Fantastic experience: I've been at this dentist place now almost a year and I must say how polite everyone is. I called about a broken tooth and I was seen really quickly had the xray and treatment the same day . normally I would of waited weeks / months with other dentist but I must say these go above and beyond! Fantastic experience: I spoke to AJ to agree a suitable date as i was going away on holiday. I attended needing root canal surgery. AJ explained the process all the way through the treatment and ensured I was comfortable throughout. It was not an easy treatment but he ensured I left confident the treatment would last until after my holiday with a follow-up plan and a check up booked. Was very impressed with the professionalism I felt i was in safe hands and grateful for his help.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental surgery. I took my 4-year-old son for his appointment, and unfortunately, the service was poor. The receptionist was unfriendly and asked me to hold onto the completed form instead of handing it directly to the staff, which felt unnecessary. The dentist who checked my son was also very rushed, completing the checkup in under two minutes and saying everything was fine, without a thorough examination. Overall, the staff's attitude and the quality of service were not what I expected, and I would not recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: The staff from the receptionist to the dentist are all very nice, accomodating and helpful. The reception and treatment room is spotless. I find it easily accessible as you can park right outside their door without having to travel into town and it is only around the corner from where I live. :)

Negative experience: The dentist doesnt really takes his time to care for you compared to the previous dentist that took time and washed my mouth without asking/removes tartars carefully. This current dentist took 30sec looking at my teeth then dismissed me and said my teeth are healthy and i had to asked myself to remove the tartar. Didnt see the point of coming in if it would be 30sec the having to pay £28 for nothing. I prefer the previous dentist who took time and also did fillings to prevent anything. Just feels rushed

Fantastic experience: Went into the surgery this morning Tuesday, the 20th of August 2024. I was having problems with toothache. Amanda immediately got me a cancellation appointment at 2 pm in the afternoon. Was seen by the dentist who sorted me out very professionally and quickly and put my mind at rest with all the problems that I had. Have been going to this Dentist for many years now, and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience ever. Would recommend anyone to register here for your dental needs, all the staff are absolutely brilliant. keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: My family has been using Yew Tree Dental Surgery for years. The receptionist (Amanda) is awesome, she's always pleasant, kind and friendly. Will answer all your questions and help fit you in Previously, when they only had one dentist, they were only open few hours for couple days of the week and would sometimes find it difficult to find an appointment. Now they have 2 dentists and open Tuesday-Friday, there are more slots available. I must say, the dentists are all lovely and friendly, especially Dr Chawla, he's just so happy and makes you feel at ease. I like how they have a text message system to remind you of your next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Excellent dentist. Very informative about procedure or what's needed. Had root canal treatment today, very awkward tooth for access but all went fantastic. Lady on reception always willing to try to find availability and calls back as soon as something's available.
