Fantastic experience: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ...... I was terrified to go to the dentist to get a tooth removed due to a unpleasant past experience. I was referred to Complete Central care by a relative who has been using them for many years. I have to say that Mandy Shaul was soothing and caring and couldn't do enough to put me at ease. The procedure was carried out by Priyanka who was highly skilled and also very calming and actually did the most incredible job. I am a little bruised (to be expected) but with their after procedure advice to use standard over the counter pain killers I am literally in no pain at all. My whole family will now use Complete Dental Care. I am delighted and extremely grateful for the service they provided.

To begin with we just saw Mandy, but more recently we have also seen Tanya who is a real talent when in comes to root canal work and crowns. I have total confidence in recommending Complete Dental whether it be for a simple check up or more complicated dental work!

Fantastic experience: Friendly practice who always try to fit you in. Key selling point for the immune suppressed or Covid cautious, they use HEPA filters in the treatment rooms, mask, and ask all patients to rinse with Clinisept mouthwash before beginning an examination in order to reduce viral and microbial load. Very understanding and careful for those with a strong gag reflex.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Amanda's for longer than I care to remember and she has always been extremely kind, patient , gentle and professional. I couldn't recommend her more highly. This week I had to have root canal treatment for the first time and I have equally high praise for Tania, the wonderful ondodontist. I am a rather nervous dental patient but Tania couldn't have been gentler with me. She explained the treatment carefully before starting and then took her time to make sure that I was completely painfree before she started the work. She reassured me throughout and I truly felt in safe hands. I had feared being in pain for a few days after the procedure but I have not been sore at all. She is amazing!

Fantastic experience: Mandy has been my dentist nearly 30 years. She’s taken care of my two young children and my elderly parents as well as countless other family members, friends and their children. She’s the most wonderful dentist and person and I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else. She’s been so patient and caring with my young children since they were very little and they’re not afraid in the slightest to visit her, she makes them feel at ease always. Hafeeda is a very thorough and lovely Hygenist and my teeth are always sparkling clean after my appointments. I’ve visited them both consistently since I was a pre-teen nearly 30 years ago and my teeth have benefited massively. Wonderful and very caring team all round.

The staff helped me get through my problem. That’s extremely precious. Everyone is committed to patient care. Nothing is more important to me than to be able to turn up to my dentist, feel absolutely welcome, then sit in her chair on my hands, and let her do her job - checking, cleaning, making the odd repair where necessary, & giving me recommendations to preserve my teeth, my smile & my health. What is so special about this is the confidence I always have that my teeth, smile and health are of the greatest priority to this practice, not large sums of money!! In contrast, I was long ago a patient with another private practice elsewhere until it changed hands, following which I suffered the most awful experience involving unnecessary & expensive work. But thankfully, after seeking a second opinion, I had been redirected to this practice. After I changed address some 10 years ago and registered with another practice in my new vicinity, again I found cause to distrust that dentist. I returned to this practice for a second opinion and decided that here I shall remain their patient for the foreseeable. On my latest appointment several weeks ago, having now reached the age where dentures loom as a real prospect, I had the great news and recommendation from my faithful dentist not to change a thing in my dental regime for in that way, my fear would not realise itself any time soon! I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr Amanda Shaul is amazing! I loved her, so thoughtful with how she can help! And Dr Shaul seems like the best TMJ dentist around, with a vast knowledge, she knew so much, and was extremely innovative what with helping all my teeth problems, will be fixing my two front teeth that need fillings, one which has bothered me quite a bit, and didn't know what to do about it, nor did my last dentist whilst cleaning my teeth. Amanda knew how to fix it! And finally eh? She also pointed out the other, which I haven't been told about and can see this is very important. I will be getting my customised TMJ gaurd/splint, and two front teeth fixed on my next appointment. Excited to be healed of toothy ailments!

Negative experience: Purchased two vouchers on groupon for scaling and polishing and i'm very dissapointed. Firstly the dentist was late, secondly the receptionist does the work of the dental assistant - but she was lovely. The dentist was quite rough and aggressive with the treatment. There are still some tartar left on the bottom teeth and also my gum has been left inflammed and is still hurting and feeling weird 8 hours later. Replied: Stop fooling people and pretend to be innocent. It’s the same address and the dentist was Dr. Payman Shahipasand. Also you do open on Saturdays for appointment and received that link to fill out the form https://b.rt2.me/CcQcRFD48?c=U which never work and will direct me to your clinic website. I want my money back. Very dissapointed. Stay away from them.

I received a very professional service and was given good, accurate advisories on my teeth. The clean was non-invasive and thorough. I had no issues using the Groupon voucher and received great customer service. The honesty of the dentist alone has me looking at other treatments especially now I know I can be seen on Saturdays. Fantastic experience: I have been using Dr. Sunita Daswani for going on twenty years. While I lived abroad for a few years several dentists there suggested various interventions which I discussed with her and she found unnecessary. Besides all the trouble and pain I would have endured she probably saved me several thousands of pounds of unnecessary treatment. I also use Hafrieda or is it Afreida the hygienist and have done so for six or seven years. She has the softest hand and I have to stop myself from sometimes dozing off in the chair.
