Fantastic experience: I have been with this dental practice for over 30 years and it has always been extremely well run with very friendly staff both on the dental side and the administrative. Dr Greenway was my dentist for many years until his retirement a few years ago and care has since seamlessly transitioned to the new team who have picked up the baton in providing quality services with a friendly and welcoming feel. Well recommended to anyone that is looking for private dental services!

Negative experience: Mine and my daughter's appointment on Monday the 4th August was a disappointing one. The atmosphere was very strange on entering. The appointment was very rushed and by no mean was a thorough job done. Considering how much money I had to pay I was not impressed at all and came away very angry. Pass dentists have been much more thorough and spent far more time for less money. There was no one before us or after us so more time could of been taken. I am not thinking of going elsewhere as the price is ridiculous for the lack of treatment I received.

Fantastic experience: What a relaxing and calming dental clinic this is, and in such a beautiful surrounding area. I am a new patient and received a lovely welcome from Dental Nurse Tracy on reception, who also kindly helped me complete my online medical history questionnaire. Dentist Kelly and her Assist Dentist Leanne were equally as welcoming, and I felt reassured by Kelly’s very thorough and gentle inspection of my teeth that I had found a really good dentist. During our chat, I was grateful for Kelly’s good advice about my ongoing night time teeth grinding and plaque build-up – challenges for many of us to keep on top of. I was also lucky to speak with Manager Rachel over the phone, who helped me decide on how best to pay for my dental costs. All in all, I am very glad I chose this dentist. They were all so very kind.

Fantastic experience: Having had bad past experiences with a couple of dental practices, due to lack of care, effort and poor communication skills, I was looking for a dentist in my area who was friendly, caring and didn’t just treat me as a tickbox exercise and base diagnosis on assumption. Most importantly, someone who was an excellent communicator with charm, kindness and humour. I found it! Michal is excellent 10/10. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been with Walford Mill Dental Care for over 30 years, our children either since birth or very young, and our grandchildren since birth. The practice is easy to access adjoining a good, inexpensive carpark. It’s always comfortable, clean and tidy. All staff are excellent and very helpful - Karen, the receptionist I usually see, has been there many years and has never failed to be cheerful and friendly. I usually get seen on time, and rarely wait more than 5 minutes. Emergencies are handled with sympathy and respect, and are dealt with as quickly as possible. The practice changed hands around a year ago, and having had two visits since then, I can say the standard is equally as good as it was before. I’m very happy and certainly recommend Walfod Mill Dental Care to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been at Walford Mill Dentist for many years and have always had exceptional care firstly under Neil Greenwood, and now by his replacement Kelly. The hygienist team are beyond amazing Nadia and Svetla are a great team making sure my teeth remain clean, both are very kind and professional and it is always a please to see them. Fantastic experience: When I arrived at the surgery, I was expected and asked to wait in the reception area for the dentist. At the appointed time, the dentist came to collect me, welcomed me warmly and asked me to take a seat. My teeth were examined and an x-ray taken. All was done very politely and with good explanations of what was being done and why. After the appointment my bill was ready when I arrived back at the reception and I was able to get on my way. All in all, quite pleasant considering I was at the dentist.
