Fantastic experience: I attended an appointment with Ayesha, hygienist, today. Ayesha and her assistant were very welcoming and attentive. Ayesha was very thorough in her examination and treatment of my teeth and gums. She clearly explained about problem areas and how to manage them better. She demonstrated how to brush and floss more effectively. She went above and beyond to ensure she provided an excellent service. Would highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Staina House Dental Practice is excellent. We have moved house a number of times but have stayed with David Baybutt as our dentist as we trust him and he gives brilliant service. We travel 18 miles to attend the surgery. Other members of our family also attend. So we recommend them to you.

Fantastic experience: I had composite bonding done to my 2 front teeth. I have been with the practice for 29 years. I was a bit nervous but David put me completely at ease throughout the whole 2 hour procedure. The results were amazing! Perfect whilst looking completely natural, the colour match to my other teeth was perfect. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Fantastic experience: First impressions mean a lot to me, and to say I was very impressed is an understatement. I needed some emergency treatment and Staina House were happy to oblige. Every thing was done very professionally and painlessly. David made me feel at ease and explained every step of the procedure. Fantastic experience: I had not visited the dentist for several years due to previous dental trauma. I was recommended to visit David at Staina House and I am so grateful to have found this surgery. David is a highly-skilled dental surgeon and he has managed to address complex issues due to my TMJ jaw dysfunction. He immediately put me at ease and I now have confidence in visiting the dentist again. Linda the dental hygienist was also lovely and understanding of my issues, and special mention to Courtney the dental nurse who really helped to make a difficult procedure easier with her warmth, empathy and humour.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with the practice for approximately 3 years and have always found the reception staff, dental nurses, hygienists and dental surgeons to be very helpful, caring and professional. At my latest visit I was seen by Jon Smalley for the first time. He was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the practice and Jon Smalley in particular.

Fantastic experience: I took my autistic daughter Summer to Staina House Dental practice today, Summer suffers with high anxiety that she struggles to cope with at times. The friendly staff were welcoming and made her feel at ease. She had a composite filling done by David to reshape a front tooth that she was conscious of as it wasn’t the same shape as the other. David did a fantastic job and the front teeth are now a perfect match, Summer is very happy with it. I would highly recommend this dental practice as I have gone here for many years and have always had excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Staina House Dental Practice is a friendly, family orientated dental practice.The surgery is spotlessly clean and provides parking and other facilities for the disabled. On entering the practice you are made welcome by the friendly and efficient receptionists. David always shows an interest in the wellbeing of his patients and gives good advise.For many years he has supported me throughout my treatment at Manchester Dental Hospital and has never hesitated to see me in an emergency. He has organised three monthly visits with Linda the hygenist and this has greatly improved my oral health. My teeth are virtually plaque free. Due to medical circumstances I am no longer able to attend the practice. David has very kindly offered to continue his support if I have any concerns or worries. Thank you David for looking after me

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice. I see David Baybutt, who is always very pleasant to deal with and goes out of his way to make sure your teeth are as healthy as possible. He thinks carefully about how to look after what you have and I have every faith in him. All the other staff that I have met there have been kind and supportive, especially the hygienist who knows how nervous I am of having my teeth cleaned.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency appt this morning, highly reccomend this practice! Saw Dr Dan, he was great as was his assistant and the ladies at the front desk! I feel like they are invested in their patients and their care as well as proffesional and friendly. I feel comfotable to return and have my dental treatment completed there. Its hard to get an appt for a dentist nowadays however they were very good in arranging an emergency appointment. Jon was extremely professional and kind. When I broke my front crown and needed a complex root canal and new crown fitting I was apprehensive about the treatment . Negative experience: New client - first appointment Dentist we saw highly recommend and very thorough went through a 6 month treatment plan all very happy. Come down to reception to be greeted by a receptionist who I felt looked down at us, was rude, made to feel very uncomfortable. I also parked in their car park which I didn’t realise was only for staff. To be abruptly told off my the above receptionist. It was our first time here and she was rude and unwelcoming. Unsure if we’ll be back for the planned treatment if we’re going to be rudly treated. Just to reiterate the dentist John was very impressive

David made me feel completely reassured, at ease and set about easing my painful predicament. have also reattended today and I would highly recommend Staina House Dental Practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been the dentist for a while so my first visit was a bit nerve racking for me. Jonathan immediately put me at ease whilst they did a check up to see what needed doing. They were really clear and talked through the options and had me booked in for follow up treatment pretty quickly. Would highly recommend this practice super friendly staff.

A lot of work required, but David is very reassuring and calming, whilst explaining very clearly what's wrong and what needs doing.
