Negative experience: I wasn't very happy with the result of my scale and polish today. I assumed that for £80 the hygienist would have removed all of the scale, not just some of it.

Fantastic experience: Moved to this dentist from a private one. Asked for a second opinion and was talked through the process of dealing with a painful molar. The dentist suggested replacing the old filling before anything drastic and booked me in 2 weeks later. 2 weeks later the day arrived for my filling, the dentist was quick, and the procedure was painless. They took the time to make the experience a good one explaining each step and have aftercare advice. Recommend this dentist, based off my First interaction with them

Seen promptly by lovely dentist. Offered toothcare advice. My only disappointment was that they have a long waiting list for NHS patients so have had to go private - which costs a fortune!!

Fantastic experience: I was astonished last Monday, 9/9/24, that I was able to walk into Burbage Dental Practice with toothache and was given an appointment for 2.30 (tooth hurty, appropriately) and had an extraction. I am registered there as a Nhs patient and I knew that I was likely to lose the tooth sooner rather than later. Amazing service.

Gina stuck the crown back in place for the charge of an examination (band 1) This has saved me several hundred pounds. I would and have recommended this dental practice to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: Following an accident at work I broke a front tooth. I was able to see Dr Ahmed Essop-Adams, very quickly. Following his assessment he was very good at explaining all the options available to me for treatment. I elected for a root canal and a new crown. His work was so good and the new crown looked so natural I chose to get an old second crown replaced to also match his high standards. I found his patient interaction was informative, supportive and put me at ease. He was engaging and compassionate throughout all his procedures. The end result looks so much more natural than my previous crowns. I would recommend him as a dentist.

Fantastic experience: I developed a bad toothache overnight and as we were due to go on holiday, the practice found me an appointment the next morning. I felt that the dentist Gina Kaur Chima was really professional and was totally happy with the treatment I received.

Positive experience: Hygienist visit. Was OK, the flow cleaner that I wanted didn't work which was I thought bad, they should have checked equipment was working before my visit. The last hygienist I had was a lady and she was a lot more thorough.

Fantastic experience: They have been looking after our teeth for the last 12 years! We always felt welcomed by the team and the kids had no problem (or fear) going to the dentist. We're going to miss their friendly faces now that we have to move away and wish them all the best for the future!
