Beyond great technical results, Dr. Orlans is an incredibly kind practitioner who took a lot of time to talk me through pros and cons of getting a treatment I needed while pregnant, and crafted a route through that was specifically tailored to minimise potential hazards during pregnancy (xray, anesthesia, etc). The reception/office team are also incredibly lovely and helpful.

Dr. Michael is absolutely fantastic - I had an old filling in a chipped tooth he suggested we fix, and the level of detail and care he took in repairing it was next level. Fantastic experience: BEST DENTIST! BEST TEAM! BEST EXPERIENCE! Visiting from Canada, I had a dental emergency (of course I did). I was lucky enough to find Montagu Dental: Dr. Michael Orlans and the team. I called at 9 on a Monday morning, was in for a consultation at 9:30 that same morning, and then Dr. Orlans and his amazing nurse fixed my emergency at 12:45 (they gave up their lunch hour for a complete stranger from Canada who wasn't a regular patient -- unbelievable). The entire team was kind, thoughtful, professional, and, above all, EXCELLENT (did I mention lovely? they were lovely and made me feel so cared for). I may live in Canada, but I would fly across the Atlantic to have Dr. Orlans as my dentist and to work with his team. Honestly. You are in excellent hands with the team at Montagu Dental. Seriously.

Fantastic experience: Just had an extraction at Montagu Dental. Saul had previously very carefully explained the options and, in particular, the downside of taking no action. Before starting the treatment he told me how I should manage the extraction site afterwards, correctly commenting that it was unlikely In would take in these instructions after the procedure. I was quite nervous beforehand, but in the event the whole thing was quick and totally painless. Saul told me what he was going to do step-by-step as he did it. He was really kind and kept checking on my comfort. As instructed, I did take painkillers for 24 hours afterwards, but the reality was that I didn't need them. And there was no bleeding after I left the surgery. I had a call from the surgery the following morning to see how I was. I can't thank Saul and the 'Montagu Team' enough for looking after me so well.

A friend recommended Dawood and Tanner after i realised only having 4 top teeth left meant i wasn't even eating properly. Now 3 months into treatment my phobia is completely cured, I have a smile i'm not ashamed of, and I can't thank the staff enough for how they've helped me through the issues I had. Fantastic experience: I have been going to Montagu Dental for a few years now and I suppose that should be good testimony in its self. However, the reason for this review is the simply impeccably fast service I received when I realised I had cracked a tooth and it was rapidly getting worse. I rang in the morning and secured an emergency appointment at 12.15. I was carefully assessed, advised and after a short wait, treated for multiple cracks that were heading towards the nerve. The tooth was saved! I am so grateful to Saul (he worked through his lunch break) and his team for this superb service that not only was swift and effective but also saved a great deal of further expense and potential trauma. A justifiable 5 stars in addition to many thanks.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Montagu Dental for decades now, it’s housed in a lovely old building but with a surprisingly bright interior. It’s not easy to find a good dentist, but Saul takes time to explain and works carefully in a reassuringly modern setting. Katarina, the hygienist has just given me a thorough cleaning in a cheery atmosphere of floss and plaque removal. And front of house are just great. I could easily find a more local surgery but this one is worth crossing london for.

Fantastic experience: As good a dental practice as I've ever been to. Friendly, accommodating, pristinely clean, and with transparent prices. But most importantly, the dental care is top-notch. In general I find dentists' visits challenging on many levels and I feel deeply indebted to Saul for everything he has been doing for my teeth and gums. I don't like to think what would have happened to my teeth if he wasn't recommended to me after the pandemic. Despite the relative complexity of my treatments, I look forwards to coming to see him. Through Saul I realised that healthy mouth is crucial for our overall wellbeing and longevity. The clinic is central, pleasant and well organised. It is always easy to book and rebook appointments without any tedious automated booking systems. Fantastic experience: I have just had the final implants fitted for two teeth that had long since died. One was a front tooth (damaged in a cycling accident 50 years ago), the other a molar where I had root canal treatment six years previously. I am very happy with the treatment from Saul. He is an excellent dentist, very thorough and professional. He is empathetic, easy to talk to, and very understanding. On balance I probably shouldn’t have bothered with the root canal treatment, but that was nothing to do with Saul. He and his team did a great job and I am delighted with the outcome.

Fantastic experience: I visited Montagu Dental after a recommendation, to deal with snoring, sleep apnea and teeth-grinding related issues. The service was excellent with a great range of products, which ultimately solved the issues I was facing. The practice is clean, professional and makes use of the latest technology - this is very much a dentist in the 21st century rather than yesteryear (despite being housed in a beautiful period building). My issues are now sorted out so I don't expect to return, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Fantastic experience: When I first went to Montagu Dental I thought I would turned away on the grounds they couldn’t help because my teeth were in such a bad way and had been for years. I was only eating on one side due to pain and sensitivity. I could only eat soft food and I couldn’t eat anything too hot or cold. My teeth were uneven, patchworked and held together with fillings. Some were missing and I knew what was left wouldn’t last much longer if I didn’t try to do something. Then Dr Orlans showed me examples of work he’d done on people who were in an even worse state than me. The transformations were amazing. Now I can honestly say they have transformed my life. My mouth looks and feels so amazing, I can’t stop smiling and looking at my teeth. I have a new lease of life. My teeth are even, and it feels so nice to run my tongue around my mouth and feel teeth where there were gaps. They look and feel completely natural. I can eat whatever I want and feel healthier as a result. The staff are the kindest, friendliest and most helpful people you could ever wish to meet. Dr Orlans is so kind and reassuring, and so professional, and so good at what he does. I would highly recommend if anyone is contemplating getting dental work done to go and see them. You’ll be glad you did. It was absolutely the best decision I ever made.

Not only did he do a thorough check on the girls teeth he also got them involved in a little role play. My youngest daughter got to be his assistant. He made it fun and a great experience for them and they can’t wait to go back to the dentist. Saul also was so helpful with all his great advice on looking after their teeth. I would highly recommend taking yourself and your kids to see him.

Fantastic experience: I needed 2 sessions to remove, copy, and replace a broken canine . Both sessions were glitch- and pain- free and ran like clockwork; each stage was explained in advance. On completion I was given printed guidance on dealing with post-op pain and/or bleeding. But didn't need either since zero after-effects. I've used multiple UK and US dentists: this guy beats them all.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended Dr Saul Konviser some years ago for management of a dental trauma accident after previously having a bad experience elsewhere. Dr Konviser has since helped restore my confidence with his calm, reassuring yet extremely thorough and professional approach. I have now completed my Invisalign treatment with him which also included some tooth whitening and composite bonding and I could not be happier - as I had always wanted to do it but never quite had the confidence to go ahead with it. Not only is Dr Konviser an excellent Dentist, but his team at Montagu Dental is simply the best! The Practice Manager, Sharon, receptionist Melinda, and nurse May are so friendly and efficient, I feel like I’m talking to my friends whenever I attend. Being without a tooth for so long and needing a lot of restorative work done really dampens your confidence and made me so conscious every time I spoke. Fantastic experience: I cannot praise Montagu Dental enough. The surgery is a calm place and the staff are welcoming. Dr Saul Konviser has been my dentist for nearly two years. During that time a lot of, quite complicated, work has been undertaken including fitting new crowns (one implant supported) , as well as implant supported bridge work. All surgery has been carried out to an exceptionally high standard and the final cosmetic result is very, very good. Apart from his considerable technical expertise, Saul is also a very caring and gentle dental surgeon. He would put even the most nervous patient at ease.

Fantastic experience: I've just completed Invisalign with Montagu Dental as well as having been using them as my dental practice for the past few years. Quite simply, Dr Saul Konviser is the very best dentist I've ever encountered. He's absolutely best in class and I've gone from dreading the dentist to having no worries whatsoever. He is informed, thoughtful and clearly motivated to be the very best. You're in the very best of hands at Montagu Dental where the staff are efficient, attentive and always helpful. It may cost a little bit more than some other practices but it's worth every single penny. I wouldn't go anywhere else even if you paid me!

Fantastic experience: The complex dental treatment which I received from Dr Michael Orlans over the course of 18 months was excellent. My teeth were in poor condition at the beginning, requiring several appointments covering various procedures, incuding implants. Care was taken at every stage to keep me informed of what was involved. I am very pleased with the final outcome, as a result of which my teeth are in a vastly improved state.

Fantastic experience: I went to Montagu Dental when I realised the composite teeth I had done 7 years ago were beginning to wear down. I met with Michael Orlans who made the assessment that the best course of action was to replace them with porcelain, which would last significantly longer. The process was lengthy, lasting around 7 months, as I also decided to whiten my teeth before having the composite removed and replaced. I am thoroughly pleased with the results, having gained a lot of confidence from the whitening process. Montagu Dental organised a trip to the lab where the teeth were to be made, to make extra certain that the shade would match. These efforts, along with many, many others, is why I would recommend Montagu Dental for any dentist work needed to be done. The staff were friendly and flexible and Michael and the team were supportive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. I had a really good experience and feel much more confident as a result.
