Fantastic experience: I came to this dentists over a year ago at a loss because I suffer with gum disease and had 40% bone loss, nick is amazing and said that hygenists cleans every 3 months will get my gums healthy for me to have porcelain veneers, so fast forward went to see nick today and he said my gums are healthy and I’m suitable to have the veneers which I will have done over the next few weeks, I’m so excited to a new smile makeover, Natalie is fantastic hygenists I have ever met and she does a fantastic job and she’s so lovely, all receptionist are great and the practice is very clean, will never change dentists again this will be my dentists till the day I pass thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Had amazing service from the practice today, we’re away on holiday for the weekend and had an unexpected problem with my son’s tooth. Spoke to reception who were incredibly helpful and kindly fitted us in before they closed (it’s a Saturday too!). My son said the dentist was lovely and checked everything out which we were very grateful for, our thanks to everyone involved :)

I was quite nervous about having a root canal, but Tim made the whole process feel straightforward and completely pain-free. His reassuring manner and clear explanations really helped put me at ease. The price was also very reasonable, especially given the high standard of treatment I received. It’s rare to find this level of care and expertise at such a fair cost. I couldn't get in any other dentist so called these on the Thursday and appointment made for the next day Staff are very professional and kind the business is very clean and tidy with a warm welcome when you go in. Negative experience: Not happy I went to this dentist on the recommendation from a friend.I went and I was examined and told I needed 2 fillings and 2 crowns when I only went in for 1 crown and 1 filling.Anyway when examining my mouth he said I do not like the look of that crown I will put a new one in and that filling I will take that out and put a new one in I thought I don’t like the sound of it just because he did not like something adding about a extra 850.00 to my bill.I rang the dental practice asking why he’s saying I need another filling and another crown and she’s says some decay underneath. So I then book with another dentist pays another 55.000 gets all my scans no decay in the crown or filling he wanted to change so I thought I’m getting a 3rd opinion another 55.00 again no decay in crown or in the filling he wanted to remove. So both dentists told me you only need 1 crown and no filing only some kind of sealant never been a filling they and the one with the filling is perfect no decay.So 4 jobs at wynyard and these other 2 dentists both private agreed 1 teeth with some sort of sealant and 1 crown.My bill not even half of what I was quoted at wynyard.So 55.00 wasted at wynyard and must of thought he’s paid 55.00 he lose that if goes elsewhere so probably you just take the words of the dentist.

Fantastic experience: On Friday 19th July 2024 a situation arose whereby I required quick dental treatment so I rang Wynyard Dental Practice. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged an appointment for Saturday 20th July 2024. The dentist initiated immediate remedial treatment after which a further appointment was then arranged for the following week. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease at which my situation was dealt with by the practice, alleviating me of undue worry and anxiety. The service I received from dentist, assistant and receptionist was exemplary.

Fantastic experience: Have had a bit of a nightmare finding a decent dentist for myself and my son (who has learning difficulties) - I am quite horrified at how dentists can be so hit and miss. Spent a lot of money on what should have been a solid procedure only to find out that not very much was done, at all. REALLY happy with Tim and his team, no nonsense, friendly, clean and professional. They take time to listen and talk, not this "I have your cash so off you go!" attitude I have become so accustomed to. Highly recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: After many months of visiting a NHS dentist who wrongly tried to extract one of my teeth, I visited Tim who told me there was no need for my tooth to be removed and finally got rid of an infection in my gum that had been ongoing for nearly 2 years. A very professional and friendly dental practice.

Fantastic experience: Since a small child I have always suffered with pain with my teeth and bleeding with my gums. I have been visiting this practice for several months now. I can honestly say that between Tim my dentist and Natalie my hygienist both my teeth and my gums are the strongest they have ever been. It just goes to show that if you listen to your dentist and your hygienist and follow their advice it will be the best thing you will ever do. Thank you both X

Fantastic experience: It was my first time visiting the practice today and it was a lovely experience. The practice was clean, light and refreshing, and the staff here were lovely. The New Patient Checkup I had was exceptional also, with Laura Maddison explaining a range of things to do with my dental health. We have booked a follow-up appointment for some additional treatment, and she explained what would happen there. The payment and scheduling process was also seamless after leaving the dentistry room. Overall I cannot fault my experience here.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had Mr Fleming senior treat me since I was four years old as an nhs dentist. He then moved over to the private sector with his two sons. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Mr Fleming has now retired, so I now see Tim one of his sons. He’s very knowledgeable, nothing is to much trouble. I owe a lot to this practise and staff, as they gave me the confidence I needed. As I have had a bad experience with another nhs dentist before I went back to the practise as a private patient. I never dread a visit here as the staff are so helpful and friendly. All my family go to them now, even my 7 year old granddaughter, who enjoys a trip to see Tim. This practise is outstanding!! Keep up the good work guys!!!
