Positive experience: Had a hygienist appointment with Gita Broka and she was absolutely fantastic. Truly one of the best hygienists I’ve seen — I learnt a lot from her and the quality of care was excellent. However, my experience with the dental check-up was disappointing. My team had forgotten to book it, so I asked at reception and they kindly said they could fit me in. I ended up waiting around an hour, and the actual check-up was only about 5–7 minutes, which felt like a bit of a waste of time after such a long wait. Mixed feelings overall — brilliant hygienist work but the long waiting time for the check-up left me exhausted and a little let down.

Fantastic experience: I had a cracked filling and Dr. Zaeem Jafri did a very professional job. After the emergency consultation I decided to follow-up with Dental Hygienist Gita Broka for a much needed scaling and cleaning. Again, a very professional job and she gave me some useful cleaning tips as well. There was also a follow-up e-mail as well from Evelina, the receptionist and treatment coordinator. The Team gave me a very good overall impression.

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy with my dentist Dr Ros poon she is super professional her experience is second to none, She explained to me in detail and gently the procedures for removing the tooth and I felt reassured and knew how much she is good ,and immediately I took an appointment with her to remove my tooth,On the specified day I attended and within ten minutes she removed my tooth and it was very easy and I did not suffer and I took a painkiller for only one day and followed her instructions and now I have been completely healed and I am very happy with the result, I highly recommend Dr Ros and her assistant Viktorija. I’m very nervous patient when it comes to dental treatment , I can honesty say I have lost my fear to visit dentist in the future, I highly recommend this clinic thank you to Evelia in the reception she is very helpful and kind. Fantastic experience: I went in for a bonding consultation with Rosh Salam and I absolutely loved her. She took the time to explain that braces would be a better long-term solution for me instead of bonding. What really impressed me was her honesty — she told me she doesn’t believe in quick fixes and prefers to treat things properly. I was genuinely surprised (in the best way) because instead of just taking my money and going ahead with bonding, she recommended that I see a specialist orthodontist for braces. Since Innovadent doesn’t currently have an orthodontist or offer braces, it meant she was putting my best interests above everything else, which is rare to find. I’ve been to larger practices before where they were happy to give me bonding straightaway without explaining why it might not be right for me. Rosh was the first to give me the full picture, and I really appreciated that honesty and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back for other treatments, just because of how much I loved Rosh! The whole team was also so welcoming and made my experience amazing.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a hygiene appointment and couldn’t be happier with the results. Because of my Invisalign attachments and drinking tea/coffee, I had developed noticeable stains on my teeth which made me self-conscious about smiling. The hygienist was excellent, and after a thorough clean and air polish my teeth look brand new. I can finally smile with confidence again—highly recommend!

The office is spotless, and the staff is genuinely kind. It's clear they prioritize the patient's well-being and finding the best solution without unnecessary procedures. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited InnovaDent for dental hygiene. The clinic is spacious and very clean, and I was met by the receptionist who was very polite. At the time of my visit, it was also pretty quiet. My hygienist was Gita, and she did a very good job with the cleaning of my teeth. She was very professional yet gentle with the tools. She asked me a lot of questions to learn about my dental routines and gave me some tips on how to improve it. After the appointment, my teeth were very clean. Gita did a great job, and I plan to go back next year for my next hygiene.

My hygienist, Gita, was excellent- she explained each step, was incredibly thorough with the cleaning, and gave me really helpful advice on how to better look after my teeth. My teeth looked fantastic afterwards, and I won’t be going anywhere else for hygienist appointments! Everyone I met was warm, friendly, and professional, which made me feel completely at ease. Fantastic experience: Can’t stop recommending this dental clinic, Dr. Youssef Elmobayad did a splendid Job. Managed to do 4 Superb procedures in less than a week solving many problems. You can tell he is a pro at what he does. Obviously resulted to be a bit costly but honestly? Quality doesn’t come cheap and if you also consider that is a clinic in London and it operates quickly I don’t even consider the price to be excessive. Once again thanks to Dr. Elmobayad and his assistant Olga for helping me and by doing an amazing Job. Definitely 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist Gita was brilliant. The appointment lasted for about 50 min, including an intro when she asked my about my routine and explained a few things that I could change to improve teeth and gum health. The cleaning was very deep, with attention to details and care for the areas I had more sensibility.

Negative experience: It’s been over six months since my wisdom tooth extraction, and I’ve been experiencing ongoing pain and discomfort in the area ever since. I still can’t eat on the side where the extraction was done, which has significantly affected my daily life. Before the procedure, the clinic was very proactive—following up regularly to confirm the appointment and arrange payment. However, once the payment was made, the level of care dropped noticeably, and I felt the attitude became careless. Paying £500 for an extraction, I expected a much higher standard of service. I had never experienced any dental issues before, but since this extraction, I’ve been dealing with severe tooth pain, gum sensitivity, and even frequent migraines. If I had known this would be the outcome, I would have seriously reconsidered going through with it. The potential consequences of procedures like fillings or extractions should be clearly communicated—not just beforehand, but especially afterwards if complications arise. Patients deserve proper follow-up and support, not just pre-treatment attention.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy I found this clinic, booking is fast and easy, I get all the information, and Dr Jane Meldrum is the best dentist I've ever been to - 3 complicated fillings and there is zero "usual damage": painless injection, no gum bleeding, no mirror scratches, not even pulling of beard hair! Went for a checkup a few days later to fix a small catch on one of the fillings, and once again with softest hands Dr Meldrum fixed it in 5 minutes! For the first time I do not have any hesitations when or if I will be booking my next appointments.

Ive had a filling done with Dr Jane and she was fabulous, an entire pain free experience, dare I say relaxing. Ive also had x2 hygiene appointments with Gita who knows her stuff and has changed my general daily routine with all her hints and tips and finally I recently got composite bonding with the amazing Dr Razan, she gave me a complete smile makeover and I'm full of confidence ive never had before. 5☆☆☆☆☆ all the way.

Positive experience: The dentists that work here are good at their job. Not world-class, but probably slightly above average for UK. My gripe is with my experience booking, logistics, and transparency. 1. I was quoted a relatively expensive package for my invisalign, especially given the severity of my case (mild-moderate and almost qualifying for invisalign lite). For transparency, they do a blanket 5k course cost. I didn't ask or know about invisalign lite at the time. I accepted this because I was busy at the time and didn't want to hunt around London clinics and waste my time trying to get a few hundred off the deal. Also, the guy I saw claims to be a specialist who's a very sought after invisalign practitioner, and because I knew I'd be travelling a lot so I needed a clinic that could do things mostly remotely. I signed up to the program on the basis that I'd only need to be in the clinic 2, max 3 times. A month in, after I got my initial scan done, and apparently he is on permanent leave for personal reasons. The clinic didn't offer me a refund option at this point (my aligners hadn't been ordered yet). 2. After being assigned a new dentist, I end up running into an issue where I'm not in the country and I need to postpone my checkup. I email them to explain the situation, then as I understand, my dentist and the clinic both agree to postpone until I'm back. I also tell them the exact date. I then *later* find out that my dentist is unavailable until 3 weeks after I come back, and that they hadn't in fact rescheduled my appointment the first time. This leaves me extending my invisalign wear total time by 1 month (the same aligner... thank goodness for cleaning tablets). At this point I honestly wish I had gone somewhere else. This isn't a personal gripe towards anyone in particular, but it feels like given the overall things I've experienced, for what I paid it's not worth the price. I could have literally got this done for half the price somewhere else.

The hygienist Gita was friendly, professional, gentle, took the time to listen to any concerns and thoroughly talked to me about each step of the process, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I felt confident in her expertise and left with a smile that I am proud to show off, and I will definitely be returning for all my future dental needs.

Fantastic experience: 24 years in London and I was yet to find a decent, reliable dentist, until I recently moved to Canary Wharf and found Innovadent. Yes, its private, so twice as expensive as NHS, but 10 times as good and thus worth the money - and extra journey if you dont live close by. Had a large filling that had been replaced multiple times on NHS and had always given me chronic problems for years, had this replaced here and have no problems for over a year. Can't reccomend enough if you're willing to prioritise your teeth over your other stupid things you spend your money on. You have to eat every day, only have a certain amount of teeth, so why you wouldn't is now beyond me.
