Fantastic experience: What a great place to get dental treatment from. Have had a good experience from everyone I have met here, starting from the reception staff. I have had a crown and an implant done by Karen, 2 fillings from Ria and hygiene appointments with Mehrnoosh. All done right the first time. They make it feel like a walk in the park. Ria made me laugh. She was humming to a song while doing my fillings. Only someone with confidence could do that. I can easily say I will be coming here for the foreseeable future.

Positive experience: The staff was very nice and professional. I stayed in Molesey for one week. The clinique is close to the addres where I stayed. Unhappily a tooth broke during a meal. Because I would leave again the day after I decided for a temporary solution. They charged me 235 pound. The next morning it came loose again. So lost money. I made an appointment with my own dentist for a treatment.

The clinic has a lovely warm welcoming feel about it and feels welcoming. My bridge which became loose and fell out the day of me actually going away on a very important work engagement. I rang the lovely Tracey who works on reception and explained my horror situation of looking like something out of a lord of the rings movie and couldn't believe what the outcome was going to be... My dentist Karen had been away on holiday and had a nasty accident whilst away breaking her ankle.... Fantastic experience: Best experience I’ve had a dentist. Following terrible experiences throughout having my braces as a child, this was a nice surprise. At Smillessence, all reception interactions were great, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable, over the phone and in person experiences were all positive. After a short while with Rajpriya I immediately felt like the problems I had with my teeth could be resolved and I left excited. I haven’t had a deep clean for a long while and Raj did a great job. Then with a few appointments including a filling; I experienced some discomfort when chewing, I found that the after care was also fantastic and they booked me in immediately. I felt reassured and also that I was in a safe pair of hands throughout. Very happy with my smile now. Thank you!

Not only do I now have a perfect smile so much quicker than I thought but I have found my forever dentist! Positive experience: Entirely good! The staff are invariably friendly with their personal greeting on arrival and prompt service is always provided to meet the stated start and end times of treatment. Any results discovered during treatment are discussed and a future plan for treatment during subsequent visits is presented. Their work is faultless and seamless!
