Recently had both side of wisdom tooth extraction with Dr. Alex and the whole experience was amazing. He’s super kind, gentle and professional, walked me through every step and kept checking in to make sure I was doing okay. it was really quick and completely painless! The team will also follow up and check on your recovery. I remember the first consultation with Dr. Monica. I wasn’t familiar with those dental terms since English is my second language , but she explained everything clearly and in a easy-to-understand way. Also the receptionists and the dentist team are super friendly and always smiling! I’d definitely recommend this clinic! I heard that two dentist from Hong Kong have recently joined the team, this will smoother the communication. Looking forward to meet them!

Fantastic experience: Since 2011 I have been looking for premium dentists in Liverpool. I think Stars finally allignned and I received special root canal treatment to save tooth for crowning. It's was so much fun (part of that because of best customer service I received so far) So I decided to continue crowning my left side too ! Now I got "my" all teeth back to eat Açaí ice creams ! Firstly I would just like to acknowledge how wonderful is the atmosphere at the clinic absolutely all of the time, you know how sometimes you go to a clinic and you just have that feeling you are going to the dentist and it’s just that something you have to do but don’t really want to? Well let me tell you this clinic is complete opposite of it, every time I have an appointment I feel that I am going in to see a friendly face and a wonderful specialist. Dr.Rose is such warm person who always made me feel at ease with how gently she does everything, my Invisalign treatment is now complete and I couldn’t be happier. Dr.Alex removed x2 of my wisdom teeth both during one appointment and I was so scared for this appointment trust me, he was so kind and professional that once it was done I couldn’t believe how quick, easy and painless the process of it is! The entire team of nurses and receptionist just constantly greets you with the biggest smile. Most amazing practice manager Mari always welcomes you with warmth and open hands happy to help with just absolutely anything you may need. Fantastic experience: I always dreaded coming to the dentist, which is why I put off going for so many years but from the minute I walked through the door at RIT I was made to feel really comfortable. You can tell that there is genuine care for their patients. I was seen by Dr Monika who is just the kindest and most gentle soul, she went out of her way to check in with me throughout the procedure and make sure I was ok. The filling is perfectly matched to the colour of my teeth, you can't even see it, incredible work. the practice manager is also a little ray of sunshine, think her name is miss lucena. thank you so much team RIT, you're all amazing!

Negative experience: The dentist is a great professional. What scared me is the prices, very confusing, not clear. I had a restoration that would be a root canal, because my tooth broke, this would cost me a ticket to Brazil. so I just requested a restoration, and that cost me £200 just one tooth. I take very good care of my teeth.the total was just 3 small restorations. 5 years without going to the dentist. I need more kidneys to come back here, because one is already gone. A dentista é uma ótima profissional. o que me deixou assustada é os preços, muito confuso, não é claro, quando vc entra na sala é um valor, e ali na recepção no informativo é outro valor. eu fiz uma restauração hoje, mas me foi solicitado um serviço de canal, pq meu meu dente quebrou, isso iria me custar uma passagem para o Brasil. então solicitei apenas uma restauração, somente pra fechar o buraco e não correr o risco de quebrar mais, e isso me custou £250 em apenas um dente, 5 dias de trabalho no hotel. eu cuido muito bem dos meus dentes, no total eram apenas 3 restauração pequenas. 5 anos sem ir ao dentista. eu preciso de mais rim pra voltar aqui, pq um já se foi. Achei muito caro! Fora da minha realidade de vida. No momento de pagar uma moça falava comigo o tempo todo, colocando a máquina na minha frente, me empurrando. de nervoso errei a senha. ninguém pra ajudar. E ela falava sem parar e eu confusa, não gostei do tratamento, ela me deixou extremamente nervosa, e queria de todo jeito que eu colocasse o cartão na máquina, eu solicitei ajuda de brasileiros e não tinha. Parecia que eu estava pra fugir da clinica sem pagar. Sabendo que eu já tinha pago pela consulta, e fui ali para fazer o tratamento.

Dr. Alex and Dr. Raph and the team did an amazing job… firstly building a temporary ‘implant’ and crown as an emergency to get me to a wedding in Barbados with a smile and then to complete the work with a fantastic implant and crown that matches my other teeth perfectly. Fantastic experience: This dental practice has been absolutely phenomenal for my mum. My mum had sudden onset of tooth pain and when no other local practice could offer Sam appointment until many weeks later, Rit took our details and gave my mum an emergency appointment the next day. At the appointment it was confirmed she had an infection of a wisdom tooth turning into an abcyss and they extracted it there and then. The service from the very initial phone call through to having the extraction was top notch. And their response has saved my mum from worse pain and complications. I cannot rate this practice highly enough. And on top of excellent dentistry and customer service the prices are very reasonable and the the premises itself lovely. THANK YOU Rit!

I had a very bad experience with other practice The Brace Place who wanted to extract healthy adult teeth from my son /4teeth/ , the dentist Dr Rosa saved them ...her attitude towards me and my son us very professional and makes me feel confident, Dr Alexandra is looking after me and I never experienced such treatment without pain and according to mu comfort. When you enter thr practice the ladies and nurses from the reception are very kind and look after you . The financial manager is really good and co-operative in finding the most appropriate finance to pay for the treatment....I could keep writing in admiration ...its the best place to be treated and its fun going to a dentist ...only there . Fantastic experience: Nejlepší zkušenost se zubařem v mém životě,. :-) dokládala jsem extrakci zubů moudrosti už několik let, hlavně proto že jsem chtěla, aby je vytáhly všechny najednou a nenašla jsem lékaře kdo by na to kývl .. Pan doktor Alex nakonec vytáhl všechny zároveň i když plán byl jiný. Zákrok byl v podstatě bez bolesti, všichni byli úplně úžasní a no naprosto výborní, nemám slov.,, do dvou týdnu to bylo v podstatě zahojené,( ale každý se hojí jinak), jinak žádné komplikace, prostě čistá práce.. takže mockrát děkuji celému týmu a s radosti přijdu zas .

Fantastic experience: I have had numerous procedures at RIT dental ranging from wisdom teeth extraction, hygienists, fillings and more recently I have just finished my Invisalign journey (orthodontist). Each procedure was with a different dentist who specialises in those certain areas and I can honestly say every single one of them was fantastic! From the moment you walk into the reception you are greeted by the most friendliest reception team who go above and beyond to make you feel more like family than a patient. The waiting area is one of calm and not like the dentists from when I was a child. No matter what you have done at RIT you will be treated by the best team who will guide you and make you feel totally at ease. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now and I have to travel far to get there but it’s worth it! Thank you to Dr Alex, Dr Rose and the whole RIT team you’re the best!

From the injection of a local anaesthetic to the extraction of all four wisdom teeth, the procedure was entirely pain-free and took a little longer than an hour. I have had minimal swelling thanks to the aftercare plan which was easy to follow. If you are dreading dental procedures, I highly recommend RiT, Dr Alex Marques and the team in Liverpool. It's been a very positive experience and I am so pleased I no longer have to worry about wisdom teeth. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: After a failed attempt at a rear tooth extraction and very traumatic experience (nhs) I had to find a dentist quickly as also turned away from the dental hospitals, I was referred this practice by another well known practice, I'm literally emotional how I was treated here, I really can't thank Dr Alex and his team enough, the service he gives is over and beyond, the only shock I got was the bill which if I new before spending 2 years finding a nhs dentist wouldn't of bothered. Fantastic experience: If you need a dentist that you can literally trust with your eyes closed this is the one!!! If I could give more stars I definitely would. The excellent service starts from reception where the staff is extremely nice and helpful. I have extracted teeth with Dr Alexandre and he really is amazing. He has always put me at ease during the whole process, even after care was provided. Every time I needed his assistance I contacted him and he always replied. Both Drs Jussara and Rose are also very nice and helpful, they have also explained the whole process and always asked if I was ok during it. I cannot recommend this Clinic enough, all the staff is amazing <3

Fantastic experience: The best dental practice I've ever seen Very kind staff and professional dentists. The prices are really reasonable for such a high level dental practice. Apart from an emergency visit and a general visit, I had a wisdom tooth extraction there. The procedure took only 15 minutes without serious bleeding or difficulties after extraction. I even didn’t feel injection I got my dentist's personal number, so I could contact him out of working hours in case of any problems. I strongly recommend Rit ❤️

Fantastic experience: Came in for a general checkup and a wisdom tooth removal and left super happy. The staff were so friendly, and Dr Alex was like a magician the way he took out my tooth so fast and efficiently, was also really nice to talk to about tattoos and microbiology haha. Cannot recommend their services enough, it was worth the money.

After my first consultation with Dr Rose, I understood how important it is to have a check up. She recommended a hygiene session and she also worked on a smile design plan for me. I never thought about getting braces but I understood how important it is not just for aesthetics purposes, but also for efficient functioning and general oral health. I started my Invisalign treatment with Dr Rose who took incredible care of me, made me feel really comfortable and answered whatever queries I had. I decided to go for Invisalign because it is a modern, easier and quicker treatment and so far I couldn’t be happier with my choice. Fantastic experience: Totally recommend this team of dentists, from the receptionist to the dentists as well. I had to perform two wisdom teeth extractions and I literally felt like nothing. I had a previous traumatic experience in another dentist I had when I was a teenager and at first I was afraid I would have about the same experience even though it was a completely different dentist. Even the anaesthesia was smooth and felt like nothing. The staff are very friendly and responsive on WhatsApp. It’s worth every single pennies they charge for the services.
