Fantastic experience: Really friendly staff, from the receptionists through to the dentists themselves. The explain things clearly about what they are doing and what potentially needs to be done and don’t force you into anything you’re not comfortable with.

Negative experience: Charged me for 2 minutes of my time without the treatment I was due to have because of a booking error on their behalf. Disgusting

Negative experience: Feeling let down! Been going here for over 30 years without any issues until lately. Had my last appointment cancelled on me at the last minute and today I had issues paying for fuel due to google pay been down resulting in been 5 minutes late after driving over from cullingworth with 2 young children and was turned away which seems odd as i usually have to wait 20 minutes when i turn up on time. I did try to call the practice to make them aware but was unable to get through to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This was the 1st visit to see this new dentist, he knew I had problems visiting the dentist and with my recent mobility issues he made sure I was comfortable, explained what treatment I needed . He even helped my wife to get out of the treatment chair. He was really freindly and put me at ease . I hope he's going to be staying as our dentist for good.

Positive experience: I didn’t feel I got the full checkup and clean that is stated in NHS plan 1 valued at £27.50. It was better than the last dentist who never cleaned my my teeth. The next time I come for a check up I’m happy to talk to the dentist about what is required from the NHS plan and what I believe I received.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist surgery for years. Reception staff have always been very polite, professional and helpful. Dentists have varied alot some very good some not so good. My latest visit was very good. The dentist has recently started at this surgery and I found him very thorough, gentle and kept me fully informed of what he was doing. Thankyou

Positive experience: Had a new dentist last wed and was booked in for a refilling for the one that fell out . He seemed very friendly and was thorough and replaced the the filling with no issues . It all went pair shaped when I asked a question about another tooth that I’ve had trouble with! And wanted some info on . He looked away rolled his eyes and looked up to ceiling ! And said you only came for this tooth doing which I understood . He did look at this tooth but by then I felt very awkward with the situation. I didn’t pay for the tooth refilling But paid for the check up !! £26 Which he NEVER did !or asked if I wanted them cleaning . Overall a difficult experience Are we not even allowed to ask questions any more or is it too much trouble. Had a return visit booked last wed For a 6 month checkup which I had to cancel and rearrange only to find out the appointment had been cancelled anyway due having no dentist available. Having to wait now ,and so will hundreds of other people out there ,until they have a new one now to be replaced

Positive experience: Cancelling appointments at short notice. I wonder who they are then giving those appointments to. Mmmm, I wonder if more money is involved. Disappointing but I suppose this is how NHS dentists are now heading.

Negative experience: It was the first time I’d encountered this dentist at the practice. That isn’t unusual though, it is rare to see the same dentist twice. Unfortunately good dentists seem to quickly move on from NHS practices. It would be nice to have consistent advice and approach. It feels that NHS patients are now only there to offer experience to young dentists who are training for better things.

Fantastic experience: This practice is excellent in its response to patients. My dentist asked questions before looking at my teeth, I was only there for an inspection. He was comllimentary as he gently examjned them. At the end he said Thee was a small amount of plaque in one area and,AT MY REQUEST, cleaned it and the rest of my teeth. The practice nurse was also gentle and all three staff me.bers very helpful and friendly. I am an NHS patient and have been with this practice for 50 years. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I cannot express how happy I am with the service I received today. The new dentist "Chido" is amazing, great customer service skills, very professional and reassuring. I can honestly say "Chido" along with "Liz" (who worked there some years ago) are 2 of the best dentists in all of the 32 years I have been going. A big thankyou to the receptionists as well, who are always helpful & cheerful!!

Always getting an appointment quickly when the need arises. I met a new dentist at my last visit and was very pleased to meet him. He was very pleasant and welcoming. His bedside manner was kind and caring, just what I’ve come to expect at this surgery. Long May it continue!

Fantastic experience: Great 1st visit to the dentist for my 2 year old. It's on a small road but there was a car park and off road parking so this was handy. There was a step into the surgery but it was manageable with the pram. Waiting area was clean with enough seats for all. Receptionist was pleasant and accommodating to the little one who just wanted to explore! Dentist was great, as we're the other clinicians in the room. He had a good manner with him and the dental nurse was fab with both little boys ( 26m and 7m) Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had a very pleasant experience at the dentist this morning. My regular dentist is no longer working there so I was apprehensive as to what the new dentist would be like . What a suprise I had. He was a young man who was very attentive and put me at ease straight away, explaining everything he was doing in great detail. Even the injection and filling I had was quite pain free and I was even given a clean and polish which is something I haven't been offered in many a year . Unfortunately I was told he was a locum, I believe his name was Mr Chido Svosve and that he probably wouldn't be there for my next 6 monthly appointment which is a great shame. Well done young man .

Fantastic experience: Has been my local NHS dentist for some years. Located in a funny little old terrace at the heart of Thornton village. The reception team have been nothing but helpful over the years. Friendly, accommodating and flexible with appointments as they can be. The clinical staff have always been great too, although as with everywhere it can vary a bit. Most recently I was genuinely taken back by the professionalism and consideration when having a filling replaced. I feel very fortunate not only to have an NHS dentist, but to have one locally that is so good.

Negative experience: Dentist was perfect but sectary couldn't not in the life of her see how frustrating it is when your child lives with me and ,I'm not getting told the appointment time in a text I'm pretty sure her mum knows how as a caring parent you need to know,so it really got my back up when she couldn't call my daughters mum to see if Millie was still going to the appointment because she had picked my daughter up from school ,bet I should know some how that unless I say something first dad doesn't even get a look in it's all straight to mum even when the kid lives with you and you made the appointment

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience my sons first ever time at the dentist and he really enjoyed it, Took in what the dentist had told him, Was happy with his stickers for being well behaved and The dentist was absolutely amazing with him I couldn't have asked for better, He's excited to go back and is determined to Brush his teeth than ever before, So thank you. I would highly recommend especially for children or first time children.
