not all doctors are qualified. One of the doctors there, after examining my 16-year-old son's molar, told us that we had two options: either extract the molar or root canal treatment. We chose root canal treatment, but unfortunately, after a day the pain increased and my son couldn't sleep. What's worse is that he told me that root canal treatment costs 800 pounds without the crown. Is this amount reasonable? I do not recommend visiting him. It is not up to the patient to decide the type of treatment, but rather the doctor who decides the type of treatment according to the patient’s condition and need. I hope the manager will follow up on my issue and give me an appointment with another doctor.

Fantastic experience: Simon Agabeg is the best dentist I have ever had (in a long life) - apart from the bad jokes, naturally! You can usually get an emergency appointment on the same day, and regular check-up visits are easily bookable. Simon always assesses carefully what is necessary, and uses the most up-to-date techniques, which don't come cheap but are well worth the cost. The team of receptionists, hygienist Gavin and the dental nurses are all friendly and efficient, making the whole "ordeal" as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this dentist!

They are going strong as expected, guidance from the dentist has ensured of this. I have to wear a shield at night going forward as my brain wont stop grinding. I love my teeth now : )

Fantastic experience: I've been with New Smile since 2013. Since then they have been unfailingly brilliant and have seen me through lots of checkups and hygienist appointments, plus referrals for dental surgeries and orthodontics. They are superb at getting you seen quickly if you are in pain. Their equipment is always the latest, the practice is clean and modern, and the team are, to a person, helpful and lovely with a great manner. I have always enjoyed coming for appointments, and there aren't many people who say that about going to the dentist. You may sometimes have to wait 10-20 minutes past your appointment time, but this is because of their commitment to prioritising patients in pain - and when that's you, you're very grateful that they do this. I don't doubt the last 15 years have been very hard on practices, many of whom have stopped services for NHS patients and/or moved to subscription plans due to funding pressures, but New Smile still sees NHS patients and offers the same excellent standard of care.

Fantastic experience: Excellent cleaning and advice from Gabby, the new hygienist. As well as being very thorough, she advised me on tackling a difficult area in a back molar. I'm trying hard to live up to her exacting cleaning regime! Let's see how I get on.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with new smile since I was a child and I can honestly say Simon and the team are fantastic! I’ve had two wisdom teeth out as well as a recent veneer on a baby tooth and I’ve never had any issues or problems. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: It was the worst experience at a dentist so far. I got registered my two kids who are 5 and 9years. They were booked for their first appointment. My appointment was close to 4pm. There were no parking at the place. I got 10 -15 min delay. I had to park the vehicle very far from the place and had to walk. The dentist who was supposed to see my little once refused to see the kids and refused to give another appointment and asked to get registered at another dentist. The staff at the reception tried their best to sort it out. But failed. I was asked to sign the consent form, the NHS forms for both kids and wait at the waiting area. I was at the waiting area for more than 10 min where there were no patients seen by him at that moment. Still he refused to see the kids. Finally after signing all the forms, without seen by the dentist I had to leave the place. I have never faces such a disrespectful situation in nhs. I was so shocked to see the ethics and attitude of this dentist. Do not recommend this place for anybody. Hope the management will take the necessary actions to prevent patients facing similar incidents.

Fantastic experience: I attended Nee Smile Dentist today for a crown fitting. As always I was made to feel totally comfortable.My dentist used a new numbing technique called the quick sleeper. This is a new way of numbing the tooth area without the whole mouth feeling numb. I must say it is a lot better than the old way I could eat straight away and no slurring my words. I would highly recommend this.

Fantastic experience: I have a really bad dental phobia. After trying several dentists and having bad experiences, I came to New Smile. All the staff are wonderful. The dentist Abdul was quiet and patient and explained things well. The nurse Beth was very calming and understanding, and helped me through my panic. I have now had 4 fillings which I had been putting off, which wouldn't have happened if the staff weren't so great.

Fantastic experience: I had jaw realignment at New Smile. This treatment was for teeth grinding/ jaw clenching, which had caused tinnitus & damage to my teeth. The tinnitus stopped completely for a few months after the treatment & though it has come back (because I still clench my jaw), it is a lot less noticeable & doesn't bother me the way it used to.

Fantastic experience: I originally enquired with the practice about Invisalign treatment but following a consultation with Paul, he recommended fixed braces as a better treatment. Paul really took the time to explain the pros and cons of each treatment and weighed up cost - the Invisalign would have been more costly so I was pleased he was more concerned with the most suitable treatment rather than the most expensive! He made sure to set my expectations of the results and didn't mislead me about what would be achievable with the treatment. I've now completed the treatment and could not be happier with the results, I can't believe how much my smile has been transformed. I would recommend the practice and Paul to anyone looking at orthodontic treatment, it's clearly a very professional practice and I felt confident and safe about my treatment which is important when you're making changes to your teeth. The treatment took place throughout COVID and there were no interruptions and all the safety measures in place were very thorough. Thank you so much to Paul and the rest of the team.

Fantastic experience: I used to be afraid of seeing dentist, but not anymore. Teeth cleansing and onlay treatment were so fantastic with useful advices. Dr Agabeg is very patient and nice to chat with. I don't even feel a thing when doing the anesthetic on the gum. They use the CEREC for scanning the teeth and make the onlay within 5 mins (it is very advanced)! Will definitely come to visit next time! Many thanks to Dr. Agabeg and all the clinic staffs.

Fantastic experience: I was very anxious and nervous and scared when i was going to the clinic this morning to get my wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Simon. i was expecting a very painful surgery and a long time to get them out but surprisingly, I didn’t feel anything from the anesthetic needle to the extraction.. it was very easy and fast it probably took him around 1 minute or less to get them out Dr Simon is very nice and patient I highly recommend this clinic. Fantastic experience: I received excellent invisalign treatment from Dr Paul Bucktrout and had far more movement than i expected from the cheaper of the two Invisalign options. I was also made to feel like a priority after the first national COVID lockdown ended. I'm very happy with the results and would highly recommend.

He is raving about how lovely the dentist is, how they listen carefully to him and how the team are kind, and really good at communicating any problems. Fantastic experience: I have every visit a good result for my teeth. Just before shutting down for Covid 19, I got a beautiful crown within one visit. of course this is the dentist , most efficient, most customer friendly. Now I will go to get a new crown again, I strong recommend for it.

Negative experience: I recently booked an appointment and received poor customer service. Having had to wait for 15 minutes outside the doorstep I gave up on the appointment. I then received a missed appointment letter informing me of charges which would be incurred if this happened again. Not good enough!

Fantastic experience: I saw the other reviews saying that Simon was great at wisdom teeth extractions and that it would be painless.. I was skeptical but decided to go here after one of mine became infected. I’ve not been to the dentist in 6 years but felt instantly at ease. The extraction was completely painless, as were the local anaesthetic injections! It was almost too easy, they even let me keep my tooth in a little bag!

Fantastic experience: Just had my wisdom tooth removed last week by Simon and it really was the best dental experience I've ever had; Simon had a technique which meant I didn't even feel the needle go into my gum! The clinic as always was immaculate, and I thought the PPE measures might be a bit strange but Simon and the assistant dental nurse were so kind that I felt totally at ease. Fantastic experience: The New Smile Dental Care is a professional dental clinic. We have an excellent experience with Dr Simon. His hand is very gentle on my mouth, for example, the anesthetic injection is not noticeable at all .

Fantastic experience: This morning I had dental surgery in new Smile dental care , and i was amazed the level of caring and professionalism i received during my stay in the dental practice. The dentist Simon was very experienced and caring who really made me like home when he was doing the operation . he was using the most modern technology i have ever seen in dental care. he print my teeth filling right in front me in new machine which only took five minutes. and the top his customer service was exceptional. I was also amazed the level of caring and customer service i received from the assistant dental nurse(Tracey). she was very friendly and caring persons through my operation. Thumps up her . Fantastic experience: I can only speak positively about this place as every time I pay them a visit I find myself totally satisfied with the quality of both service and workmanship. I just had two crows fitted today, after having some work done to improve the health of my gums, and the work carried out by Dr Simon Agabeg is superb. To be fair, it has been a group endeavour as Gavin the hygienist helped a lot with the cleaning and whitening process. Everyone there has been helpful and friendly and I always find an opportunity to "smile". Great team, great service and fantastic results. I reccomend it.

Fantastic experience: It's always a warm welcome at New Smile and incredibly clean! I've recently purchased the teeth whitening at home kit which has made my teeth about 4 shades whiter in only a couple of weeks, I couldn't be happier and get compliments all the time. Simon and Gavin were amazing, they are extremely knowledgeable and the whole process was really quick and easy. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I had my bite balanced as my teeth didn't fit on top of each other. This caused me to grind and clench my teeth which then caused headaches, a tight and painful jaw and some gum erosion. Getting my bite balanced was quick, easy and pain free. Simon filed my teeth so they now all touch equally. I have no headaches, painful jaw and don't grind and clench all the time. Feels great!

The facilities are in immaculate condition very clean and fresh, nice to be greeted by friendly smiling reception staff who definitely calmed my nerves before I was seen, my treatment was completely painless and I couldn’t recommend this dentist enough!
