Fantastic experience: Couldnt recommend a better dental practice! I visited Shirland Dental Practice at Queens Park on a Sunday afternoon in extreme pain after wisdom tooth extraction abroad. Dr. Mansour was incredible: she met me immediately, showed me kindness and empathy and put me on a path to recovery within minutes and days. I really appreciated how she gave me timelines and thresholds on what to expect during the course of the treatment. Highly recommend her for trauma injury or kids given how gentle and clear she is. The clinic staff were also pretty friendly and helpful! Thank you doctora!

Negative experience: Very disappointed in the service, i did Invisalign and bonding. The dentist covered up my teeth gaps with bonding rather than doing Invisalign properly. When i spoke to the dentist and showed the evidence for this they told me its not convincing. I explained my bonding came off and the gaps showed they said i was not wearing my retainers. I have the evidence to show that my teeth had bonding inbetween the gaps but she denied it was bonding and said its my fault for not wearing retainers. Be careful guys sometimes dentists in london take advantage of this because we do not know what is happening they try to work their way out.

Fantastic experience: Went in for a composite filling toda, was in and out within 15 min. Very clean, friendly and quick service definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: My experience with this practice has been nothing but exceptional. The receptionist Connor is nothing but friendly and tries to accommodate my busy diary where possible. Dr Hamsa the owner has a friendly and reassuring approach. Big.shout to Ben who gave me two fillings and has saved me from root canal. The hygienist with a deep clean, my gums and teeth have never looked so clean. From fearing the dentist with bad childhood experiences, I feel much more relaxed and at ease with this practice.

Fantastic experience: From the minute I walked in to Shirland Dental Practice to the moment I left, it was a 5 star experience. Being of an anxious and nervous disposition this is by far one of the best experiences I have had with a dentist. Upon entering I was welcomed by the receptionist Maria who was warm, lovely and very welcoming - Maria made me feel at ease straight away! I next had a consultation with Dr Hamsa Mansour who is experienced and knowledgeable, Dr Hamsa fully explained what I needed to have done and also reassured me that the work would be only what is critically needed, not like previous consultations I have had in the past where the dentist has carried out unnecessary work. When I came back for my dental work appointment, this was carried out by both Dr Hamsa and Dr Leda, the work carried out was professional, straightforward, quick and pain free. Never thought I would say this but I am looking forward to my next appointment already! Highly recommended – if you are unsure about where to go for your dental work pop in and have a chat with the team and I am sure you will be as delighted as I am!

Fantastic experience: Sunil is a bit of a miracle worker with hygiene. No one will ever claim a hygiene appointment is fun but he is superb, thorough and incredibly important for me, remarkably quick.

Fantastic experience: New Dental Practice in Queens Park you didn’t know you needed. Staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. The decor is so inviting and relaxing. The patient bathroom has the wow effect, yes gets a up from me. It’s almost worthy of the obligatory bathroom selfie , I however resisted. State of the art equipment even got a scan of my teeth ( that was amazing). But… back to what I went in for, a dental check up. Dr Ben was nothing short of fantastic. Very calming in his demeanour, he made you feel relaxed instantly. Great service, very reassuring, explained in detail (plain English) what he was going to do, why and what was needed. I got a clean bill of Dental Health . I definitely recommend a visit.

Service is impeccable throughout, I am always made to feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. I had absolute trust in Dr Mansour from the moment we spoke which I think is important. Communication and transparency is excellent, I felt I completely understood options and procedures before they begin, I was not pressured in any way and I have never felt overcharged. Several months have past since my tooth chip repair, Dr Mansour did a fantastic job and I am happy with the results. I've been terrorised by dentists since childhood following bad experiences back in France. So let me tell you that booking my first appointment in a new country was pretty stressful. I've been warmly welcomed for the check-up, Maria at the reception was listening and taking care to notify the dentist that I was a bit anxious. I've done a check-up, seen the hygienist and done the first filling without encountering any problem and pain has been carefully taken into account. You couldn't tell I've got a filling, the dentist and her assistant are truly skilled. Prices are reasonable and fair. The whole team is friendly and I'm looking forward to taking care of my teeth at this practice in the future. (I will never get an appointment in France after seeing the quality of care here!).

I was in a very stressful situation where my previous Invisalign clinic had shut down and left me high and dry. After my first appointment I understand why! Dr Mansour is absolutely fab!!! Super sweet and makes you feel welcomed as do the rest of the team.What I love is that Dr. Mansour really listen to your concerns and gives you the best advice there after. First class professional who will be honest with you with her suggestions (she won't try to sell you unnecessary procedures) which I highly appreciate. I have done composite bonding and Im absolutely loving my smile (maybe a bit too much lol). I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: Well. It may sound a little odd to say this was the most gentle extraction I have ever experienced! This was not a standard tooth it was a wisdom with a LARGE root! It was so gentle I did not even know the job had been done and sat with my eyes tightly closed and mouth open waiting for the dental surgeon at the practice, Dr Tag, to commence. It was quick, gentle and professional. I feel very lucky to have found this little gem, just a few minutes walk from home after years of dental tribulations. From the moment I stepped through the door , apart from it being lovely and clean, I felt comfortable. On every occasion she has been generous with her time and advice on follow-on upkeep of my dental health. A cherry on top is that she is so fun to talk to, not something I usually associate with dentists. She is completely down to earth and always leaves me with a big smile on my face. Fantastic experience: Feeling embarrassed I visited the dentist for the first time in many, many years. I've not taken good care of my teeth and was worried what the dentist would say. Dr Mansour is patient, friendly and very, very understanding. Not at all like my memories of dentists. After a thorough exam, she went through all the options available to me, she understood where money was an issue and left the decisions to me. We have agreed on a treatment plan that I'm really excited about. The dental nurse and the front desk staff were also wonderful. I couldn't recommend Dr Mansour's practice more highly, especially if you are a nervous patient or if you need a little extra TLC.

After visiting many practices and told that my case was too difficult and my deadline is too short, I decided to visit Shirland dental practice as my last resort. Fantastic experience: I had to have an emergency wisdom tooth extraction and was absolutely petrified at the concept of having a tooth pulled for the first time. I was seen for the first time on Monday, and booked in to have my procedure on Wednesday. Everyone at Shirland Dental was incredibly welcoming and reassuring, even throughout my (many) concerns. At no point did I feel rushed or silly for being afraid. The practice is superb, the service is unparalleled to any other experience I've had. The tooth was out in less than 2 minutes - THE DREAM. Would thoroughly recommend - I won't be visiting any other dentist for as long as I live in London. Thank you very much, ladies!
