Fantastic experience: I had my old crowns replaced by Dr Jean. As a nervous patient i felt that i was very comfortable and relaxed through the entire process, whilst being kept informed every step of the way. The end results are just amazing and i can actually smile again with confidence after years of covering my mouth with my hand so nobody could see my teeth. I would certainly recommend Dr Jean as his expertise and knowledge and kind nature is second to none.

Negative experience: Good afternoon I sent an email 6 days ago and have not received any response or reply from you. This is not very good customer practice. I truly hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible as it is not good on my mental health and family issues I am currently going through. Yours sincerely Amanda Clough

I was also fitted in quickly when I needed to be for a lost filling and received excellent care. The hygienist is also very caring and thorough. Very impressed all round.

Fantastic experience: Sid has just done an amazing job on a rather decrepit tooth that needed filling and brightening up using a very interesting new rubber mouth guard that I have not come across before which reduces the need for a suction tube in the mouth

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at Brixham Dental Practice for many years, where I've always had excellent treatment. My lower jaw is especially difficult to anaesthetise and Dr Richardson was the first dentist I've been to that understands this and explained the reason for it; he uses a combination of local anaesthetics that work! I highly recommend Brixham Dental - excellent dentistry and great staff.

Fantastic experience: I joined Brixham Dental Practice 18 months ago under the care of Dr Anne Green. I always thought I looked after my teeth through the NHS system. How very wrong I was. I was initially surprised at the work required. However, the end result has been amazing. I now have stronger, straighter and whiter teeth. It's not an understatement to say my smile has been totally transformed and given me so much more confidence to smile freely! Thank you so much Anne and Jess for your care and commitment and also for your own ready smiles!

Everyone at the practice are so pleasant and professional from the moment you walk through the door and they make you feel welcome and most importantly relaxed. Fantastic experience: I travel nearly an hour to come here because the service is exceptional. Dr Anne Green is the best dentist I have had in 55 years and has reduced my visits by sorting out long term problems in the 7 years that I have been a patient with her. The reception staff are also wonderful. I have recently started with invisilign under Anne's guidance and I cannot recommend it enough... having always wanted straight teeth this has answered all my prayers.

No one made me feel shamed about it or heightened my fear, they were encouraging and so very kind. Everything was explained clearly to me beforehand which is great because I have autism. Negative experience: ongoing issue with a (possibly) cracked tooth. This is now 3 months old and I won't be seen for another 2 months! Not very happy as this could have been sorted out 3 months ago.

Fantastic experience: Given the collapse of NHS provision in Brixham this practice is great and very busy. Had a really good level of service and a real sense of working together with Paul Richardson and his team on my many and varied dental issues including a ferocious overbite which has destroyed the dental work of lesser men!!! With commitment from me and the right kit/advice from Paul I have over turned the odds for an 'older man' to open up my bite and over=errupt teeth to provide the room to work and restore my winning smile. Not cheap but good dentistry isn't and always work to a costed treatment plan, phased to work with my budget.

Positive experience: My recent dental work preparation for a crown by Sid Hussain was well carried out. Unfortunately the bottom of the tongue was lacerated but Sid quickly stopped the bleeding with four stitches. I am now awaiting the crown to be placed. Sid Hussain is an excellent young dentist. My own criticism is that he has to perform in a very small room with barely any space for him and his assistant to move. They did remarkably well under the circumstances. Kathleen Lee

Fantastic experience: For 30 plus years I was phobic about going dentist. Time came the pain too much. Ann was absolutely amazing with me accepting my fears allowing me to be in control . All the staff receptionist included are very friendly patient. Very calming atmosphere, if anyone who is terrified of dentist i definitely recommend this surgery they will take great care if you.

Fantastic experience: As many people I "look forward" to going to the dentist with anxiety and trepidation, particularly when Im expecting to have route canal treatment. On arrival this changed to full extraction, by this time I wanted the ground to eat me up, however Sid and Daisy where very understanding and sympathetic, the extraction was explained in detail and carried out with care and a "little" anaesthetic to help me along. The after care advise was also very thorough. So thank you to both Sid and Daisy and thank you to Brixham, Dentist, but I'm still hoping its a "one off" :-) I will continue to brush my teeth morning and night and floss when I remember!

Fantastic experience: I had a back tooth removed by Ann Green which had cracked. The removal was agreed without any question of trying to save the tooth which is what I wanted. The removal was not easy but extra time and care was allowed and it was painless. Indeed thereafter no pain relief was needed. The stitches were removed the following week. No extraction is pleasant but it was expertly done with the greatest care.

Fantastic experience: Visited Brixham Dental Practice this week due to some toothache and saw Dr Sid Hussain. He was patient with me as I explained my issue and he cleared the ache in the offending tooth and highlighted work that will need to be done to sort the issue longer term. Very happy with the service and friendly staff. Thank you.
