Fantastic experience: Our family is long term patients at the practice and we are really happy not only with the excellent dental care, but also the after care (what other practice rings you up twice after a tricky extraction to make sure you are doing ok?!) I find dental visits stressful and Dr Pre and the rest of the team works incredibly hard to put me at ease. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I first went to Nine Mile Ride dentist in April, having not been to a dentist for 5 years due to fears, and needing someone to assess a toothache. The receptionist that day was so helpful at getting me registered and got me an appointment that afternoon. I met Dr Pre and right from the off I knew I was in safe hands. At the time I was going through a really tough time mentally and with my fear of the dentist, I can't lie I cried as soon as I met her. Dr Pre didn't rush into her work, she was so unbelievably kind and took the time to ask me how I was, if I wanted to talk about anything and if she could help me. Dr Pre took the time with her examination and x-rays, ensuring I was as calm as I could be in that situation and always reassuring me. It turned out I needed some work done but Dr Pre came up with a plan to get me through it all. At the three appointments I have had with her so far my anxiety has started to become a little less each time. Dr Pre lets me use whatever coping strategies I need, mainly headphones and loud music, to get through my appointments. I have one more big appointment with her to come before hopefully having some regular and routine care with her. Right now I genuinely can't imagine myself seeing any other dentist because of how compassionate, empathetic and understanding Dr Pre is. I don't think she realises how wonderful she is. The fact I don't cry during appointments anymore and I can make it through the door goes to show how incredible she is.

They managed to squeeze me in for 3 different appointments at short notice. Dentists were all really professional but also showed a level of care and made efforts to connect with me personally. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to this Dental Practice and I was given the most thorough dental examination I have ever received. The dentist who is the senior partner was extremely kind,considerate and skilful. He showed me the X-rays which were taken and discussed the future plan of treatment. His assistant was also very efficient.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always been exceptionally picky about dentists. Having attended NMR dentists I’m glad to have found a good one. Finally! The staff are courteous. But more importantly the dentist is professional, empathetic and thorough. Friendly and honest without making you feel like you’ve done something wrong with the way you’ve looked after your teeth even if they are in good shape. Taking the time to explain what is happening and recommending the best course of action. If you have a fear of dentists, you can rest easy, they are great.

My dentist explained what needed to be done and what options I had. Two days later I returned for a second appointment during which he explained the whole procedure whilst working on my tooth.
