Negative experience: I came here three different times in past one year with different people and every single time I had to wait for at least 45mins to an hour. And when you ask the receptionist she says you can rebook if you don’t wanna wait. After 55 mins of waiting this time, one of the receptionist came to us and said there’s been an upset patient upstairs which is why there’s delay. It’s frustrating as it happens constantly every time you visit. Like If you always gonna run late then book your appointments for longer. This is no behaviour to tolerate as it keeps happening every single time you visit this practice. Very disappointed

My son refuses to let anyone else look at his teeth except for him. Fantastic experience: Just had 2 wisdom teeth removed by Dr Arash and his team at MK Vasant . I was referred to them by my dentist . The whole process over 2 visits was excellent. Quick and painless . Highly recommend Dr Arash he really knows his stuff . The reception team are great too .

Fantastic experience: My NHS dentist referred me for oral surgery. I was mildly apprehensive. No need. It was an excellent experience all round. The approach to care, the welcoming atmosphere of the bright, sparkling premises, the quiet professionalism and warmth of staff, and the skill of John Duka above all. I emerged delighted and have remained so. I would recommend this practice highly on the basis of that experience.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic clean and spacious practice with the most kindest team. Had to have an extraction but was made to feel comfortable from start to finish. Fantastic experience: Had to have two teeth removed and from the moment I walked into the practice I felt relaxed as the reception staff were brilliant, when I got to the dental room before my appointment time the nurse was very professional and very relaxing . Over that time I have noted that he constantly seeks to develop the professional services that he offers. he has never ‘stood still’.I have always admired his skills, not least his ability to communicate effectively with me as a patient. His approach and service makes me feel calm and reassured. I trust Dr Vasant and know that his advice will be comprehensive and appropriate. I moved a few miles away from the area 20 years ago but still travel over to his Dental Centre. Positive experience: All clear for July 2023 Recent visit this week was good, no problems.. sensible and efficient dentist. On this particular occasion there were no complications and he performed a proper evaluation and assessment of work required and further appointments Not clear a year a go Previous appointments have had problems with other dentists at this practice Although not as bad as some for sure, were not for me and were discordant and non compliant saying 1 thing to me then calling the boss to argue and saying something else had been said and making me look stupid then not doing the work required

Fantastic experience: I had my wisdom tooth extractions done by Dr Shahrak and cannot recommend this clinic enough. They are friendly, always on time and very professional. I was in and out of the chair within 15 minutes and the recovery was very smooth and easy.

Negative experience: Went to this practice to get a second opinion as I had teeth pain but my dentist could not find anything. I stated on the forms that I was a nervous patient and my health conditions. Nothing was considered and I felt super uncomfortable and confused due to the dentist’s rude attitude. I basically paid £90 just to be sat on the chair for a very brief time and to be spoken in a patronising manner by the dentist. No X-rays were taken, which I understood the reason as I had already X-rays taken from my dentist and it was to avoid further exposure. The dentist Ronuk Vasant then requested my dentist details to request the X-rays, which were sent to him as my dentist responded promptly and were also sent to me. I have not heard anything from him since the appointment on the 24th February and didn’t get a dental plan whatsoever. Such a waste of money.

Positive experience: Appt was 10:15 but waited 45 mins which was annoying. However staff were super apologetic. Tooth extraction was pain free and quick. Dr Shahrak was great at keeping me calm and guided me through each step. Staff Fizziann & Priscilla were helpful and friendly.

Fantastic experience: I had both of my widsome tooth taken out by Dr Arash Zaker Shahrak. All I want to say his hand are the best, he kept me calm all the way. Both of the time the assistant were so nice that they hold my hand throughout the process. I will definitely recommend this dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction, I am pleased to go back and get my other one removed. Dr Shahrak performed the extraction and took extra care by prescribing me with antibiotics due to my health condition. Nurse Fizzian was very kind and helpful throughout the whole procedure. I was a little anxious however both helped to keep me distracted by talking to me. It was quick and painless. As a whole the practice is great; all staff are friendly. The practice is modern with great technology, I had no issues with taking my x-ray here! Update: I had my other tooth removed, the process was quick and easy. I am healing well due to me following the advise from the Dr and Nurse. I had a warm welcome from Nurse Fizzian who noticed me in the waiting room whilst she walked past. All staff are welcoming and kind, it felt nice to be remembered by Nurse Fizzian especially because I had only visited once before for a quick procedure.

Fantastic experience: I've had a hygienist appointment recently. Shay has done a good job, removed the stains on my teeth and gave me confidence to smile again. She was professional and caring. Shay understood my fear of dentists in general and tried to make my experience as pleasant as possible. She has answered all my questions. I am very pleased with the result and would recommend the hygienist at MK Vassant.

Fantastic experience: I saw the hygienist today Shay, who has done an amazing job in the first session. This was my first trip to the dentist post covid and my teeth looked terrible, with stains to the point I felt conscious to smile and talking. I left there feeling so over the moon, now being able to confidently smile. Shay was really lovely, made me feel at easy and took her time, I'm so happy with the great results. I'm looking forward to some further work and can't wait to see the outcome.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here for a tooth extraction; the practice is very clean, and the reception staff was nice. The removal was done by Dr Arash Shahrak and Fizzian. Had a nice chat with Dr Shahrak while waiting for the numbing to take affect and before I knew it the tooth was out. Fizzian explained the after care and my extraction is healing well. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I just had my upper molar 7 removed by John Duka he is absolutely brilliant! Seriously it was over so quickly only felt small scratch from injections I had 2 and that was it no pressure or struggle when he removed the tooth he is the best dentist ever and he had an amazing patient and doctor manner ! Fantastic experience: Referred by my dentist for wisdom tooth extraction as the tooth was growing out sideways. Was very anxious and apprehensive. On arrival the receptionists were very polite. When meeting the dentist and his assistant they were again very welcoming. Mr John Duker was the surgeon and he was amazing. He talked me through every step along the way and I was made to feel so at ease. The care is amazing and I really can't fault the staff.

Negative experience: Is 1 of the worst dentist in Norbury/Croydon area, very rude staff although act as though they are helpful, saw a guy yesterday being told to leave the surgery when he was trying to make legitimate complaint about staff. Not the kind of treatment I was hoping to see here and can see this dental surgery as a subtle sexist practice due to the many women that work here and the way they treat men is apparent. They even saved my number so they don't have to answer my calls, how disgusting the service is here is appalling.... Also look at the reviews, this practice has a history of being rude and not responding to patients that have had bad experiences, a definitive turn off! Do not use !!

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my regular dentist to MKVasants, to have a wisdom tooth extraction. As a patient, I had never received any dental treatment in the past, so I was nervous and apprehensive about the procedure. The oral surgeon Dr John Duker and assisting nurse were very attentive and made me feel at ease throughout my treatment. My experience at Mkvasants was efficient, professional and pain-free! Highly recommend their services.

Negative experience: My Wife came to see a dentist here. He was so rude to her that she came home upset, and refused to go back. My wife needed urgent treatment to start but the dentist said she will have to wait as his clinic was extremely busy and if he caught covid her appointment works need to be cancelled. My wife has a life threatening condition and he didn’t care! Never use this dentist they only care about making money not about patients! Avoid

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous having broken tooth extracted but the professional dentist and lovely nurse put my mind at rest and the whole experience was really not as bad as I had anticipated.

Positive experience: The three stars are for the nurses who were very kind to me during my tooth extraction. I'd give them five if the rating was just for them. The surgeon got my tooth out, which I'm thankful for. I'm still in pain a week or so later but this possibility was explained in the mouth care document that I was given. I would like to recommend that surgeons do not make insensitive 'jokes' that could scare patients, especially those who might be nervous about dental appointments. I think surgeons should also be careful about how they talk about the condition of a patient's teeth and the tone of voice they use when making remarks about patients taking better care of their teeth. I've done my best but it was painful to thoroughly clean the tooth that was extracted and the ones close to it. Telling a patient after a procedure is completed, that they can stop shaking isn't very helpful or kind. Some understanding that there are other factors besides pain that can cause a patient to be fearful would also be good. The surgeon tried to pull the tooth out but when he saw that this wasn't going to happen without a lot of discomfort and fear, he opted for surgical removal. Prior to the beginning of the procedure, he'd tugged on the tooth to see how loose it was. It was a bit loose but it didn't seem loose enough for it to be extracted in this way. The whole experience was pretty awful and I'm extremely grateful for the nurses' support and kindness. I'm not sure if I'd have got through the experience without them.

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by my own Practice and nervous about whether they would be able to remove my wisdom tooth without causing a lot of pain. I shouldn't have worried! The whole Practice were warm and friendly and very very professional and reassuring. I had no hygiene worries as the consulting room was very clean - including the tv on the ceiling above my chair!!. It took longer for the local anaesthetic to work than it did to remove my tooth, brilliant. Thank you all very much.

Fantastic experience: I wasn't before but lately have become a very nervous dental patient. One of my own patient's recommended Mr Vasant to me. I was beyond impressed with my treatment and care. He has an excellent bedside manner. and I felt I was in good hands and updated and reassured during the whole appointment. I will return and will recommend to others.

Negative experience: Avoid like the plague! I used this place over 4 years ago and I'm still in pain!!! Instead of filling in a gap in biting tooth, they made the gap smaller meaning it's near impossible to get stuck food bits out, and was told that's the best they can do! ?!?

Fantastic experience: Excellent! I was initially referred by my dentist for a dental implant. However, Dr Vasant was able to save the tooth (always better if it’s possible) by recommending a root canal, which was very successful (and much cheaper). Dr Vasant did what was best for the tooth, rather than just charge for a dental implant. I was reassured by his calm manner and obvious wealth of experience. The root canal specialist (Mr Saraafi) was also brilliant and worked very quickly. As a patient you feel well looked after and they continue to check if you are comfortable, so if you are at all nervous about dental work this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had a decayed wisdom tooth extraction performed yesterday after being in the worst pain of my life for most of the year due to lock down. I was so nervous and nauseas to go to this appointment I felt like crying. However when I met the staff and dr John Duker, they were very attentive to my nerves, I couldn't believe how quick the procedure went,. Under a minute!! Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with John Duker to extract a wisdom tooth. I was very nervous, but he put me at ease and he pulled it out in no time. Literally, I thought he turned away for some tool, but then he said "we're ready" it was quick and painless. Also friendly Definitely recommended.

They were recommended to me by my local dentist, as an excellent centre for implant surgery, and I can wholehearted recommend them. Dr Vasant was able to assist and I have been consistently impressed with the overall service since then.
