Fantastic experience: Due to past negative experiences and being a new patient to the practice I was apprehensive ahead of my appt that | almost cancelled. However, Dr Appelkvist allayed my fears. Prior to any treatment he explained the work required and pricing. During the treatment I found him to be professional, attentive, asked about my wellbeing throughout and his dental work was of high quality. Also thanks to Guy, the kind nurses, especially Lorna who is friendly and has a very caring and calm nature which helped put me at ease and to the helpful and efficient receptionists.

Fantastic experience: Dr Keith was an absolutely wonderful dentist who was very patient, reassuring with excellent skills who fixed teeth I felt were totally lost. At all times he kept me updated on treatment and I do not hesitate to recommend him. The staff were friendly and helpful also. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Invisalign treatment, broke about 5-10 times a year, over 7 years. Possibly more. Dentist accused me of lying, and causing it (as if). She was nasty and rude and awful. Turnover of managers is high and often they don't have one. They refuse to take responsibility for mistakes the dentists make and I'm still here with squint and damaged teeth. They refused to refund me a single penny. Be careful, when things go wrong there, they go really wrong.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Keith and Aly. Keith managed to fit me in at short notice after strong pain following wisdom teeth extraction and was really patient and attentive to my symptoms. Got a needed prescription of antibiotics and a good time given the circumstances. Would really recommend their services!

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist Keith Hopper, I was a nervous patient, however Keith managed to relax and reassure me during my treatment, that today I can go in to a dentist without that sense of dread and nervousness. I would totally recommend using Keith as your dentist.

Fantastic experience: Keith Hooper has been my dentist for over 20 years. I have always found him to be an incredible, amazing dentist. He is a wonderful asset to the practice.

Negative experience: Avoid this practice if you’re looking for quality dental care or professional service. My visits here consistently felt rushed. During my first check-up, the dentist told me everything looked fine and another person in the room expressed disappointment that they “couldn’t practice" on me before walking out. I returned only because I chipped a wisdom tooth and was in pain. Unfortunately, the filling I received was improperly done—it fell out within three weeks and caused gum disease. I ended up needing the tooth removed entirely at a different practice, as I no longer trusted this one. I informed Earl Grey Dental of the situation, and they told me they'd pass the information to my dentist and follow up. It’s been over a month, and I’ve heard nothing since. Even if you believe your teeth are healthy, I would not recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous before attending the practice today, but Dr Gill put me at ease straightaway and she continued to make sure I was okay throughout my appointment - very professional and very kind! A fantastic team, recommend highly.

Negative experience: Shocking service! Been with the dentist for years. However, I have had over 3 appointments cancelled on me. My original appointment was back at the start of summer 2024, I am writing this review may 2025. Furthermore the quality of dental care has dramatically dropped. Since the leaving of their best dentist Katie. PLEASE AVOID this practice, shocking service, shocking dental care they are bad actors

Fantastic experience: I switched to this dentist after a bad experience with a root canal at another practice, and Dr Gill understood my anxiety and put me at ease. She did a wonderful job of my tricky root canal too.

Fantastic experience: My recently new dentist her name is anastasia Kynthia she is the best dentist I have ever had at earl grey dentist she takes time she is always asking if your ok and she just makes you feel so relaxed as she is very good so guys if your looking for a excellent dentist ask for anastasia Kynthia if you get her your lucky that’s for sure

Negative experience: Terrible practice. Was there for ten years and missed and appointment back in 2022 and missed one in 2023. I called up for an app in 2024 and they had deregistered me! Never warned me or communicated any problem to me at all and then were clearly very happy with themselves to get rid of me. Very rude and unprofessional

Negative experience: I booked an appointment a month ago, I received an email telling me that my appointment had been cancelled. After several attempts I try to speak to someone on the phone ( Took me 2 days!) They told me that the next appointment would have been a month after (May 8th) Today I was contacted to let me know that my appointment (for which I waited a month) had been canceled again and moved to Friday afternoon, in a day i can't attend. If you are with the NHS don't waste your time with this dentist.

Negative experience: I cannot afford private fees so I had to search for a while until I found a practice that was accepting NHS patients. I was able to get an appointment here, I had to wait three months but I was willing to do that if it meant not having to pay. After waiting several months, a mere two weeks before my appointment I receive an email that my appointment had been cancelled with no explanation given. I called the practice with no answer and received no response to my messages either. This proves once again that having a dentist is only a luxury for those who can afford it… go somewhere else if you can.

Negative experience: It was my first time going to a dentist outside of my home country. I understand that my appointment was through the NHS, but it was very rushed and fast. I spent about 5 minutes in total in the dentist room. My teeth were briefly looked at and then x rays were taken. While waiting for the x rays the dentist said she would remove the plaque from my teeth. I didn’t hear what she said at first and was confused. When I said that I was confused as to what was going on because everything was happening so quickly she explained again in a tone that was like she was talking down to me and like I was stupid. She scaled my teeth which was extremely painful and left my teeth feeling sensitive for the rest of the day. When my x rays came back she said something which I missed and then “besides that everything looks good”. I was wondering if she was going to say anything else because I thought there was something wrong that I missed her say. She then rudely said “is there anything else” and her assistant began cleaning the equipment while I was still in the chair so I simply left totally in shock. Normally where I am from there is a polish/cleaning and then the dentist comes in to look at the teeth examine an x ray if you get one and have more of a conversation with you. I was confused if my experience at this dentist was common in the UK but when talking to my friends from the UK it doesn’t seem like this is normal. I overall am very scared to return to this dentist and wouldn’t recommend that my friends or other people come here.

Negative experience: Have been trying to get hold of them for 3 hours now together with my Partner for the emergency issue, cannot believe there is nobody at reception who is able to pick up the phone for so long!! Will be filing a formal complaint.

Fantastic experience: I went in to get a root canal done and I had never had one before and DR Gill reassured me everything is gonna be fine felt so much relaxed and I’m forever grateful for there help

Negative experience: Avoid this place. Obviously short of staff, receptionist is acting as dental assistant and answering calls simultaneously. If you want to call them to book an appointment good luck with it... one would also question the dentists expertise. Poor service

Negative experience: Dreadful customer service. They closed the practice for the day and never called to inform me. 24 hours AFTER my appointment, they finally rang me. No apology. They simply said they had to reschedule. They have a tendency to cancel appointments on the day, though. Dentists are either "ill" or "on holiday", and so they give you another appointment 3 months later. My dentist keeps changing (not a good sign!) and the new one does not communicate at all. You are left in the dark!

Negative experience: Was at the dentist hospital yesterday got told that I was to get a emergency appointment with my dentist this dentist to get a tooth out as it’s stopping me from swallowing properly and my cheek is like a balloon so phoned up yesterday got told to phone in the morning at 8am so I did today and they told me I have to wait until next week as my dentist is on holiday what a joke hospital was busy and told me this tooth needs to be out ASAP so but they told me that they could give me tablets but I got tablets and they aren’t helping and this dentist was just gonna give me the same tablets that I already have so they told me they couldn’t do nothing till next week so what dentist is this if they only have one dentist that take teeth out what a joke

Fantastic experience: I have been to the clinic a handful of times in the past 6 years, mostly for regular check ups, clean and polish and a once to change a filling. A special thanks to Dr Gagan Gill who was very professional, conscientious and patient every single time. Overall, I am very happy with my experience over there.

Negative experience: Ridiculous service. I booked an appointment two weeks ago and I redivided a text today that my appointment was canceled. When I call back to reschedule they told me that they don’t have available appointment and I have to call back and reschedule next week with potential appointment to be in August with no guarantees. I am in pain for two weeks and they told me that my case is not so important to be seen from a doctor. I believe you want me to have a more severe damage to my teeth so I have to pay you more money so you can treat me ?? That’s sounds ridiculous. Now I have to spend money to travel abroad so I can be treated from a doctor. Welcome to the UK’s health system. I am not coming back.

Negative experience: The team will judge if you can pay for additional treatment if you are or not a NHS patient, without letting you know. Will not discuss your case or severity of it even though you have been their patient for more than 5 years. Will not tell you if you urgently need further treatment or check up, or give you options. Will only do whatever is on the book and not discuss or inform or anything else. Makes the phrase of "getting a second opinion" ever more relevant. Don't go there

Negative experience: Everything was fine until my dental implant got lost in the clinic. That is the most careless thing I could imagine! Still waiting for the new dental implant and it has been a month!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic service, the dentist was helpful and upfront about any work and the cost that would need done, and she took the time to talk to me about any other questions I had, finally a dentist I don't mind paying.

Negative experience: Probably the worst dental practice I could ever ask for.

Fantastic experience: Finally got the tooth taken out yesterday after almost 2 months of back and forth and loads of antibiotics! Dr. Gagan Gill was amazing and she kept me calm throughout the procedure. Didn't feel any pain during the procedure. Dr. Gill had to take it slow since the tooth could have fractured as it had a root canal and really long roots. However came out in one piece. I even got to bring it back with me.

Negative experience: Very disappointed. I was due to an appointment last March, I understand it was a difficult situation for everyone but I lost a teeth during lockdown and after that, I've been trying to contact them for months since they are open. Calling them but never pick the phone up, emailing them but never answer, leaving voice messages and no answers at all. I wouldn't recommend them at all

Like that you get confirmation message the day before an appointment. Very reasonably priced. You can choose NHS or private treatments. The place itself is super clean. Always happy with the results. My teeth appeared to be quite sensitive lately, so I've been to a different dental practice (that I was registered with) a couple of times -but no result. Dr Stylianos Gkinalas was excellent and professional. He spent the amount of time needed to check my teeth thoroughly (still fast but no rush!). I eventually got the right treatment from the very first appointment and I got person-centered details and tips on how to take care of my teeth and be proactive. Also, the lady at the reception desk was friendly, polite and helpful. P.S. No waiting time. I d highly recommend this dental practice and I ll definitely return.

Fantastic experience: I had my appointment with Dr Stylianos Gkinalas. He obviously has a great knowledge in his field. He answered all my questions and he was giving me explanations during the whole process. He has a really good technique also as I had no pain through the process during my appointment. A great combination of knowledge, technique and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I had my appointment and it was quite good and informative . Simple with doctor Gagan Gill. Shortly after I bought my two year old in. I was so nervous about the chaos he would cause by being scared it stressed me out before even walking in as when I take him to get his hair cut etc or other appointments he makes the biggest racket/screams and cries whilst I'm left panicking trying to tame and calm him down. I was sure a visit to the dentist would end the same way. I was so warm and sweaty panicking whilst trying to appear calm. Much to my surprise the staff had prepared in advance it seemed. At reception when I arrived the staff were blowing bubbles for my son . When we went to the room for his general check up with Roger Peres . The woman who was blowing bubbles at reception continued to in the room which helped my son to stay calm and Dr Roger Peres was blowing up a glove and helping my son draw a face on it. Very child friendly and understanding that a two year old will protest to open his mouth and be afraid to get his teeth checked and in turn set the mother stressing. I feel like they grassped this concept quite well in advance . I liked how it was not fussy and I got the appointment over with for health visitors records.. my son was hugging the lady who was blowing him bubbles once we left the room and were about to leave. That says a lot. Thanks. My son is very loving and huggable but he only goes to people he's feels safe with. He loved her company . Breath of fresh air when i left lol. Panic was over. I usually get very panicky and scared myself when going to such appointments so taking my son had already set panic in me in advance. I realized what a great job they did and it was a pleasant first time visit to the dentists myself as an adult and taking my son too. Great job. Thanks for the child calming techniques and understanding. Would recommend this Dental Practice.

Fantastic experience: A month ago I visited the practice urgently for the first time, because one of my fillings broke. Dr Stylianos Ginalas and his nurse treated me very well. He was very patient and calm and made me feel relaxed and forget my panic. Since then I don't have any disturbance in my tooth so I am more than satisfied.
