A lot of time at the dentist and get moaned at by the cleaner the dentist and everyone BUT for all the right reasons THEY Care and they do not try and get you to have things done for the sake of having things done .. Exceptional service nurses and receptionists also around pleseent experience

Fantastic experience: I am a longstanding patient of Dr Sami. It is a while since I needed treatment but I remembered his approach. If he asks if I want an injection, my answer will be a no.He knows when an injection will be needed and never asks me. And as I expected I didn’t need an injection. Trusting in the professionalism of Dr Sami and Ms Teri I was at leisure to watch their teamwork as they worked seamlessly together. At one point I closed my eyes for a few seconds and Ms Teri immediately used my name and asked if I was ok. She continued to work quietly, efficiently and kindly. It was a pleasure to observe them and stopped me from getting bored! Thank you both.

Fantastic experience: I visited crown house dental practice yesterday for a tooth extraction, and I can’t thank the dentist Dr Ghaffoor and dental nurse Alanah enough for their outstanding care. I was extremely nervous going in, but they both made me feel calm and supported from the moment I sat in the chair. Dr Ghaffoor explained everything clearly and checked on me throughout the entire procedure, and Alanah was incredibly reassuring, kind, and attentive. Their teamwork and gentle approach made a situation I had been dreading so much easier than I expected. I left feeling relieved, well-looked-after, and grateful for their professionalism and compassion. I highly recommend this team to anyone—especially if you’re anxious about dental work. They truly go above and beyond.

Previously I’d been in the military 26 years and left in 2011 where dental care was always provided by the army from joining at the age of 16. On my initial visit to Crown Dental (and although I’d kept up my regime of brushing twice daily) my overall dental health was below average. However with the excellent care, guidance and encouragement from my dentist Ahmad Sami, replacing fillings etc and my dental hygienist Shechana Rai, (and all of the dental nurses) I’m back on top and dental fit. And my mission now is to continue with focused dental discipline to maintain the effort thus far achieved. Thank you Crown House Dental

Dr Sami and all his team are just blisteringly wonderful and if you are a nervous person this is the place for you. I cannot fault their kindness, professionalism and the utmost respect given to their patients. I moved away from this area 11 years ago and I still come here every 6 months without fail. As long as I can still drive I will continue coming. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Sami and his team highly enough. They are unfailingly polite, friendly and extremely professional. I have recently had several lengthy appointments and , dare I say, they have almost been fun! Dr Sami is very gentle and I didn’t feel the slightest discomfort at any time during the treatments. Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient for a few years now and I must say Dr Sami and all of the team at crown house are lovely, I used to be a nervous patient however Dr Sami and all of his amazing nurses have made me realise there is nothing to worry about when your coming here due to their kind, gentle nature. Their prices are also extremely reasonable.. I would recommend for anyone to come and visit this practice!

Negative experience: Really unreliable service from this surgery. First appointment was cancelled because “ the Dentist’s electric car wasn’t charged “… - Then get a taxi or take public transport! The next appointment was also cancelled because they didn’t have any oxygen on site. It’s just an amateur managed surgery and you cannot rely that the appointment date you’re given will be honoured. We will be seeking a different dentist provider for the future.

Negative experience: My father went in to have an emergency tooth extraction. It was on NHS as an emergency. He was then told he needs a few more fillings according to an interpreter. He was asked to pay a deposits of £140 for the next appointment only to find out that it was for a check up and multiple X-rays. No consent was taken for the X-rays as there was no interpreter at the appointment. And my father believed he was going to have 1 or 2 fillings. Overall, a very disappointing experience. At the very least the X-rays should have been discussed ahead of the appointment when the deposit was taken.

Fantastic experience: So...... as I was about to write this feedback ,I was amazed to see so many negative reviews online for Crown House!....this has most definitely not been the case for me....quite the opposite! Tasha on Reception was fantastic ...she facilitated the appointment on the same day of phoning. I had such a fantastic interaction with Dr Sami later that day. I went in with a bit of trepidation ,as I had not had a check up for a while.....thought I'd get a telling off! Dr Sami understood that sometimes life takes over ,and things such as check-ups can get put off ..or focus be put on other things within family life. Dr Sami was an absolute gentleman...he took time to gently explain to me the work that I needed to have done ...the options available and a plan moving forward. It all felt very personal, I felt listened to and was not rushed in the slightest... everything was explained in detail. I want to add that I have been a patient at this Dental Practice for over 35yrs . I have also had implant treatment with Raj Joshi.....who someone else has said on a review here...is a 'superman'....he is extremely personable....you don't even realise the work has been done ,as he is so gentle!....I would recommend him without hesitation. ***For some reason Google is not letting me write a separate review...so I'll add this on here. I've just experienced a fabulous couple of sessions with the hygienist Schechana Rai...and her very able and professional nurse assistant, Alanah. These two wonderful ladies really compliment each other ....have such a rapport, and are so in tune with themselves, whilst providing such personal care and attention at such a high standard . Because of their inclusivity of me during the procedure.. I felt totally relaxed in 'the chair'! I'm actually looking forward to my next visit in 3 months time. See you in December lovely ladies.

Negative experience: I gave this dental clinic a second chance, but unfortunately, my experience was once again disappointing. While the reception team is welcoming and professional, my interaction with Dr. Abdolmohsen Ghods left much to be desired. During a previous visit under NHS care, Dr. Ghods performed a tooth extraction that led to severe complications, including the tooth breaking through my sinus wall. This required significant surgery at Ashford Hospital and months of recovery, instilling a new fear of dental work in me. Despite this, I mustered the courage to return to the clinic today, now covered by Bupa Level 3 private insurance through my employer, hoping for a better experience, and to finish the remaining treatments. However, today's visit showed no improvement. Dr. Ghods seemed both judgmental and irritated by the work that needed to be done. Despite the receptionist booking an hour slot, and he repeatedly implied the costs would be too high for me, then abruptly ended our interaction after I mentioned I'm with Bupa now. This was witnessed by an assistant, who looked up awkwardly. I felt disrespected and devalued, far from the care one expects. I paid £50 for today's X-ray and examination but refused to pay the £95 deposit for the next visit, as I've decided to seek another dentist going forward—one who actually values making their patients feel welcome and maintains professionalism at all times. I'd rather drive an hour to see someone else than return to a provider 5 minutes from me who treats their patients so poorly. It’s unfortunate that I have to even reconsider my choice of dental care provider under such circumstances. You're fortunate that I am not the type to pursue litigation for the previous incident...

Negative experience: I went in for an appointment for toothache. They said this would be a new patient check-up. Well, the price on the website for this is £65. They asked for a £70 deposit for some reason. Mind you, this was my second appointment with them. Anyway they did a number of x-ray shots because they couldn't get a good picture, all of the same area, but I was charged for every photo. I ended up paying extra £36 just for the photos, and with a "treatment plan" worth £1075 in addition to this "new patient check-up". And they haven't done anything for my toothache. The worst thing is that I'd have to come back here for the rest of my ridiculously expensive treatment or I'd have to pay another check-up fee at a different doctor. My suggestion would be for the admin team to be more open about the fees like x-ray shots in advance (and the fact that I'll be charged for every single one even if you only need one).

Negative experience: Staff were friendly but the dental work that I done here was poor quality. My tooth cracked a few months after a filling and have now had the work repaired by another practice. I went as a NHS dentist but I was constantly upsold for private work and felt pressured to have private treatment where the NHS work would have been adequate.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice has really amazing staff …I am probably was of the most nervous patients they have but they can always calm me down but best of all they have raj joshi this dentist is superman I didn’t even realise he had taken my tooth out in fact I didn’t believe he had done it so massive thanks for making my visit plain sailing

Negative experience: Terrible in every aspect, original appointment I left with awful dental work carried out (unsymmetrical and rough bonding on front teeth). Dr Ghods was rude and unprofessional, I was not shown a mirror, the work was rushed and very little care taken. I was then invited back after putting in a complaint. Appointment was amended 3x the day prior to work around an emergency appointment. They finally scheduled me in for 16:45, I called to explain I was running 10/15 minutes late, receptionist told me this was fine as so was the dentist. When I arrived at 17:02 the practice was closed. I was called the next morning by the practice manager to be told ‘I’ve spoken to the dentist and he will not see you again’.

Fantastic experience: I had to have an emergency appointment, firm start to finish the staff have been lovely and understanding. My boys also have been registered and seen by the dentist too. Both had bad experiences prior to meeting the team at Crown house. Staff were patient and understanding with them both. Both my boys have additional needs and the practice met them with pure professionalism. I would highly recommend Crown House based on their pure professionalism and understanding. Also recommend them to other parents with SEN children.

Negative experience: I have been with the practice for over 2 decades. In recent months I have noticed a decline in the quality of service. Scheduling errors with the reception staff leading to missed appointments and insufficient time allocated to procedures with the dentist. Furthermore, regular cancellations with the hygienist have meant I am regularly having to visit twice on separate days, which isn’t suitable for somebody which has work commitments. I am an NHS patient but have also had private procedures with the practice. It has become evident, not enough time is being allocated to complete these procedures to a high enough standard, resulting repeated visits. A personal example is a filling that would not fill the gap perfectly (it was a challenging location). Both the dentist and I observed on the X-rays that this had not set in place adequately but because of time limitations and curing time we had to schedule another appointment to resolve this, eventually leading to 4 separate trips for a single filling and tooth sensitivity during the interval periods. When scheduling errors are made or when cancellations are essential, there has been no effort to reschedule the appointment. This is not a great service when you’re paying £66 for 30 minutes with a hygienist. It’s almost as if the practice doesn’t want the business? I would have given the practice 4-5 stars 3-4 years ago but within recent times unfortunately I have to downgrade them to 2 stars. Hoping with some improvements to management and customer service practices I can revisit this review and revise.

Fantastic experience: Always give you a warm welcome - today I had 2 sessions, one with the hygienist and a check up. Both appointments were on time and I dare say a pleasure - try the practice, I live in Weybridge but travel to Egham, which I have been doing for the 15 years or so.

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much to the whole team at Crown House. It’s been quite a journey but I can finally talk and smile without hiding my mouth. For the first time in adulthood I’m not ashamed by the way my teeth look. The whole team have been so understanding and considerate, great communication and never made to feel like I was a problem when I’ve needed to reschedule appointments. What started as an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth turned out to be the best thing I could have done. Dr Sami worked out a longer term treatment plan and communicated every step of the way, keeping me informed about the process and the costs involved and also giving me options ensuring I was involved in the process. I am so happy, I can’t stop looking in the mirror! Thank you so so much!

Negative experience: Joining a new dentist today as i feel nhs patients arent as highly valued they wanted me to come back to spend hundreds of pounds which i dont have and explained i am on benefits but also wouldnt refer me to the hospital (which i should of been) so i was left in agony and no help and no further help or advice to how they might of been abale to help me in another way

Fantastic experience: Excellent service by excellent dentists. Mr Sami is an excellent and careful dentist and far better than any previous dentist I’ve used before. I had 2 fillings to replace ones that were damaged. I had an injection that was painless and the work was carried out with great care by him and his assistant. Afterwards the numbness must have worn off but I didn’t actually notice as I was left with no after pain. I highly recommend him for any work you might need.

After checking online reviews of nearby dentists, I called Crown House Dental for an appointment. I have found the staff at reception desk very polite, helpful, and patient during all my interactions. My dentist is Ms Manisha Dubb, and I can't recommend her enough. She's very good at her work, and goes the extra mile to make sure the patient is happy with the outcome. All in all, I am glad I found this practice when I needed one.

Fantastic experience: The team at Crown Dental are amazing. Always friendly and welcoming on arrival they offer a 1st class service. They recently had to remove a tooth which needed to be removed due to reabsorption. They explored all possible alterntive avenues before deciding the best coures was to have it removed. This whole process went smoothly. Everything was explained to me at every stage and whilst slightly uncomfortable the tooth extraction was completly painless. I have been a patient for a number of years and could not recommend them highly enough.
