From the very welcoming receptionist Fatima and the lovely energetic Persh making sure that i am looked after and comfortable in the throughout my experience. Dr Ali is hands down the best dentist I have been to, he made sure i understood my treatment and explained to me the process of my plan every step of the way. Would highly recommend him to be your dentist, he will have your teeth looking perfect and will make sure you’re comfortable and happy. The beautiful and well mannered assistant Britney has also been helpful in regards to my treatment making sure that she is there to help and make sure everything is going well. You can see the passion and enthusiasm the staff have for their job and it’s hard to find people like this in the workplace. I have gone to previous dental practises before and the receptionists are always rude and the dentist have an ego and don’t really care for their patients. The neem tree were the only dental practise within the south London region to assist me in my treatment which was caused by a motorbike accident due to a drunk driver and now with my new teeth I feel like I’m ready to become a model aha.

Negative experience: If I could give minus 5* I would! Booked an emergency appointment for my toddler last night (clearly stating it was an emergency for a child) to be seen this morning at 10.30. I was called around an hour before the appointment saying the dentist was delayed to 11. Then at 10.30 already in the car and on the way, I got a missed call and message saying my daughter cannot be treated at all as an emergency…! No explanation as to why I haven’t been informed earlier about that issue, not forthcoming in providing alternatives in terms of dentists who could provide help etc. I then asked for my £95 refund and after giving my card details 3x I saw on my online banking that in fact another £95 were now pending! Extremely unprofessional conduct by a practice that’s allegedly so highly rated.

Fantastic experience: Had to see a dentist urgently because of extraordinary pain from my wisdom tooth. I googled dentist nearby which is open on Saturday and went to Neem Tree Dental directly as it opened in the morning. Without any difficulties, I got an appointment a few hours later. The dentist was professional and swift with the procedure. Within 20 mins I was already out with my required antibiotics and painkillers. Highly recommended!!

Negative experience: I had what I thought to be a very pleasant experience from front of house and general attitude of staff...however, I have now discovered how EXTORTIONATE and OVERPRICED this place was...wisdom tooth extraction under local that cost me altogether about £1k (other private places do it for MUCH MUCH less!) ...and then to receive medical history that are filled with errors (on a legal document!) Poor form. I now have an Eating Disorder according to them, and a smoker who received cessation advice? (In any case, nobody told me to stop smoking whatever it was I happened to be smoking according to them) Considering that this would affect treatment plan and everything else...come on, its a legal medical document!

Fantastic experience: I am incredibly grateful to Neem Tree for booking me in to have an emergency out of hours appointment for a horrendous bout of toothache I was having last week. After calling at 4pm, the receptionist Perch did everything she could to ensure that a dentist could see me that day, and I went in at 8pm to have emergency treatment which allowed me to go on holiday the next day pain free! Despite the appointment being late at night (I was there until 9:45pm), both Dr Fernando Madeira and Ammara took their time to explain all of the options to me and really sought to get me out of pain. They were both lovely and gentle and I am incredibly grateful to the Neem Tree for their kindness and willingness to help. Ammara even emailed me the next day to check that I was ok and to wish me a nice holiday! I have recommended them to many of my friends in the area and would be very happy to return! Thank-you!

Fantastic experience: A superb, caring and prompt service. Dr Mehra saw me for emergency treatment when my own dentist let me down despite me having intense pain. She quickly diagnosed the issue, treated the acute pain and sent me to the endodondist Dr Madeira. I was very impressed by his knowledge, he was very thorough and caring and explained everything to me step by step. I have such faith in the Neem Tree that I will be commuting from Birmingham to use them on a regular basis. An excellent and skilled team and I cannot thank them or recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Invisalign treatment. Although I had a complicated procedure; I felt no pain or discomfort throughout. Each part of the treatment was explained by the dentist. The Neem Tree practice is very welcoming, professional and at a good price. I’m very happy with end results

Fantastic experience: Alejandro was friendly and professional from the start. He made me feel at ease, and kept checking in that I was OK throughout my procedure with plenty of anaesthetic to make sure there was absolutely no pain at all. He did a really great job with no follow up issues. Whilst the whole team at Neem Tree wear all the necessary PPE during this covid period, it does mean you can’t see Alejandro’s Colombian charm but can hear it in his soothing voice. My teeth would gladly get checked up at Neem Tree again. 5 toothbrushes out of 5.

Negative experience: The practise is very focused on making as much money as possible. Was pushed into agreeing a dental remediation plan without any time to consider their proposal and the overall cost is quite astonishing. The practise invoiced me for late cancellation and withheld my deposit, but didn’t make this at all clear when I called to postpone my appt. The receptionist was rude and argumentative and I felt I had no alternative but to cancel my appt. Would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I’d had intermittent toothache for a couple of months and sent a photo of my lower teeth across to Dr Alejandro. He pointed out a small cavity in the back left tooth and advised a filling. Reaching 30 without any fillings I was quite anxious at the thought of having something affect the aesthetics of my teeth as I take great pride. Dr Alejandro reassured me that it wouldn’t be noticeable. Once the anaesthetic was injected, I felt nothing. I have to say, the results are amazing and I can’t even see where he’s placed the filling. The shape of the material looks just like my natural tooth. Thank you so much, Dr Alejandro!

Fantastic experience: I visited the Neem Tree Wandsworth recently and was looked after by Dr. Alejandro. He went through all the X-rays and images with me, explaining the required treatment for individual teeths. I feel in safe hands and can only recommend this practice. All the staff are welcoming and super friendly.

Negative experience: Incompetant, greedy and unprofessional are the nicest words I could use to describe this dental practice and specifically the dentist who "treated" me. I went in for an emergency appointment after I've chipped my tooth in December. I was charged £400 so they could stick the piece back on, after 3 more visits in less than 20 days period as the piece kept falling off Dr. Alejandro came up with several reasons why everything was my fault and the only way to fix my tooth was to get alighners and spend several thousant pounds in the process. Luckily, I went to see a different dentist who actually knew what they were doing, my recommendation is to AVOID this practice.

I saw the hygienist Divine for a teeth clean and stain removal and felt she did a very thorough job. She put me at ease and I felt very comfortable throughout. Fantastic experience: This is an absolutely wonderful dental practice. My back tooth cracked in half exposing the nerve. I found this dentist online and they were taking emergency patients. I was seen within 1 hour of phoning them. The receptionist is so lovely and friendly and helped get me seen the same day even though they were busy. The dentist and dental nurse were amazing in completing a difficult extraction with minimal discomfort. The aftercare is first rate. I couldn't be more grateful to them

Negative experience: Administration lady initially seemed friendly then very quickly I realised she can hardly listens and thinks her job is to keep smiling! Costs/fees are not clearly explained from the beginning and they always find a way to fit in some extra costs without fully explaining it in advance. It seem they are more interested about how much money they can make out .of you and treatments are not cheap at all! If you want to pay £300 for an extraction this is the place for you! At my first visit the dentist concluded that I would require a tooth extraction, gave me an anaesthetic injection then escorted me to the reception desk so I can pay the fee before he gets the job done! at this point I still didn't know how much I was going to be paying! I kept thinking what would happen if my card gets declined for some reason? will they send me home despite having already being injected with anesthesia? So wrong! you would think that I would have been made aware of the fees before any work gets done! Surely I never ever paid any dentist before a dental procedure is over on the day! This dentist will seemingly treat you like a little Prince/princesse as long as you are happy to pay the extravagant cost! If you are a millionaire this is the place for you! Why would anyone pay £300 for tooth extraction when you can get it done for £55 on the NHS or £110 private? They advertised tooth extraction from £90 and have been quoted £250 for a small tooth extraction! When I challenged them about the lack of transparency they tried to explain that the £90 advertised fee is for baby teeth! Lastly I was told I could finance dentures which I was about to go ahead, I was given a price of £1,100 for each denture which I normally would have paid £750 elsewhere. I was needing 2 dentures so intially I was really contemplating to go ahead with it, naturally I sent an email requesting couple simple questions such as will I be able to add a tooth to the denture if I lose another tooth in the future? And if yes how much will it cost and how long would it take? Ect.. Believe it or not, I was instructed to make an appointment by paying £55 in order to have my questions answered...... I tried to debate why would the consultation fee not be part of the finances? And of course I was pointed to their so called policy! I understand dentists have to make a living however, neem tree practice are mostly and only interested in making as much money as possible from their patient! So wrong! Have had few teeth taken out in my life and all the ones that paid £50 for the extraction were not different to the one I paid £300 at neem tree. Fake friendliness, fake diagnosis, many hidden cost,the only thing that is real is of course my money! Stay away....

From the greeting I received at reception to the treatment from both the hygienist and dentist, right up to the goodbye. It was first class customer service, I've never had a hygienist go into so much detail about how to look after the health of my teeth and gums, or be as gentle as she was. I've never had a dentist draw me a picture before to help explain what I may need in the future and why! I was really impressed and felt like I was in incredibly safe hands. The reason I approached the surgery was because I wanted a second opinion about some dental problems that was not properly cared for and resolved at another surgery. Fantastic experience: I have been treated by both Dc Fernando Madeira and Dc Aliki Tsichlaki at the Wandsworth Neem Tree Dental Clinic and I must say I've never been in such good "dentist" hands. Dc Madeira has an amazing contact with his patients. He is a highly skilled and competent Dentist who also really has your interests at heart and who will always ensure you understand your options regarding treatments. As for Dc Tsichlaki, she is a great orthodontist with also great contact with her patients. I would recommend both of them without a doubt.

He was very reassuring (i'm not very fond of dentists in general) and did an amazing job repairing my tooth. I hardly felt a thing and my tooth is as good as new. I highly recommend them. Fantastic experience: Everybody hates going to the dentist but I can say this is by far the best practice I have ever been to. It has all the attributes you would expect and want experience, professionalism, brilliant results, great prices for those results. This really is Harley street without the exorbitant rates. However, The Neem Tree in Wandsworth separates itself from everywhere else with it's world class service. From the reception with the super friendly and patient Perch to consultation you are treated with great care and they really pride themselves on their personal and individual relationships with their patients. Nurse Alex and Dr Majid really made me feel at ease about some quite daunting and complicated proceedures and at every point i felt that my medical needs were of paramount importance, which is essential and refreshing with private medical care. They go above and beyond to cater to your needs in and out of office hours. You know your dentist is doing something special if you feel like you're in a five star hotel rather than waiting for a medical procedure!!! Absolutely fantastic service and I highly recommend!!
