I got an appointment very quickly which I was grateful for as travelling abroad shortly. Dr Patel is professional, friendly, and explained the issue with my teeth clearly and gave me options. Fantastic experience: This year I finally returned to the dentist. Firstly the receptionists were really nice, attentive and made me feel comforted. I was then treated by Dr Farida Sadat. She is truly a lovely dentist. From our first meeting she was welcoming, which put me at ease, she spoke to me with dignity and talked me through what she was about to do/ doing. I had to have a number of things done and with each visit had, she treated me the same. She is a blessing to experience. Thank you.

Positive experience: I was given expert advice with regards to a specific problem. I was later contacted after the dentist sought further advice and given the options I was better able to make a better decision. This is what you need from your dental practitioner.

Fantastic experience: From the outset of using this practice, Dr Helena Usher has been so helpful, and attentive in trying to establish what the issue is and doing to utmost to stop the pain, which she did several times and also saw me at short notice when I had another emergency. All the Dentists I have seen in the practice are friendly, professional and explain what the issue is. I highly recommend this professional and very clean dentist practice to all. Also I forgot to mention, the lovely and professional receptionists, if you call they help and when you’re in reception they are very polite and bubbly.

Fantastic experience: I had a troublesome wisdom tooth removed, which was infected and causing me considerable discomfort. The whole procedure from diagnosis to completion took about half an hour and was completely painless. I was charged a standard fee of £75.30. Many thanks to all at Infinity Dental Care for my excellent treatment throughout.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic experience here. I came in for a routine check-up and found out I needed two fillings. Impressively, they managed to get both fillings done on the same day. The entire process — from check-up to completing the fillings — was done within an hour. Excellent work by the dentist, Helena, and a big thank you to Usher from the reception team for being so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I recently switched to this clinic from one very nearby. This clinic is far more comfortable and modern. My dentist Dr Helena Usher is fantastic. I'm very claustrophobic, and I was put instantly at ease. I highly recommend this dental practice. Btw. The front of house team are fantastic as well.

Fantastic experience: I first had an initial assessment with Dr Usher in December 2024. I found her very professional, relaxed, informative and helpful. She answered all of my questions and provided a detailed assessment report at my request outlining treatment options. Due to physical ill health i did not see her again til late April 2025. Dr Usher proceeded with exploratory treatment and further assessment and gave me more confidence to proceed with treatment. I need root canal treatment and have been referred to a hospital for consideration of this procedure and await a decision. I cannot speak highly enough of the care and treatment I have received this far. For a patient who is ordinarily quite anxious about dental visits, based on my experience to date I highly recommend this practice. I have found the reception team, helpful and efficient and the dental nurses kind. THANK YOU Infinity Dental.

Fantastic experience: Just called to book an appointment and was offered one within four days, probably the fastest I’ve ever been offered. The receptionist was polite and helpful. Felt the need to review after an awful experience with the dentist next door. If you are trying to find a dentist in the area I’d definitely recommend here. They take nhs patients too!

Negative experience: Not paticularly happy with my experience at reception as one asked if I was in receipt of any benefits for my form and the other receptionist sitting next to her rolling her eyes at my response. So rude and unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I needed a crown and I’m not a good patient! But everything was calm and painless and within 2 hours the crown had been fitted- from drilling out the previous filling to multiple photos of the broken tooth and surrounding teeth to cutting the crown on-site and finally fitting it. Thanks Dr Patel and his assistant, Alejandra.

Fantastic experience: Andrea / the hygienist was amazing/ 5 star service. So kind and informative. At the end of the appointment, she kindly wrote down all the things she recommended me to get which was very helpful (purchased at the reception). Negative experience: It's such a shame the place has gone downhill. I have spent years recommending them to people for their good work and customer service but honestly these days they only care for private customers, as an NHS patient you're just not treated the same. Had an awful experience with a receptionist that's fairly new, so rude and disrespectful. She said one day that a referral id been waiting a year for had been returned and rejected as it was incomplete only to tell me these next day there was no referral. When I tried to ask how this was possible as I'd previously spoken to the dentist about it and how we were considering taking an extra one out etc and how she'd said herself yesterday that it had been rejected due to not being complete she proceeded to talk over me and patronise me in a very rude and quite frankly embarrassing for someone of her role way. I'm in the process of contacting ombudsman regarding the referral and lies around it. Also lodging a complaint regarding her lack of customer service skills and rude manner. Unless you're private i would stear clear or you're made to feel like you're a drain on them and their resources. Having missed a few appointments due to Ill health I was accepting of the consequence regarding it as it was lost time for them, but when trying to get the details of the referral so I could continue it with another dentist to be lied to and then spoken to like we were in a school playground I feel they've over stepped the mark. Shame to see such a brilliant practice go down hill due to the misrepresentation by one member of staff.

Fantastic experience: Very good dentist with very polite and professional staff. Dr Farida is a very good, helpful, gentle & caring dentist who meets your needs every time. I recommend this dentist to all 5*.

Positive experience: I must be fair, went to get a couple things sorted after the below experience and it wouldn’t be right to leave the below review as a 1 star. Dr P Patel sorted everything out - teeth wise, a good hygiene clean from Andrea the hygienist too! Dr Patel also performed a discrete yet classy act which was kind as it’s something that many places would charge for. If your experience is all good with the receptionist's and you pass them, the treatment and service I received today should make you happy. Previous review: Shari has a major attitude problem. Shouldn’t be on the phones. Rude, aggressive, angry, over talks you, condescending, extremely rude and did I say angry? In case not angry and aggressive. She’ll interrupt you demanding, never had such a rude receptionist in my life… must be a Brixton thing will email her superiors who can hopefully correct her.

Negative experience: Mediocrity..staff self called doctors.. It seem they only like the old patients or the ones on their convenience. Also, Never there ,don't know nothing every time..they just took 23£..to play the (I don't know who talked to you .. Or I'm the doctor (but we don't have a receptionist).0r..I will call you as you doctor isn't here??or TRY TO CALL US LATER TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED WITH YOU...?? Fantastic experience: I have had the very best treatment by Dr Sadat. She left no stone unturned to give me the treatment I needed over the last three months. She is most professional with a very caring attitude. Her courtesy and interest in my wellbeing was very much appreciated. My teeth are superb yet she is happy for me to return should I need further help. I would be happy to recommend her to young and old. She also treated my elderly husband who enjoyed his visits to her and is very comfortable with his new dentures. The reception staff are courteous, helpful and definitely professionally welcoming.

Negative experience: They'll repeatedly cancel your appointment due to dentist / hygienist not being available - and then charge you £35 deposit which they hold onto for months and keep unless you attend one of their rescheduled appointments. Avoid. So many better dentists in the local area.

Fantastic experience: I went to Infinity Dental Practice in desperation. After many many years of private and NHS dental treatment my teeth were in a state. For more than 25 years I have had private dental care. The last one in Herne Hill pulled out the wrong tooth and to add insult to injury told me they would not charge me for it! Dr. Patel has restored my faith in dentistry. He explained fully the issues I had (in my opinion due to dentists who were more interested in making money than fixing my teeth) and formulated a treatment plan. I can honestly say I can now smile with confidence. That has made a tremendous difference in my life. At the end of the day he is only interested in giving you the best dental treatment NOT what will make the most money. I highly recommend this Practice. Fantastic experience: After not having gone to the dentist for at least 4 years because of an extreme fear of the pain and sensory issues due to my Autism, I finally made an appointment and I'm so glad I made it with Infinity Dental. The receptionists are super nice and professional and the Dr. F Sadat who was in charge of redoing my fillings was super kind and understanding of my fear. She made sure to check in with me throughout the whole process multiple times. Both her and the lovely dental nurse (Whose name i sadly forgot) were both super patient and gentle with me which helped me immensely.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jagdish Patel and dental nurse Ayaan have both given me exemplary care and attention. I was so relaxed at my last appointment that I even fell asleep whilst my crown was being fitted! Dr Patel was patient, kind and courteous and carefully explained my treatment at every stage. He has a very gentle manner, so if you are at all nervous, he will most certainly put you at your ease. Overall a brilliant practice and highly recommended.
