Fantastic experience: I phoned one morning with a broken filling and was fitted in that afternoon. This was my second filling done by Jono and as before was completely painless. The injection itself is never felt and I was surprised when he said it was done. As for the actual filling not a thing was felt and I am always surprised when he says he has finished. All staff are very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying that I am a nervous patient - Ladygrove Dental Practice was recommended to me nearly 20 years ago and I have been going regularly since. Dr Arnold is kind, patient and a great dentist. I have been seeing Lucky (hygienist) for a while too. She is firm, fair and has your gum health as her priority. I would totally recommend the practice.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth infection due to a badly done filling by an NHS dentist and needed it looked urgently. I emailed Ladygrove dental over the weekend and Monday first thing they phoned me to book me an appointment. Two weeks later I visited the practice and was attended to by Dr Nicholas. He's very professional and answers all the questions plus great advice. He's also cheerful and does his routine checks properly. The ladies I meet at the receptionist are also sweet and kind. I will defo reconsider this as my permanent practice.

Fantastic experience: My wife experienced serious toothache over a weekend recently and needed emergency out of hours treatment at hospital. She was told to then visit her own dentist as soon as possible. Although her appointment with John at Ladygrove was not until a week later, he saw her first thing on the Monday morning to give her urgent pain relief and medication, and she returned a week later to have the offending tooth removed. He and the rest of the staff at Ladygrove were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient and she is delighted with the service.

Fantastic experience: I am new to Ladygrove Dental Practice, so have only had a handful of visits so far. Whenever I walk into the Dental Practice, both receptionists will greet me and one will get me all checked in. The dentists themselves are very friendly, yet professional and always seem to show a genuine interest which makes you feel welcome and settled. I would recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I went in today to see Dr Lawrence for a tooth extraction. He explained everything very thoroughly and it went smoothly. He is very kind and patient and I would thoroughly recommend him especially to people who are nervous about going to the dentist as he puts you at ease and makes sure every procedure is explained before he proceeds.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the practice for about 10 years. Dr Arnold, Dr Lawrence and the reception team couldn't have supported me any better for a recent troublesome extraction of a cracked tooth. Dr Arnold gave expert advise on making the tooth last as long as it reasonably could rather than rushing into an extraction. The entire time I felt that my care was the focus of their attention rather than generating revenue through expensive and unnecessary dental solutions. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I broke my tooth a few days before heading to Uganda for a month! Slightly panicked about the time scale, I was helped by the lovely receptionist. An appointment made straight away and my tooth repaired in a few hours of calling. I saw an unfamiliar dentist, Dr Lawrence, who was brilliant. He explained everything he was doing clearly, I felt no pain during the procedure and he made fixing my tooth look so easy. I was so grateful to you all. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had my bi-annual appointment with Lucky the hygienist. I had goals set to work towards from my previous visit in terns of cleaning and equipment so I had knowledge of how to care for my teeth and gum health. Lucky carefully explained excellent technique so it was a positive visit. She showed me the difference between then and now in terms of my teeth care. She described it as a spa for teeth. I really enjoy going to see the hygienist and seeing and feeling the difference after. I find it a calm and relaxing experience. Any concern or worries are talked through and great communication throughout. I love this dentist practice, it is friendly and informative. My family also receive care here. I'd recommend it to others to. Easy booking, not too long to wait, advice and education provided, all with a smile.

I recently had root canal work done it was painless and I was very happy with the outcome. My hygenist Lucky Kaur is also very thorough and has spent time with me building my confidence. Negative experience: I have been going to Ladygrove Dentist for several years now. Unfortunately, the new dentist Johnathan has left me feeling, let down, disappointed and annoyed. In my opinion blaming the client for your own inadequacies is a far cry from professionalism. I found him passive aggressive, he tried to manipulate me into agreeing that all was great when I could clearly see it wasn't. He then blamed my expectations for being too high!!! I had the same treatment with AJ a few years previous and it was perfect. The ladies have always been kind and friendly and I will miss our catch ups, but I am leaving and taking my family with me. Shame on you Jonathan.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Ladygrove dentists for approx 10 years now I am one of those patients that is very nervous about dentists but my fears quickly melt because as soon as I walk through the doors I am always greeted with a cheerful smile and a Hello and the receptionist is very good at reassuring anyone But that flows through to the surgeries whether it's the hygienist or the Dentist everything is calm relaxed and the treatment starts at the patients speed and everything is informed and explained to you as the treatment commences and continues No matter who you are or your age this dental practice and team are one of the best I have ever visited and they deserve our appreciation thank you all Steve

The receptionist's are lovely, but I also find all staff at the practice approachable. Lucky is a fantastic dental hygienist and very thorough. Her advice on how to keep my teeth and gums clean and healthy has been much appreciated, and I've definitely seen a difference to my oral health since I joined the practice around 3 years ago. (Just knowing that if you don't floss that's around 30% to 40% of your mouth you are not cleaning daily, keeps me on track and motivated to keep it up.)

Fantastic experience: Ladygrove is such a lovely dental practice. The reception staff are always so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. Dr Lawrence put me at ease when I needed treatment, and I was really friendly and professional. I really enjoy my hygienist visits with Lucky too; she gives me such great advice and really takes the time to educate me as well as making my teeth sparkle, I have seen such an improvement in my oral health since my appointments and can’t praise the whole team enough!

Fantastic experience: I have had a number of different treatments at this practice since joining. The Dentists are very professional, they make you feel at ease and explain what will happen and what needs to happen in the future allowing you to plan. My hygienist is probably the best I have had. She is open and honest but also very personable allowing me to relax and feel and have simple conversation during my treatment. The reception team again are excellent, They really try to go that extra mile to ensure your appointments are booked at the best time for you.

Fantastic experience: I let my teeth go far too long with Dentist visit, although brushing regularly, it's often not enough to keep on top of things. Lady Grove Dental surgery got to grips with my problem and within a month or two had me heading in the right direction. Now although my teeth are not perfect, due to myself, they are in a very much better state of repair and should last me out. The staff are freindly and accomadating, my dental surgeon is a top bloke. And Lucky my hygienist is so good at keeping me in line and giving me sound advice. I'd strongly recommend them. Thanks guys.

Fantastic experience: I have been with this practice for a number of years now. I would describe myself as a nervous patient, due to bad treatments as a child. However I’m happier here as they take the time to reassure me of what is happening, always checking how I feel as treatment is carried out. The environment is relaxed. It was a simple and quick process, and far less painful than when I had train track braces as a teenager! AJ and Heidi took great care of me, and always put me at ease. Thanks guys! AJ is my regular dentists too, and always so patient, understanding and encouraging no matter the treatment. The ladies on reception are also always incredibly welcoming and helpful, so all round a fantastic dental practice!
