Fantastic experience: I am very pleased to have found this excellent dental practice. After some years in which I had put off going to a dentist my teeth had developed some quite serious problems. Dr Wieder immediately treated an infection under an old bridge and was also able to crown a broken tooth that had seemed beyond repair. The hygienist, Anjana, was highly professional and extremely considerate in cleaning some very sensitive teeth. I am very appreciative of this. I now have a programme in place for dealing with other matters and I am confident that my dental care is in good hands. On registering it took some weeks to get an initial appointment but after that I was seen many times in rapid succession to have the necessary work done. It was well worth the wait.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time attending Maldent for a hygienist appointment after a year. I had Anjali and she was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and helped me feel at ease as I was very anxious at the start. She kept checking in on me during the treatment which I really appreciated. Negative experience: Really bad service. My relative who is an elderly person had to go 3 times and pay £75 for the same problem: first a feeling, then another one they didn't take the tooth out that was moving and paid just for it, the tooth felt out and part of the report stayed in and they didn't want to remove it, but realised that a feeling done just less than 3 months ago had fallen, so they did it and charged for it again! In addition the receptionist was rude and very unprofessional not only with us but other clients too! Will never go back

The level of dedication, precision and care they have shown us over the years has been so remarkable. Fantastic experience: I'm new to this practice but I can honestly say, being a nervous patient, I was treated exceptionally by Marie and Natalie. I've always had a fear of dentists from a child when I had a lot of teeth out through overcrowding. In those days they used gas to put you to sleep and when the mask when on you felt like you were going to die. Yesterday I had a filling done by Marie and not only was I really put at ease, but I didn't feel a thing. I feel that in the future I will feel much more confident and reassured having Marie as my dentist. Thank you.

Negative experience: Do not book with this dirty dental practice. Never change gloves between patients nor clean the instruments lazy nurses and you will catch hiv.

Fantastic experience: When my previous NHS dentist retired I couldn't find another, and like many others was forced to go private; however I then ended up in hospital after a botched extraction (I have a complication in my jaw that the dentist didn't spot). So I was glad when Maldent offered to take me on as a new NHS patient, but I was doubtful when I was placed with a 'foundation dentist', given my complications. However, Owen Donelly has proved to be an excellent dentist in every way. I had a broken tooth, and Owen offered the options of a root canal or an extraction, clearly outlining the pros and cons of both, and confirming the details in writing. I went for the root canal, and every stage of the process was performed with great care and professionalism. Thank you Owen for saving my tooth, and thank you Maldent for continuing to provide quality NHS dentistry to Londoners. PS everyone else at the surgery is lovely also :-)

Fantastic experience: My son who is afraid of dental work has been cared for today by the dentist Abigail. I have never met a dentist that cares and is so invested in her patients wellbeing during the appointment/ procedure and also understanding how life changing her help will be to the future of the patient (my son). Fantastic experience: Very happy to have found this dentist as an NHS patient. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Dr Owen explained everything in much detail and kept me informed about exactly what they were doing when working on my teeth. As I had to come into London from 2 hours away, they were able to arrange to have all my teeth fixed on the same day and within just a few days wait. Thank you all, much appreciated!

Negative experience: The receptionist and the dentist are so rude. They have nearly stopped me from going to them on multiple occasions claiming I keep “missing appointments” they have no regards for people with severe disabilities who are hospitalised due to their conditions. I have had to repeat myself on multiple occasions to them where in return I just get snide remarks. This dentist is absolutely disgusting with the way they treat people with disabilities

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a great dental hygienist then look no further. Appointment was easy to make with reception friendly and helpful. The hygienist herself was simply wonderful. Empathetic, professional and super skilled. She has music playing in her treatment room which is proven to work wonders for nervous patients.

Fantastic experience: I'm a new NHS patient with Maldent Dental Practice and I must say my dentist (Mariya Georgieva) and the hygienist (Magdalena Rachwal) are fantastic. I'm an incredibly anxious person and have always had a phobia of dentists but both women put me instantly at ease when I saw them. They're both incredibly friendly and polite and I'm really glad I made the choice to come here. The only downside is the surgery itself could do with a bit of a face lift, some of the rooms have damp marks on the ceiling which isn't very appealing to look at but otherwise very clean and friendly environment.

Fantastic experience: I normally am very anxious person whenever I have to see a dentist, but today was exceptionally peaceful. Jess ( The dentist) and Teresa ( The nurse) both took a good care of me and made me feel at ease. I also had my clean done and they were both very informative and professional with their approaches. Jess was very gentle and calm in the way she handled me and very thorough in the way she explained the whole process to me.
