Fantastic experience: Had a great first hygienist appointment with Sam the hygienist and Alisha nursing! Both were very helpful and instructive and I feel great with my lovely, shiny teeth! Reception team are also very welcoming upon arrival and leaving.

Fantastic experience: Today as an emergency appointment I saw Jack who was able to refit my front crown which had become loose. All the staff at Springfield Surgery are very professional...friendly and always helpful and explain fully any procedure that needs attended to! I would always recommend their practice. I have been frightened of dentists all my life but not anymore, Ed is such a professional, I had 3 teeth out all at the same time, I had never had teeth out before and I was terrified but Ed assured me it wouldn't hurt and it DIDN'T, plus Ed made my new bridge teeth during the same visit and they look perfect, no idea how he did it but they are excellent.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice. All the staff are really friendly in person and on the phone. Text message reminders and calls do you don’t forget the appointment you made. The practice is modern and roomy, the dentists and hygienist and all great.

Fantastic experience: Friendly as usual from the whole team. And, knowing my engineering background, explained what was going on for the tooth extraction and fitting a crown on adjacent tooth. Gave me the extracted tooth and allowed me to examine the 3d printed crown before it was fitted. Follow up phone call the next day to see how I was getting on. Feel part of a community.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Jack over a root canal tooth ( bad pain) and a back molar that had a big cavity. From start to finish Jack was amazing im so nervous going to the dentist but Jack spoke to me about everything he was doing and reassured through the procedures. Would 100% recommend this dentist. The receptionist staff are so so lovely too and always try to help with any needs. I will be changing dentist to come here for all my treatments

I travel from Hoylake, often by bike and, although there are closer dental practices to where I live, I'm confident I'm registered with the best.

Fantastic experience: I am writing this review following a Dental Implant procedure that started in November 2024 when I had Two teeth extracted by Ed this was due to the Crowns I had fitted in 1970 having come to the end of their working life. I was initially very nervous about having this treatment but with Ed and his Splendid team’s encouragement I agreed to go ahead and have the Procedure . Fantastic experience: I see Sam, the hygienist & Jack, the dentist & find both friendly, professional, efficient, thorough & gentle, with the assistants being equally as friendly & professional. Going to the dentist is never something to relish but my experience with this dental practice has never left me dreading the next appointment. From the time you walk in & are greeted by the lovely receptionists to the time you leave, everything runs smoothly & on time. The building & decor are bright & pristine & I would also recommend the monthly payment plan, which helps avoid large bills. All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending Springfield Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: Attended Springfield Dental Practice yesterday. My Veneer had come off and they were very helpful offering me an emergency appointment. My appointment lasted nearly an hour. I am quite elderly, have a few health issues and unfortunately started coughing during treatment. Dentist Jack and his nurse Alicia could not have been more understanding, caring and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. The whole team at this practice are excellent at what they do - thank you!

Fantastic experience: I originally went to Ed because I wanted to improve my smile for my wedding day. Ed suggested composite bonding and to say he is a perfectionist would be an understatement. I had full trust in his work and I knew that he wouldn’t let me leave the practice without it being exactly what I wanted. I can’t thank you enough - the confidence it has given me is immeasurable and I look back at my wedding photos with so much joy!

He was so knowledgeable and good at his job, if it was possible to give him more stars I would, he made it a 10/10 experience and consistently made me feel relaxed and at ease. Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Springfield for the last two years following a recommendation from a retired dentist. I have only wonderful things to say. Ed who runs the practice is superb as are all the staff. Friendly, expert and treatment has always been explained in detail and pain free. Today I had dreaded root canal work done on a back tooth by Mike and Jas his assistant. Everyone says how awful root canal treatment is. Not true! It took an hour and a half but at no point was I in pain and Mike talked me through everything he was doing as it happened including showing me on screen. What a super competent and friendly experience. Five hours later and all good. No pain and everything feels great. I cannot recommend this Practice more strongly. Anyone who fears the dentist this is the place for you. Thank you to everyone at Springfield.

Positive experience: As always the counter staff, Caroline and her assistant are a pleasure to deal with. One let down on my latest visit was to be told you now have a hygienist for cleaning. I wish you had told me this beforehand then I could have booked a double appointment. No doubt there will be an additional charge. It feels like a money making grab? Win win for the practice! Fantastic experience: I have been a client at Springfield Dental for many years, i find the staff and all the dentists to be lovely and friendly and so helpful. I recently needed emergency appointments, and they made sure I was seen to that same day, plenty of reassurance and great care was given. My husband used to have a serious phobia with dentists, he hadn't been to see a dentist for years due to his extreme fear, but the dentists were so calm and patient with him and gradually his confidence was restored, he now goes regularly without any apprehension. Thank you to a wonderful team .

Fantastic experience: Prior to registering with Springfield Dental Practice, I hadn’t been to a dentist for 11+ years (majority of my adult life!). Safe to say it was the best decision I’ve made for my teeth. It’s a lovely practice - calm, friendly, relaxing and welcoming. In particular, very thankful to Sam who cleaned and polished my teeth pain-free - I couldn’t believe how great they looked afterwards! Also very grateful to Ed who examined my teeth and did three composite fillings in a subsequent appointment - it was such a relaxing appointment! His attention to detail, precision and thorough explanations (of all different options & reasons behind them) are highly commendable. More than happy to recommend to anyone, especially if you’ve been putting off going to a dentist for a while, like me!

Fantastic experience: My first time seeing a hygienist. Everything was explained and the hygienist and nurse were both friendly and professional. A positive and helpful experience. For dental treatment I see Ed who takes time to explain everything about your teeth and their condition and gives advice when needed of solutions to issues. He is patient and friendly and makes the session as relaxing as possible.
