Fantastic experience: I am a patient at The Three Towns Dental Practice in Dockhead Street, Saltcoats. No one likes going to the dentist, but here you will experience a lovely reception. The front line staff are so nice and helpful, and put you at ease. My dentist (Pamela) is amazing, so patient, and instantly puts you at ease. The dental nurses are also excellent. If you're looking for a dental practice, I'd definitely recommend them.

I've been a patient here since I was a child and have been well looked after, even during the height of COVID lockdown I managed to be seen. The receptionists are lovely and have always gone out of their way to help.

Fantastic experience: The first contact at the surgery are the receptionists who always put you at ease. They welcome you with a friendly greeting. Pamela, the dentist, takes time to listen to you and after an examination explains the treatment plan. The dental nurse always has a kind word and makes you feel a little less nervous. The staff have excellent communication and customer care skills. They work as a team throughout your appointment pathway.

Fantastic experience: I phoned the three towns dentist for Saltcoats with a emergency dental problem . I did not expect to be seen the same day I phoned . I was seen by a very young spectacled dentist who was very pleasant and explained what he could and couldnt do due to Covid . He did a good job granted with a temporary repair with a follow up appointment to do the job complete properly. Have been back since and had clean & checkup work done . And a slight problem with a tooth which was sorted by the dentist .

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment for a filling & was a bit apprehensive as I hadn't had a filling in a while. Also I hadn't met my new dentist Mathew. I had nothing to worry about Mathew was very gentle & put me at ease. It was actually a pleasant experience. All staff are very friendly and work so hard.

Like many people, visiting the dentist is not high on my list of pleasant experiences but I can assure you that Becky really makes visits a pleasure rather than a dread! Not forgetting the reception staff, who are always friendly and talk to you like a friend, not a customer.

Everyone that I have come across in the practice has been lovely and I'm just so happy that I had my first visit since march 2020 and didn't get into too much trouble, ha ha!! Fantastic experience: The staff at the three towns dental practice are absolutely brilliant at there jobs. I suffer from anxiety and like most I haven’t always had the best experience with dentists but from the reception to the chair I was thinking this is a great example of customer/patient service because they were all genuinely nice people and it’s not a forced niceness you get in a lot of surgery’s. The problems I have with my teeth are of my own fault threw a few years of neglect and not once did I feel put down or embarrassed by it, the staff were second to none in getting me a plan sorted to get back to healthy teeth. All staff, past and present always greet you with a smile, get you to feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door. As for Claire my Dentist ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing every single visit. As much as I now don’t mind needing to go to the Dentist, due to the quality of the work, I hope I hardly ever need to go again ha ha
