Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr Kataria for root canal treatment. He was brilliant. He described the whole process beforehand and explained anything I was unsure of. Absolutely no pain at all during treatment. He managed to drill through the crown on my tooth without cracking it to get to the roots and on my follow up appointment filled the crown up,permanently colour matching it perfectly to the rest of the crown. I would thoroughly recommend him and would not hesitate to go back to him again if the need arises

Fantastic experience: I have just finished two sessions of root canal treatment with Dr Kataria and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Dr Kataria went out of his way to make sure I understood the options for treatment, and clearly explained why he recommended the one he went for. During the treatment, he described what was happening at each stage clearly and calmly, and constantly checked how I was feeling. There was no discomfort during the treatment, and very little afterwards. He and Miriam worked extremely well together and I felt in very safe hands. The case was tricky, but the treatment was a success, and I am very grateful. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dr Kataria.

Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with Dr Bela yesterday and I ended up having to have two filings. Dentists usually fill me with fear and panic but Dr Bela was so sweet and kind and I found I wasn’t worried at all. She talked me through all the steps and showed me exactly what she was doing with the camera the whole way through. I opted not to have any anaesthetic due to health reasons and Dr Bela was so gentle and made sure I barely felt it. Fantastic place I’m so chuffed and feel very reassured knowing I’m in very safe hands . Thank you .

Fantastic experience: I suffer from major anxiety at dentists. From the moment I met Dr Bela, I felt safe. I've had four fillings and a crown rework, and at every point I've felt cared for by her, and the dental nurse Antonio's, utter professionalism and speed. Look, there's nothing fun about getting a filling, but all mine have been done with speed, great care and expertise. Yesterday, I had a bit of a panic attack, Dr Bela and the nurse were so generous with their patience and kindness, I felt very moved. I'd like to point out how lovely the staff are at reception too. Courteous, kind and warm. I'm a bit chatty and they never rush me! Dr Kataria saw me for a possible root canal and he could not have been gentler or kinder.

Dr Kataria took time to explain and make sure I understood what he was going to do. He Showed me photos to explain the procedure. Fantastic experience: Dr Kataria is a fantastic root canal specialist; from my first appointment to the root canal today, he was kind, professional, and thorough throughout. He reassured me before, during, and after the procedure, explaining exactly what was happening so that I understood and felt comfortable. Fantastic experience: My usual dental practice is near my home, near Purley, but as I needed a 'tricky & awkward' root canal, my dentist referred me to Dr Vipul Kataria at Timberhill Dental Practice. Everything was explained to me really clearly at a consultation appointment. I had the treatment done today (28/3/24) & everything went so well I don't even feel like I've spent 90 mins in the chair. I have no discomfort. I've just eaten my dinner and no sensitivity at all. Dr Vipul and his assistant Anna, we're brilliant. Again, explaining everything as I underwent the procedure. I'm not a nervous dental patient, but obviously there was some apprehension before my appointment, but that soon went once I was in there. From my experience, I wouldn't hesitate for a second in recommending this practice.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to share how professional and caring I found Dr Kataria was during root canal treatment. I appreciate his professionalism and care, what was a difficult procedure for me. Fantastic experience: Was referred for root canal treatment to Dr Kataria and am very glad it was him who I was referred to. From the initial consultation he put me at ease and everything was explained clerk and thoroughly. When it came to the treatment itself my experience was one of the patient being front and centre of everything and was able to completely trust in Dr Kataria. I don't particularly want root canal again, obviously, but if I have to I will be certain to ensure that it is Dr Kataria who treats me.

I originally found the practice whilst looking for a new dentist for my father who lives in a nearby care home. I was so impressed with the service provided by everyone one from the receptionist who initially took my call, through to Dr Treon who made my father feel at home and patiently and clearly explained what she was going to do that I decided to move to the practice myself. I have suffered for some time with dental issues of my own, I had mentioned these to my previous dentist of many years but the problems persisted. I’m delighted to say that following an initial consultation and two appointments with Dr Treon the problems have been rectified. I can honestly say that I can’t remember the last time my teeth and bite felt so solid and secure. Thank you to the whole team.
