Negative experience: A complete waste of time! After having an appointment booked in here for weeks I’ve just been and had my time completely wasted. I booked an NHS appointment here as my dentist went completely private and I needed treatment doing which I couldn’t afford, I told the receptionist this on the phone when booking. All I was informed at the time that they would do a consultation and any treatment needed on the NHS, but they would not be able to keep me on as a full time patient, and that was fine to me. So today I have arrived for my appointment, which I had to take time off work for, only to be informed (once I’d filled in the forms and was sat in the dental chair) that as I was registered with a private dentist they would NOT be able to carry out any works, only a check up?! Apparently they have had an influx of patients and changed their policy on this only yesterday!! I told them I was registered with that practice BEFORE it went completely private and said I’d had this booked in for weeks and that was not what I had been told on the phone, but it was a blanket no and so I have left with no treatment and still requiring a dentist to carry it out. Awful waste of time, their customer service and communication is extremely poor!

Fantastic experience: I reached out earlier this year as I had a broken tooth and was in a lot of pain and thankfully they saw me and sorted it out with no problems at all and sorted one of my fillings while I was there. Even though they couldn’t take me on permanently as an NHS patient (Which is fine) I came back to have me teeth cleaned by the lovely Vicki who gave me brilliant advice and made me feel confident about my teeth. Fantastic experience: I chose Broseley Dental Practice to complete my Invisalign journey after coming across them on Instagram. Manny and the Team made sure that I was updated and reassured the whole way through the process, and were on hand to help and answer any questions I had, whenever I needed. In a little under 14 weeks my smile transformed and I am more confident than ever. I made the decision owing to getting married next year and wanting to make sure I feel as confident as possible on that day! Manny listened and advised me throughout, to make sure the final look was everything I wanted. We finished off my Invisalign with whitening and some composite bonding to really finish off the look! Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Broseley Dental Practice since moving to the area three years ago. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I had to have a tooth removed this week and although I had been dreading it, it was nowhere near as bad as I’d imagined. As always, Manny was brilliant and I was also lucky enough to have Helen in the surgery with me too. They were both so kind and I was given clear instructions on the after care. This really is an excellent dental practice. Lucy and Victoria definitely deserve a mention too. Always great to have such a lovely receptionist and hygienist.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently had a tooth implant fitted by Manny. And I’m so happy with it! It has filled a gap that I was self conscious about because the gap was visible when I smile. I would often try to conceal that side when out and about and when having my photo taken. The thought of having a screw fitted into the bone was scary at first but Manny seemed so knowledgeable and confident that it would make a difference that I decided to go ahead. The worst part was walking into the theatre because it seemed a bit daunting. But once the surgery began I can honestly say I felt no pain. The sensation was the same as if Manny was working on a tooth and the whole thing was completed in about 40 minutes! Healing was pain free too but i followed Manny’s advice and care carefully. I can’t express how excited I felt going for the final appointment to have the tooth fitted and was pleased with how well it matches my other teeth. I even ask friends and family if they can guess which one it is and so far no one can tell! It’s great to be able to smile with confidence now without trying to hide the gap. I would highly recommend having an implant fitted by Manny because it makes such a difference to smile with confidence.

Fantastic experience: Cannot speak highly enough of both the staff and the level of service provided by the team at Broseley Dental Practice. I needed a considerable amount of work done on my teeth, both in terms of my dental health and aesthetically. Manny ensures that no matter the procedure, whether it be a simple check-up or guiding you through the process of starting Invisalign, that you feel comfortable with your options going forward and that everything is explained to you in full. He's very open and approachable and any questions and/or concerns I had were answered immediately and with clarity. Fantastic experience: My Invisalign journey has been easy and seamless from start to finish. I started my Journey in Jan 2022 and have just finished (Jan 2023) with straightened and whitened teeth. My main concern was my bottom, front ‘peg’ tooth, but the change in my top teeth has been quite noticeable too, thinking that they were ok, they have been pulled into line nicely and I really notice the difference in my smile, as do other people. I had a chipped front, top tooth, this has been replaced giving all of my teeth the overhaul they needed. Now my ‘peg’ tooth is back in line with my other teeth, this makes a huge difference on brushing and also with my trips to the hygienist. Thank you Team Broseley Dental Practice, my visits have been great with such a friendly and professional team. Fantastic experience: Been at this dentist for years now, never had a problem with them, Manni and his assistant have been great with me and the receptionists are lovely!

Negative experience: No adult NHS provision, private plans only following a £55 consultation check-up (no other price available up front). Only children under 18 years accepted under the NHS.

Fantastic experience: We have recently moved to the area and was lucky enough to get my 13 year old daughter registered as an NHS patient. Had first visit yesterday and was very happy with the experience in comparison to our old dentist. The receptionist, dentist and dental nurse couldn't of been more welcoming and put my daughter (who isn't a huge fan of the dentist) at ease. Straight away the dentist identified she needed a mouth guard, something I had asked for on numerous occasions at our previous practice. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Broseley dentist this dentist only since Nov 21 after seeing an AD on Facebook for aligners. They are all really friendly and understanding even when I'm a little late. I changed dentist from Wellington and chose to travel 12 miles a opposed to 4 because of the service and knowledge they provide. I have found out such a lot about my teeth, which i didn't know before in terms of reason why gaps are forming i.e. pockets. They devised a cleaning regime program and other dental treatments from Dec 21 to present day which reduced my gum swelling from 45% to 15 %, and i can really see the difference. Instead of giving me aligners to close my gaps they are treating the cause which I prefer. They monitor your progress step by step and stage by stage and advice and support if you have declaimed. After my initial consultation, i wasn't forced to stay with them, but because they were so informative and explained comprehensively at a level of understanding about my teeth gums and hygiene, I made up my mind that i wasn't going to go back to Wellington, as it's not just about your smile, for me it about the whole package: your mouth, teeth and oral hygiene which ultimately encompasses your smile and it's worth it to travel 12 miles. My Husband and son have asked me for the number as they will also be going to this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I visited the dental hygienist who is very thorough and gentle and explains what she is doing clearly. The receptionist is also always very cheerful.

Fantastic experience: My Pandemic Project is coming to a close soon. After 2.5 years (including delays on my part), I am about to complete my Invisalign journey. I also received teeth whitening and composite bonding. My dentist, Manny, has been very thorough and detailed with his explanations and realistic expectations. That is why it was so easy to say yes to the treatments. Of course, I was so pleased and elated with the final outcome. Manny and I even had a good laugh at how we both forgot what my teeth initially looked like. It was a marvelous transformation indeed! As for the rest of the team, I couldn't be more grateful for their hospitality and professionalism. They upheld and maintained high standards with infection control within the practice during the pandemic and even when restrictions were easing up. Further, Helen and Lucy were always accommodating and helpful with my several rescheduling of appointments! And for that, a well-deserved 5-star from myself to the whole team. Thank you very much! Fantastic experience: I have been going to Broseley dental practice for the past 2.5 years where I have received treatment for Invisalign braces and composite bonding. The service and treatment I received has been brilliant throughout. Manny is extremely thorough in his approach and always provided honest and truthful expectations. Manny ensured I was getting the best out of my treatment by having regular appointments and never rushing the process, where multiple retainers were ordered past our expected timeframe and without an extra fee. I felt comfortable and confident under their professional supervision and I am extremely happy with the end result.

I had hated my teeth for years, hated having my photo taken, hated even more smiling on them! after researching Invisalign I decided this was the route i wanted to go down. I was so impressed with how informative they were and the plus was they were super friendly too! The dentist is light bright and airy & there is a little free car park right outside, so many times at my other dentist i would stress about getting a ticket if my appointment ran over. I was made to feel at ease which was great as i'm a really nervous patient when it comes to visiting the dentist! I was also able to opt for the interest free option for my treatment which for me made it a no brainer, easy monthly payments! At every step of the way I received the best treatment by a team that clearly cares not only about your teeth but you as an individual, I would recommend Manny and his fab team! I'm not quite finished yet, i still have my whitening to complete! Fantastic experience: After many years of hiding my smile I decided I wanted to do something about it and I am so glad I did! I had overcrowding and my teeth were crooked both top and bottom. After doing some research I decided to give Invisalign a try, Broseley Dental practice offered this service with a brilliant payment plan that worked for me. Following a free consultation I was shown a scan of what my teeth could look like and I was blown away. Within weeks I was fitted with my first aligners and a care plan that suited me. Invisalign retainers are not painful there is often some minor discomfort for the first couple of days when you first change a retainer but you come to enjoy this feeling because it means they are working! The retainers really are invisible and no one ever noticed I had them in unless I pointed it out. Seeing the results on my smile made my confidence grow and grow and after 15 months I have the straight teeth I could have only ever imagined! My treatment was concluded with a whitening treatment and some composite bonding. Dr Manni and the team at Broseley are all fantastic, I was always put at ease and kept fully informed every step of the way! Investing in my smile is definitely one of the best things I have done, I get complimented on my smile all the time and I couldn’t be happier with the results! If you are unhappy with your smile I can only say... do something about it, you won’t regret it and It makes the world of difference
