Fantastic experience: Have just received treatment for a crown with Dr Gurv and he was excellent. Very informative and professional explaining everything every step of the way. The whole team here are brilliant always feel very looked after. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist!

Negative experience: IF YOU HAVE A BREATHING PROBLEM AVOID THIS SURGERY. Having been a patient since, I think, 2018 I have now been taken off their list as, apparently I never attended an appointment in May 2020 (wasn't that in the first few months of Covid? and I would never not turn up to an appointment without notifying the surgery). Also, apparently, I have cancelled in less than 24 hours several times but, in my defence and having contacted the surgery on the days I have cancelled, I have COPD which makes it difficult for me to breathe so if I wake up on the day of the appointment with a cold and cancelled the appointment that day it's due to not being comfortable when the chair is reclined to such a level making it difficult for me to breathe. I have mentioned this to the dentist but told wouldn't be able to check my mouth if chair raised slightly. In response to reply from dental practice I accept and agree with their cancellation policy but it doesn't address the problems I raised if patient who has a known health problem is ill on day of appointment which, in my case, can happen regularly.

They are an amazing team and they now see my children, who are comfortable and happy to attend and we receive brilliant, informative and warm care from them both. My husband and I now see Mr Matharu, and receive equally great care too, he is always very friendly and professional. We received a great service from the whole team, from reception to the dentist chair. I feel confident that our family are receiving the best dental care. Thank you to all the team

Negative experience: I called today and I found the mature receptionist both rude and abrupt. She tried blaming the poor quality line but was able to answer all my questions perfectly fine. This is not the first time wither that I have experienced and had to endure her well below average customer service. On asking her if she was having a bad day and telling her I found her manner and tone rude, she retorted it was I being rude. A very defensive lady - AND I would say aggressive actually even nasty - an adjective I have never used to describe a receptionist ever! - She is clearly in the wrong role and certainly has no respect for customers. In contrast the Dentists and the Assistant Dentists have deep compassion and treat all my two children in a beautiful manner. I will now look for a new dentist opening nearby and move asap but not before I pass on my experiences in my surgery to their MP neighbour as customers and tax payers pay a lot of money and we should expect to be treated with compassion and respect.

Receptionists always happy to help and also understanding of my nervousness. My children are also coming to this practice too. I can't recommend this dental practice enough. It's welcoming, clean and everyone is professional.

Fantastic experience: This is a great practice. It has a really friendly atmosphere. I am a regular visitor to the hygienist. Harriet is absolutely brilliant, she is professional and caring. When I have been to other hygienists it can be quite painful, not with her. Also the dental nurse is really good aswell, you never feel as if your gagging, as the water never builds up at the back of your mouth. I actually don't dread going anymore. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Efficient service. My dentist (Mr B) was on time. In and out in fifteen minutes despite a thorough check up. Apt was on a Wednesday at 11.50 am so no over run from earlier morning apts. Quick check up and no problems! Very friendly service from reception and dental nurse too. Would recommend the practice as a private patient.

Fantastic experience: Had my first appointment today at this practice, I felt at ease for the first time while sat in the chair, brilliant dentist. Had my second appointment today with Dr badesha, I cannot praise him and the dental nurse enough, had 2 fillings without an ounce of discomfort, they actually talk to you giving you reassurance, and telling you what they are doing. Thank you very much.

Negative experience: I’d actually give the dentist 0/5. My 11 year old is in pain and it was in the dentists gift to sort. Due to a mix up and no reminder of appointment the dentist had refused to see my son. We now have to find another dentist while he handles the pain. Extremely dismayed with the practise and the inconsiderate nature of the dentist in practise. Will certainly not recommend anyone to the practise.

His assistant and the receptionists are really friendly and helpful. This was my first experience at this practice and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Excellent Dentist, I cannot praise highly enough! I had a root canal treatment 2 weeks ago, and the dentist is so gentle and it was a pain free experience. I have had a front tooth filled in the past and you cannot tell it has been done. I have also had emergency dental treatment and they nearly always fit me in quickly. Staff are very friendly and even give a phone call as a reminder of the appointment. Parking is very easy too, free at Morrison's if you are doing some shopping. Otherwise I park in the car park across the road and its £1 for 2 hours. 5 Star treatment all the way!

Mr Pillai and dental assistant Shirley have looked after my teeth over the years and have kept my teeth looking great. I have recently had a crown replaced which was carried out in such a professional way it now looks like my tooth no longer has a crown. I felt no pain through the process and was talked through every step. They are such a friendly team who I can trust 100 percent.I feel extremely lucky to have my dentist and assistant. They care so much about there patients and go way over and beyond what is required. I would highly recommend to anyone.
