Fantastic experience: I have been a satisfied customer/patient for nearly 20 years now, since the practice being recommended to me when I moved to the area - I have been recommending them to others ever since! As a nervous patient it is particularly important to feel at ease when visiting the dentist, which is something that every member of the team at EDHT do exceptionally well. The surgery carry out an extensive range of dentistry and are always investing in providing the very best of care for their patients, with many services now carried out in-house rather than referrals to other clinics etc. which enhances the customer experience and speeds up many of the processes. Any work which may be required is always discussed and the options talked through, including associated costs, before work commences, so you know exactly what to expect from the treatment, and I have to say that I have never had better service from any dentist in the past.

Fantastic experience: Having a needle phobia since I was a child, this is the first dentist I have ever been to where Richard helped me through getting my wisdom tooth taken out, without the need to have sedation. This is a huge achievement for me and I would never go anywhere else now as I am put completely at ease.

Fantastic experience: I have just undergone treatment for full upper and lower dental implants. From the very beginning and planning stages the whole team at EDHT have been so professional and welcoming and make you feel comfortable from the start. Everything is fully explained and Richard who carried out the surgical procedures was fantastic and reassuring and everything went so well. The nurses assisting Richard have been brilliant in their patient care, a big shout out to Carla and Jess who attended myself professionally and most caringly. The moment you walk up to the reception desk you are greeted by a smiling face from whoever is manning the desk and who will make you most welcome. They do also have payment plans to help with costs over the year. Dentistry has certainly moved on today and the technology used is superb. Sedation is also given with surgical procedures like mine which made me very comfortable. I would certainly recommend EDHT at Broadway Road, Evesham, especially if you are a nervous patient as you will soon be put at ease.

Fantastic experience: Everyone on the team is so friendly and warm. After a mishap with my booking (which was something I should have double checked myself), I was provided hygienist services at no extra cost to me, which was extremely kind of the practice. Have never had service as good as that before! Not to mention that my family and I have been with them for a few years now, and we have all had consistently great experiences with them. The building itself is very homely and you feel very comfortable there as soon as you walk in. Unlike any other practice we've been to! Would 100% recommend. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient with EDHT for many years and every visit I’ve been made to feel welcome and cared for. All the staff are friendly and personable. My main reason for leaving comment though is this. When my wife, who was also a patient, passed away in December 2023, after I informed them of this, Lorna, the practice manager, went above and beyond any expectations. She reimbursed unused ‘practice plan’ value and other credits attributed to my wife. An act of kindness that still means so much to me today, not for the cash value, but for the care and thought behind it. I really can’t express in mere words how feeling supported like this helps. Fantastic experience: After 2 years of headaches and sinus pressure pain from grinding and clenching my teeth . Richard had a custom made splint made for myself to wear at night. . Wow what a change it has made to my life. No more headaches and sinus pressure pain and no more painkillers !!!. Very comfortable to wear, and easy to clean. It has made a huge difference to my quality of sleep and I wake each morning feeling refreshed with no more headaches and sinus pressure pain. A little expensive but worth every penny. Fantastic experience: I am a new patient of EDHT after recently moving to the local area. I'm particularly anxious when it comes to dentists and this was my first hygienist appointment. The level of customer care, expertise and knowledge was excellent. The staff kind and polite. Special praise to Bianca who put me at ease by talking me through everything step by step. I had the choice of different treatment methods, was able to stop at anytime and ask as many questions as i liked. Nothing was too much trouble and i felt my concerns were met and understood with empathy. It has certainly changed my outlook of dentists going forward and that is all down to Bianca's tailored approach. Would highly recommend this dentist, they really are fantastic.

Fantastic experience: This is a review for all those who believe they couldn't possibly have a tooth implant. Especially if the reason they think they can't because it will hurt. The procedure, from initial chat, sharing information Q&A, and putting in place the bone implant is TOTALLY painless. Ask as many questions as you like. Look at the photos. Check the xrays. Plan ahead. I needed an implant for a lower jaw molar. The op went to plan, the healing is going to plan ( clear instructions to follow to aid the healing process, so I follow them!). Absolutely recommend this team and this procedure.

Fantastic experience: Ive been on NHS dental care for years until moved to Evesham and signed up with EDHT. What a difference! EDHT are on another level of dentistry, absolutely painless procedure, relaxed atmosphere, all explained in details and I feel I can trust them with everything. Yes, pricewise is not for everybody but if you value your health and care for your teeth then I can highly recommend them! Best in area.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have had. Very professional, latest equipment, thorough and comprehensive explanations of treatments given. Lovely surroundings and very nice touches such as newspapers and drinks in the waiting room and a TV programme to watch during your session. Price reflects all this, but worth the expense, if you can afford it, to hang on to your teeth as long as possible. Thank you EDHT.

Fantastic experience: EDHT are a super friendly and competitively priced dental practice. Appointments can be made around personal life schedule and you can usually be seen within a couple of weeks. They are very patient if you are nervous and use the latest technology in your treatment. I would highly recommend you visit EDHT as I have been with them for a number of years and have had some fairly extensive treatment myself.

Fantastic experience: I've always known and been aware that I've got Periodontal Disease which is genetic. Something that I've found difficult to manage and accept. I saw Charlotte & Claire today who were amazing! My appointment was completely pain free. I've got a couple more appointments to go which I'm actually really looking forward to!!

Fantastic experience: This dentist made me get over my fear of the dentist. From the very first appointment when they took me to a room that was painted in a calm and relaxing colour, with a large window out to the garden and a TV with images of nature on it I just felt so calm and relaxed being there. The waiting room has a big window and comfy chairs and feels warm and friendly. White walls and blue dentist chairs at normal dentists immediately make me panic. Here everything is set up to make you feel safe and calm, you are welcomed somewhere that is actually a nice place to be. I never dreaded coming to this dentist ever. I have recommended it to anyone and everyone. Every member of staff I have come in contact with has been warm and friendly. Before I went to this dentist I used to be in so much pain when I had any treatments like fillings, I thought anesthetics didn't work for me. Here they explained that they just needed to give the anesthesia time to start, the difference was amazing, I didn't feel anything. If you're having something like that done they even offer to play music you like and sometimes have a screen where you can watch something. I have moved several hours away so I have had to leave after years at this dentist. I am genuinely so grateful for the care I received here and sad I have had to move on as I don't think I'll ever find one as good. They have created something really wonderful here that really helps people. Thank you to you all.

Fantastic experience: PROBLEM GOING NUMB AT THE DENTIST? I have to say a huge thanks to Dr Richard Colebourne of the Evesham Dental Health Team for getting me to go numb without sedation for the first time ever, following years of dental treatments that had left me extremely anxious. Apart from the really nice waiting room, relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff, what I would really like to focus on is why anyone who has also had problems with going numb and understandably avoids going to a dentist, should try Dr Colebourne. Nearly every dentist I’ve been to in the past, tended to want to start drilling as soon as they could, even though they knew you hadn’t gone numb – usually saying don’t worry, I’m sure the anaesthetic will kick in soon. It never did and I won’t dwell on what always happened next. It soon became clear to me that Dr Colebourne really does believe in pain free dentistry. The process definitely does not start with the drill. There was absolutely no way he would even think about starting any work until both of us were confident that the area was numb. Personally I would say it’s all a question of trust and this would probably apply to anyone else who has ever had trouble going numb. I trusted him 100% that he wouldn’t start any drilling if the anaesthetic didn’t kick in. Based on past experience I really wasn’t expecting the anaesthetic to work but to my amazement and delight, within a minute or two the area started going numb. Even at this point Dr Colebourne wasn’t prepared to start until he had allowed plenty of time for the anaesthetic to fully take effect. Only when both of us were certain that the area was totally numb, did he ask me if it was okay to start work. He stressed that if at any time I felt any pain he would immediately stop. The first pain free dental work, using only anaesthetic and without sedation, I had experienced in 58 years – wonderful. So if you've experienced problems with anaesthetic not working, I would urge you to contact Dr Colebourne in Evesham. Having dental work done doesn’t have to be painful and it's worth travelling any distance to avoid the alternative.

Fantastic experience: I have recently had a device fitted to help with my sleep apnoea and snoring. Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Evesham Dental Health Team for years now after a recommendation from a friend and will never look back. I didn’t go to the dentist in my younger adult years after bad experiences when I was younger so it was a really big step for me initially. The entire team were brilliant, they helped me relax and cared about me and not just my dental health. Because of this I don’t even think and get anxious before I go to an appointment now. They have all the modern technology to ensure you are getting the very best treatment and care. They are not cheap, but good dentists are not cheap and they are the best dentist you will find in this area and there is a good reason I have recommended so many people to them. A lot of the team remains unchanged as well which is just testament to the environment they work in! Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: What a great experience. I hadn't been to the dentist for a few years, having moved to the area and not been able to source an NHS dentist. EDHT have made me realise what I've been missing from the service I've had with NHS dentists. Everyone is absolutely brilliant, reception staff, nurses, dentists, hygienists. They talk to you like an adult, and explain everything. The costs are much less than I expected. I've had to have lots of treatment over the last year, and had I done that through the NHS I doubt I'd have felt as reassured as I have. With EDHT they give you the time to understand what's going on, and ensure you are comfortable at all points. I can't rate EDHT highly enough, and a massive thank you to everyone there for being superb.

Fantastic experience: This is undoubtedly the best dental practice in my long experience of dentists in the USA, Switzerland and the UK. From the moment you step into the practice you are immediately aware of the friendly atmosphere and a sense of quiet efficiency. The staff are without exception delightful, friendly and caring, Richard is enthusiastic about dentistry and remarkably well equipped with the latest technology to complement his know-how. His Cerec treatments are an amazing advance on the more traditional methods, and have the added advantage of everything being done in one session. Every aspect of the practice is run in a most organised manner. I have total confidence in Richard and his team, and I congratulate them all. 16.3.21 Have just had another Cerac treatment, and as always, the patient experience was superb: a friendly reception and amazingly well organised practice with flawless Covid precautions. Richard is a master of his profession and the treatment was carried out with confidence and expertise. It was totally painless, and though there was no rush it seemed to happen very quickly. The technology is fantastic and all was done in one sitting. We are lucky to have such a brilliant practice and so near to home.
