Fantastic experience: Can’t praise this practice enough!! From the moment I had my consultation, I knew this is where I wanted my treatment. The staff are so welcoming and make you feel reassured from the minute to step through the doors. Fantastic experience: I have just finished my treatment plan with ELL and Tom and I could not be happier with my results Tom did the implants and Elmira completed the smile design it was a long process as I had gum disease and I'm so pleased I stayed local as my gums did begin to reject the implant so they started again to put it all right at no extra cost!!! Couldn't recommend them more highly you get what you pay for and I consider I got excellent value and first class care xxx loving my new smile plus Elmira sings while she's working you can't help but love her

Fantastic experience: Had the pleasure and privilege to have Dr Ryan Clark carry out a smile makeover with the addition of porcelain veneers to improve my upper teeth and fill a gap from a missing tooth during covid. whitening to my lowers to complete the transformation. From initial consultation to completion, the entire process has been a pleasure and seamless. Fitting appointments around my busy schedule and accommodating late appointment changes due to delays with work. The work I've had done, is nothing less than perfection. 4 years on, the veneers still look as fantastic as the day they were fitted, only my lowers require another treatment of whitening to bring back to that pearly white. Fantastic experience: I had an emergency appointment at this dental surgery. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. The decor was relaxing. Colin , the dentist hadn't amazing bedside manner. I needed a toothe extraction and he was very professional and caring. He treated me with dignity and respect, even though I was not a regular customer. I have had a previous experience with an emergency dentist who made me feel like an "inconvenience" I don't like auditing the dentist but I have to say it felt a bit like a spa. The tv screen was playing some beautiful visual aids of vish and ocean life which distracted me as to why I was visiting. Thank you so much yo Colin and his staff. I am now on the waiting list to join their surgery.

My teeth were checked, x-ray'd and moulds created. I was also provided with the gels. Josh explained everything step by step and with clarity. Negative experience: During COVID emergency treatment only . After many years of being contacted by the practice to attend check ups suddenly it stopped - when I contacted to obtain treatment as a NHS patient I found that I had conveniently been removed from the practice list ... Despicable !

Fantastic experience: I first visited Cromer two years ago and I had several dental problems at that time. I was lucky to find a brilliant dentist, Ryan Clark, who has worked on an old failing bridge, two extractions, three implants and two crowns plus a filling. I am so pleased with my whole experience. Ryan is thorough, professional and friendly. His dental assistant, Connor, is efficient and personable and keeps the whole working area spotlessly clean and organised. The technology Cromer has to Xray and scan is impressive. I had been concerned about the extractions and the drilling for the implants too but I can honestly say the only pain I have felt is from the occasional injection and that was seconds of discomfort. So worth it for the results achieved. A five star service.

The work was extremely thorough consisting of whitening, removing old and worn composite veneers and redoing the composite. Ryan was particularly patient with me especially when I found myself feeling I had chosen the wrong colour. He went back during the same consultation and kindly altered them for me which was not a small job. Ryan ensured that I left feeling happy with the outcome. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming and I could not fault Ryan’s skill. Fantastic experience: Not too keen on going the dentist my anxiety hits the roof but needs was a must. A friend told me about Cromer Dental, got an appointment straight away. On every appointment both Ryan and Connor made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Fantastic experience: I had been contemplating Invisalign for a long time and finally booked a consultation in November 2023. I honestly had a great experience at Cromer House. My consultation and treatment were both with Tom who immediately got behind my wedding day timeline and helped me get the smile i wanted with Invisalign. I now have my wedding pictures back and I am so grateful- I used to hate getting my picture taken because of how my teeth looked - but I just love my wedding pics and my perfect smile! Thank you Tom - brilliant customer service, advice and guidance - all delivered with high energy and enthusiasm:-) The clinic itself is beautiful and the girls on reception are really helpful! So much so I’ve switched dentists to join Cromer house permanently! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Booked a consultation with Cromer House back in March for composite bonding as one of front teeth were discoloured as it was dead, and a slight chip on the next tooth. I had my consultation with Tom and we discussed the options available. I had my heart set on a full 6/8 teeth of composite bonding as I was just so unhappy with my smile. Tom advised getting a veneer on the one tooth, and fixing the chip rather than possibly ruining my other teeth for no reason. I agreed to go with the one tooth and Tom said if I still wasn’t happy then we could always do extra work. I have just had my veneer fitted and 2 weeks later I honestly can’t thank them enough! My teeth are perfect and you can not tell I’ve had a veneer in the slightest. Tom and Gemma have worked so hard to get it perfect and they really have. They made sure I was happy with every step and didn’t fit it until I was happy. Couldn’t recommend the place enough!!

Fantastic experience: Details of my experience at Cromer House dentistry and more importantly my Dentist Tom, to whom always greets with a smile and a warm welcome.. As you can only imagine at the age of 53 years I have experienced quite a number of Dentists in my lifetime and I can Honestly say without hesitation that Tom of Cromer House is by far the Very Best bar none.. When it comes to the dreaded needle, I feel very relaxed with Tom as he has the gift of numbing you up without that sharp pain of that first dreaded prick.. I think the best compliment I can give Tom is that, if it wasn’t for having to keep my mouth ajar, I would happily fall asleep while he worked, His assistants and the ladies on reception are all very professional and welcoming.. Positive experience: Having suffered poor gum health and losing some of my rear teeth I decided to make enquiries about implants at Cromer House. The staff are friendly and helpful and clearly set out my options. I had a free exam and consultation with Ryan who provided a written quote with no pressure at all. My hygienist Kat and her colleague have given me invaluable advice and treatment over several visits and there has been a massive improvement in my teeth and gums as a result. I look forward to continuing my treatment and the steady improvement in my gob. No doubt the best dentists I have ever used!
