Negative experience: They have no customer service, the addresses they have are not correct ,when I walked up to the address they said that the dental clinic has moved out even though the address is clearly displayed on Google and their website ,absolutely unprofessional and a huge waste of time ,looking at the reviews they seem to do scam treatments and overpice you for extra treatments because your a "special case" STAY AWAY !!!!

Negative experience: I booked an appointment at this practice specifically because the Bank location was convenient for me. Although I received a text with an address, the website, Google listing, and Groupon page all still showed the old Bank address, and the message did not make it clear that the branch had actually changed. If I had been properly informed that they were no longer based at Bank, I would not have booked in the first place. Good customer service would have been to clearly communicate the relocation and check whether the new branch was still convenient for me. Instead, my appointment was cancelled, and I was expected to pay again for one I could not attend. Very disappointing experience.

Negative experience: Very misleading, I could have just gone to a hygienist for a better service and lower price. The group on voucher I paid for claimed it will be a complete clean for 45 minutes. The appointment was rushed and she would only do the bottom set and charged me for another appointment to complete the upper set, tried charging me more on the day I came for the upper set which was also rushed and hardly any effort put in to it. I really regret going here and feel ripped off, I can see from previous reviews that others have also had the same experience. I just wish I read those before I purchased the voucher. Please do your research before purchasing, maybe even call them to clarify what is included in the service. Update - You’ve now responded so I can update this review to follow on. You say you don’t recognise the name but you know exactly which customer I am. You have misquoted the price massively, I paid £50 on Groupon and you charged me an extra 100 for a second appointment claiming that I needed special attention. I told you multiple times I don’t smoke and what I wanted is the service explained in the Groupon voucher, which mentioned a thorough clean. If you’re charging me extra then your advert is misleading… Please respond without using chat gpt, I’m not trying to ruin your business I just want you to be honest. You are making a lot of people unhappy clearly, and I don’t want other people to feel the same way I did giving you money for a service which is nowhere near what was promised. In the last appointment you cleaned the upper set with the airflow and then brushed my teeth with toothpaste, which is just ridiculous and embarrassing. I paid you a total of £150 when I could have gone to my hygienist for a better service for lower cost.

Negative experience: Avoid this clinic at all costs – they’re nothing but deceitful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I had a terrible experience when I tried to cancel a second appointment I’d booked. I called them 48 hours before the appointment to cancel, and they assured me everything was fine. They told me the appointment was cancelled, promised to refund my £30 deposit, and even asked for my bank details. I trusted them and waited. Four days went by, and I still didn’t receive my money. I contacted them again, and they suddenly changed their story. They claimed I hadn’t cancelled the appointment because I supposedly called at 5:15 PM, after their closing time of 5:00 PM. This is a complete lie – I even sent them my call log showing I spoke to someone for three minutes, but they ignored it. When I complained further, they said they would send me my money back. It’s now been days, and I still haven’t received a penny. They’ve wasted my time, called me a liar, and stolen my money. It’s absolutely disgraceful. Don’t trust this clinic, and definitely don’t pay them anything in advance – they’ll just keep your money if you need to cancel. Shocking behaviour. I’d give this clinic zero stars if I could, but unfortunately, one star is the minimum.

Negative experience: I paid for a 45-minute cleaning, but the cleaner finished much quicker and still charged the full price. She even mentioned that it "wasn't that bad,"(my teeth) which makes me question why I had to pay for the full time when the service was cut short. On top of that, if you want to book an appointment is required a payment in advance. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this service due to the lack of flexibility and the poor value for money.

Fantastic experience: Hi I had the teeth whitening with custom trays deal and could not fault the service, appointment in the city on a Sunday afternoon was so convenient . Dentist informed me all along the way what was happening in detail, even did a mini scale of some built up tartar which was much appreciated. Trays available in an hour and dentist took time with fitting and explaining what to do, will start the 2 weeks teeth whitening as advised and feel confident the results will be amazing. I have had laser whitening in the past but never lasted. Please don’t hesitate to choose this dentist, you won’t regret it, Thanks so much

Fantastic experience: I Highly recommend this practice. I had difficulty finding it, even though after finding it, it was so easy to locate. But let me say this, customer service was top tier to begin with. Shirley accommodated me being late, her assistant even left the building twice to try and find where I was. After being supper late she took into consideration the reason and stay behind to see me. Her practice was very clean and nice. She treated me well and even gave me a few goodies to travel with on my holiday. Shirley your empathy is phenomenal and I thank you for still seeing me after being so late. 10 out of 10 and you definitely will be seeing me again in the new year.

Negative experience: I purchased a full dental hygiene package which was meant to be 60mins. I received a rough and hurried appt and was shocked to find it was 30mins later when I found myself out on the street at 6pm and unable to get back into the building. Not happy.

Negative experience: Worst dental cleaning experience I have ever had. Horrible to even think about it. The whole cleaning was less than 10 mins. The shortest service ever. The dentist was so reckless that broke my gum. The pain lasted for days.

Negative experience: Dear Aesthetic Medical Clinic. I contacted you on my way to an appointment with you - which I’d booked through Groupon - to make you aware that I was running delayed by 7 mins due to a change in my bus schedule. You were supposed to have returned my call to confirm whether it’d be possible to be seen by the dentist, understandably given the possibility of overspill into another appointment scheduled after mine. However, I waited over 20 mins to hear back, in which time, I’d subsequently decided it would not be worth continuing my journey into central London (total journey time of 1hr25mins) if there was no guarantee that I’d actually be seen on arrival. Instead you followed up on WhatsApp to say the appointment would be honoured if delayed but that it would be considerably shorter if very delayed. I appreciate that you were offering to see me even though I was late, but what I don’t appreciate is how long it took for you to inform me of that, and in the meantime I’d started to make my way back home midway into the journey. I appreciate that you have a very standard cancellation policy. However, in this scenario, rescheduling would’ve been my best option as I had no confirmation from yourselves on whether I’d actually be able to proceed with my appointment if I’d turned up slightly delayed. On that basis, I think the service I received and the manner in which you communicated how I could go about rescheduling (pay for another groupon) was pretty poor form. EDIT - in reply to your response to my review: I am clearly not claiming ignorance of your policies nor am I claiming that you hadn’t communicated those before hand. My review is stating the lack of efficiency you show in communicating with customers. Also, it was not easy to get through to you. I attempted to call you twice more 15 mins after l my initial call to you to check in on whether you would still consider seeing me despite (the very short) delay, so that it wouldn’t be a wasted journey on my part. However, it went to voicemail both times. Yet somehow, you’re very prompt at responding to a negative review. The fact of the matter is, if you had come back to me much sooner, this appointment would not have been cancelled. I phoned you en route out of curtesy and your representative told me there was a possibility that I may not be seen if it meant a delay to the next patient’s appointment. That is fair and reasonable, but if you were going to decide that you would still go ahead and proceed with the appointment, but that it’d be shorter, you should have communicated that to me in a timely fashion. Instead, you are implying that I intentionally cancelled at short notice, even though I had fully intended to attend this appointment and was on my way to it.Your representative failed to clarify in a timely manner whether I would be allowed to be seen if am delayed. This is what led to this booking being cancelled.

Negative experience: I think they have other treatments that are good. But regarding the dental treatment, unfortunately they're not great. I've been there two times, and both of the times, I have been laying down, which is something that never happened in any other dental clinic, I was keeping drinking my saliva full of blood and also I had some glasses on that never covered my eyes properly, at the end all the water of my mouth went on my face and eyes, and I completely looked like a mess, I had to go home with public transport and I felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time. It was painful not only for the teeth but for my eyes, too. I wouldn't recommend dental treatment.

Positive experience: The service was good, although there are a couple of important points I would note, my reasoning for 3*. Firstly I did not receive the treatment I had paid for, I only realised this after she had finished and I checked my Groupon again. I received onsite whitening, although had paid for whiten at home trays. Potentially I received a cheaper treatment!? Second is the booking process. I had my appointment cancelled and rescheduled three different times. I then requested to cancel and refund my payment at which point the appointment was made and kept. The actual dentist is very friendly, although seemed a little rushed, although very thorough. Happy with the results so far. Thanks for the whitening and after care advise.
